Who is WWE considering for a babyface turn?

There is at least some talk of turning Alberto Del Rio face, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The company badly want a new Hispanic babyface, with Sin Cara missing the mark.

I'm personally can't see the point as he can't get over as a heel recently so how do they expect to get over as a face????

They could down a Guerrero route, but they would have to be very careful not to look like they are literally just trying to recreate Guerrero.

I think they will carry on with Sin Cara, his role with Rey is getting him over more and more and there's no doubt that when the two of them face off it will do wonders for his standing. I don't doubt that the Hispanic crowd still back Sin Cara anyway, its the Americans that have needed more convincing and they aren't the focal point of his market.

As his heel gimmick is a JBL rip off, his face gimmick could be Juan Cena, that'll get him over with the Spanish kidz!!!

He can't be any worse than the Miz as a face, jeez that's bad.

Really? I enjoy The Miz, he's not gone babyface face, he's still being himself and its weirdly consistent with his character, rather than just making him a super childish star.

Have to admit Miz isn't bad as a face. Ziggler will turn face eventually for sure. It appears Wade Barrett is destined for the Regel role of having one night face turns whenever WWE are in England.

Del Rio as a face? Considering his ring announcer is more over than him, can't see it working out well. Sin Cara will never get over until he bothers to learn a decent amount of English.

Del Rio needs to start making his entrance in a pick up truck, drink loads of beer, beat up the boss and generally whoop ass. That'll turn him into a huge babyface. I can't believe no-one's thought of it before.

Sin Cara should lose the mask and say he wasn't really burned in a fire as a child, he's just a bit schizo. Then a few years down the line he can put the mask back on.
