I will be honest and say that I havent played any of them since Hitman 2 (I am a lowly PS2 user) but the footage looks very good.
If I was getting a console right now, this is the kind of game I would buy (along with Resident Evil 6 for all its faults)

i played the demo, i was good but better games coming out before/after christmas
