Glas the award was for "best argument" not "most pointless and off topic misuse of wikipedia for moderate racism during childish rants"

Arrange the OP title words 'Wales, England, Argument' in any sequence you care to, then see what happens next.
Yes, you guessed correcty, exactly the same result whatever the sequence. This can be proven with every iteration.

Of course the Celts had nothing whatsoever to do with it did they? Royal Scots this, Royal Welsh that and the Royal Irish Guards were all on holiday.
Your history is sadly lacking innit!Who were the poor unfortunates to be turned pink Think you'd find the Celt's would be the lazst ones to help you now buddy
Methinks you could be in denial! I think you'll find that all of the British were involved in empire building at some stage. Not just us nasty English.

You need to read up on your history and not watch silly films. B Company, 2nd Battalion, 24th (2nd Warwickshire) Regiment of Foot (2nd/24th) were the chaps at Rorkes Drift. The never became the S Wales Borderers for a good few years later. I'd stick with trying to get a history before you start upon another country's mate
First - it's not a silly film - it's a great film that just isn't historically accurate. Big deal.
Second - take a chill pill. What a ridiculous reply to a light hearted comment. Why make fun of China's lack of history?

Zulu is entertainment and that's about it.
Second, it is you who came up with this subject, I have corrected your inaccurate beliefs on Rorkes Drift and it was hardly a light hearted comment.
As for China, you lost me there pal, unless yoy mean that almost everything for sale in NZ was made there.

Re: Award for Best Wales vs England Argument
okay clearly talking at cross purposes.
I was using Zulu to make a silly comment about the debate about the English/British empire building thing.
I thought most people on here knew I was Chinese.

Re: Award for Best Wales vs England Argument
It's odd how "british" things are innit! So british that our neighbours found it desirable to ban the speaking and learning of Welsh!! Oh as they di with the Maori language some 12,000 miles away! Suffice to say they couldn't even succesfully do this.
Wales winning by a mile mate.

26-12... or something like that?
But you've then got to take out all of the duplicated comments, hollow victories, moral defeats and immoral meanderings out of the total number of arguments won... and you're back at 13-all again.

Made me laugh Linebreaker, and as an Englander, I find it hard to take the squabbling seriously.
Bald men, combs, fighting over etc

Re: Award for Best Wales vs England Argument
ok, so who has the most bald players then ?
Is it worth a new thread to squabble over who wins 'services to bald men in rugby' award.
It makes me think of that Bath pioneer of bald rugby and All Black beater Nigel Redman back in 1993. I think he may have started the movement for recignition of bald rugby heroes.
Many contenders since though, for Eng & Wales fans to squabble about.

Is there still banter going on in this thread? Well I guess the awards were a success afterall By the way Bluesman told me to tell everyone that he has framed his award and it is sitting above his mantle piece. Pictures to follow I believe
