Re: Joke Team of the AI's?
Not sure what North has done too wrong, isxolated in the first 2 games, never seeing any space and had to take on numerous defenders everytime the ball was shoveled to him, and injured for the third game!!
I'd say Cuthberts tackling or lack of would make him a better candidate, but then same could be said of Visser!!
Robshaw hasn't played bad just made a few iffy decisions that are contentious at best.
Youngs wasn't that bad either, infact the only player who was full on awfull was Preistland!

North, Youngs nor Robshaw have been anywhere near poor enough to get on that list.
Cannot comment on Priestland as Wales matches have tended to coincide with Englands.

As Hore is going down (see what I did there?!) and won't be available for selection, get Ross Ford in there. Having seen his club selection at line out time (at least one club too much for every important line out), I hate to think what his golf handicap is

Yeah i don't know what he's been teaching Scotland but they now seem to think the best defence is to pitter patter backwards as the opposition rush at you. Oh and don't forget to pitter patter backwards and side shuffle at the same time as the opposition pass the ball through the backs, gotta make sure they have enough space to play their game. Jokes aside, I am pretty shocked. I was looking forward to Matt Taylor being part of Scotland squad but so far I've seen nothing good, apart from one intercept by matt Scott.

ALex Cuthbert has been dire. I think he has proven himself to be the new Thom James these AIs. He doesn't tackle, he does not look for support, and when he is in a 13 man rolling maul he does not ever push.
Against the All Blacks he butchered something like 4 or 5 try scoring oppertunities. He almost gifted the All Blacks winger a try in the corner, luckly Halfpenny can tackle.

We've got to get Quade Cooper in there somewhere.

Gethin looks way off the pace.
Too much time spent on the bench eating cheese me thinks.

Re: Joke Team of the AI's?
Surely Ford and Blair deserve to be in their somewhere.
The suggestion for Kelly Brown at 6 is ridiculous. According to Robinson he's a 7 or an 8, as that's where he performs worst. Let's have him marshalling the troops at 8, and given the vice captaincy, so he can Robshaw can confer in order to make the worst possible leadership decision team since Melchet and Darling.

Disagree about Hore at 2. What he did is no laughing matter. Same for Thomson. Unless you put them in for their moustaches.
The 13 man lineout was a great laugh. What I really hope it inspires is one team doing it and it goes horribly wrong. That would be priceless.

Was that what the ABs were hoping for? Any idea why the whole AB back line stayed out wide? Any idea who they thought they were marking out there?

I guess they thought Wales would knock on over the line GG and the ball would come their way with the advantage...

It was pretty strange. I have seen 15 man lineouts before but Ive never seen the defending team forget to defend the maul with extra numbers.

Re: Joke Team of the AI's?
I can't say I have ever seen one. I've never seen an AB game where it was used. I think they were surprised as I was but I don't think they saw the funny side like I did.

Re: Joke Team of the AI's?
Ireland v Argentina for example 1999 RWC. Ireland behind with a few minutes left. 15 man lineout. Argentina counteracted with numbers in the maul and held Ireland out.

I remember Ireland having the full team in the line out, was this under Gatland?

Not saying it's never happened. I'll see if I can track down a youtube video to see how you successfully hold one out. Just never seen one.

If that's the criteria, Toby Flood has to be in there for his impersonation of a member of the Village People.

Cuthbert's tackling was poor last weekend and the febble tackle against Samoa was bad but he is our biggest threat in attack. At least Cuthbert does not suffer injuries like North and Roberts they seem to go off in most games.

SS,
Did we even have 4 or 5 try scoring opportunities for him to butcher?

I must be honest trying to remember them as I am typing is hard, but I will give it a go (may not get as high as I quoted).
1) The crossing pen when he ran into the opposition from nowhere
2) The break, he did make, that he then threw a miricle ball to the All Blacks (C Smith?)
(honest there are more but I got brain freeze).
