Is that the Keanu Reeves/Patrick Swayze one? Zen and the art of surfing? My then-girlfriend and I went to see it - thought it was so bad, it was good!

Granted its no masterpiece but its just one of the those films, if not THE film that I grew up with, so it means a lot to me personally. Seen it more than any other film with possibly Back To The Futures being the exceptions.

That's the great thing about films/music/art - how a certain film can reach us personally, for whatever reason, even if it means nothing to other people.
I have very fond memories of 'A Passage to India' and 'Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence', which, if I'd seen them under other circumstances, probably would not have happened.

Point Break is exactly 47.5% more awesome than 99% of films. True story.
