606v2 2012 awards - category suggestions please!
First topic message reminder :
Hey all
With the end of the year coming up, I thought it would be nice to show some appreciation to my fellow board members.
So, I think we should have an end of year awards ceremony! There will be ten categories and all who wish to participate will PM me their nominees (listed in single file like when we did for sheep quiz) and I will tally them up and declare winners around Xmas.
The expiry date for entry will be December 10th, shall we say, which will give me plenty of time to tally and reveal winners before Chrimbo.
What I need from you guys is categories to include. Offer them up today, tomorrow and over the weekend and I will pick the best ten questions and post them on Monday or Tuesday.
Only rule will be that you can't nominate yourself. When I post the questions next week you WILL be able to nominate Windy for any category you see fit. It’s only right after all he did for this forum.
So, I need categories men!
So far I have one

Let's keep the questions uplifting, too

Haye beating Foreman was a complete joke but for every Haye comparison there's a library of Gordyisms - it doesn't just stop with Lewis, I mean you only have to mention "Sky" to him and then he'll go on about Froch being a hype job and such.

Haye beating Foreman was a belter but I fear even that has to bow down to the sheer majesty that was the first McCall fight should be considered a points win for Lewis, it is rare in ones life you can genuinely say you were present for such a moment.

I see his desperate need for attention has finally rubbed off on you, Jabmeister.
Or did you just feel a sense of unity with a kindred spirit?
Great banter
I think the only rubbing off around here nowadays is Gordy over pictures of Lennox Lewis though....
You know just as well as I jab that gordy is just a manifestation of yourself without all the moderately tolerable things to balance it out . I'm sure there was Lewis nuthuggery from you in the past.

Which reminds me, Chad Dawson ended up with a lot of them, but he has since lost to Andre Ward.
Might have to start again...

I'm old school, the reverse linear heavyweight title was still your finest hour union. Although if we are discussing general manifestations of your borderline autism I enjoyed your how many Joe Gans' are there thread.

I considered changing my username to Mansfield Joe Gans on the strength of that thread.

Oh I don't deny that i rate Lewis much higher than most people here in all likelihood, however I don't claim he'd beat every other heavyweight other than Ali, I had him at #3 in my Heavyweight ATG list, which moved to #4 after I reassessed Larry Holmes, and still think there are a few within the top 20 that give Lewis fits on their night. I've got a soft spot for him, but it doesn't reach right through to claiming even a quarter of what that tool Gordy comes out with....

Indeed - given that the official currency up here is the sheep (steady Steffan) the mechanics of commercial law are fairly simple. Even an idiot like Tina could pick it up after a few years.

Always thought that sort of person was insecure about being a failure and would have as many kids as possible in the hope one makes a success of themselves thus cancelling out his failings.
Either that or he's mentally special and can't figure out how to use a condom.
Or he needs the child benefit monies.
Or he's Joseph Fritzel.

I'm just going to assume his missus goes elsewhere for her needs.
Probably daft enough not to realise having 2 drunken nights with her doesn't produce 4 kids (no twins, triplettes or quadlettes/whatever it's called)

What have they got to be jealous about? Steffans had sex with fictional girls who are malleable to his needs and know him like the front of his hands and coxy has had multiple sexual encounters with a 9 iron.

And its 3 times for Tina by the way he was away on business the 3rd time she got pregnant

'Seem to have figured it out'...? You make it sound like it's beyond the realms of what a brain can handle. Only explanation is that you were so dumfounded by it you assume that rather than having the ability to use ones brain you think it's from personal experience.
