could someone please write the match i was supposed to be doing please, as iam currently walking about 7miles back to the park and ride as the bus i was on has sort of burst into flames. so dont know when will be back as got to get checked by doctor once back there

How do you know there is no evidence? - He may have confessed to something which has prompted the charge

Well, had he confessed i would imagine they would've found her by now.

They only had till 5pm today to question him without charge, and given the time she's been missing, it's easier to arrest him on suspicion of murder and keep him in for questioning.

They also asked volunteers to stand down as it's 'no longer appropriate to use untrained people'. Sadly, they are looking for a body, which explains the murder charge.

nither of us are home as she was on bus too, will send you it when home but cant even guess when will be back, nowhere near car park yet

It's general process mate. They can only keep someone for so many days/hours without charge. If they charge, they can appeal to the courts for extra time, which is what they've done. They've got 24 hours extra.

The new evidence/info is that he was at the same parents evening as her parents a few hours before she went missing.

96 hours(If granted all the extra time) is the amount the police can keep a suspect before either releasing or charging them.

I can sort that match now.

I like a good conspiracy theory as much as the next man but I think in both cases there's too many people looking through a tragedy to find a conspiracy when they should really be respectful. I don't mean Beer for bringing it up, I mean in general. It seems people would rather every abduction was like the Shannon Matthews case but the reality is much much sadder.

In the case of Madeline, I agree the parents had something to do with it in my mind. It is not a conspiracy theory in my mind, but a legitimate suspicion. It is not politically correct but it is a suspicion I will always have.
