You can't beat either Roast Lamb or a rare Roast Beef. The beef HAS to be rare though, medium rare is ok but rare if possible.

Duck would have been my vote - nothing beats the tenderness of the meat, the tastiness of the potatoes if you use the duck fat produced, and the gloriousness of the carrots and parsnips if you glaze them with honey and duck fat. I am salivating at the prospect!

That sounds immense, except for the parsnips. No need for parsnips ever!
