Is there any value to this or is it another cowpat program?

I usually wouldn't pay attention to adverts for this type of thing, but the fact that the author has phD after his name got my interest.

To gain 30 muscle in 6 weeks you'd probably need to eat 5000 calories a day nevermind the workout.

The title is very misleading. Its very possible to gain 30lbs in six weeks but you'd be lucky if even 2lbs are lean muscle. Almost all weight gain will be fat.

The book seems to emphasize alot of squatting (20 rep squatting) and drinking huge amounts of milk.
I've got no real problem with the former, but drinking a gallon of milk a day just seems insane. I'd imagine you'll end up spending a fair amount of time making friends with the toilet seat if you follow that dietry plan.

Overall, I'd say that your squatting will definately improve but you'll be left a monstorous wasitline and a giant pair of moobs.
