Ronan Clarke
As an Armagh man I've just been reminded that its 10 years to the day since we 1sr and last won an All-Ireland. We look as far awayfrom another as ever but have some good young players and in the championship Pearse Og look to be stepping up for a challenge to Crossmaglen.
However, one of the players who played for us that day as a teenager and should really be in his prime now, and in my eyes would be 1 of the best forwards in the county has been to hell and back with injuries. Last night Ronan is said to have suffered another bad injury having broken his ankle.
Terrible luck with injuries and a case of what may have been as even half fit when he's played against us he has the raw ability to turn any defender and take a point from anywhere inside 50 yards.
Hopefully this isn't the end of Clarke's career but he'll always be remebered as a legend in Armagh football.
