The 1991 Welsh Team was even more worse than the current one as it had players like Paul Arnold at number 8, Glen George at 6, Alun Carter at 7 and a very lightweight front row of Brian Williams, Kevin Phillips and Paul Knight!

Cuthbert gave the first try away, don't know how he can keep being feilded when his defenee is so poor.

I think that the second half will be used to paper over the cracks, but the last welsh coach that lost sevenon the trot resigned by breakfast the next day, so fingers crossed for a good front page headline tomorrow.

Knocked on at try scoring chances
Gave a charge sown try again

Ireland played with sublime skill in patches of the first off but the reality is Wales' self inflicted basic errors cost them big time.

Not trying to take shine off Ireland. They were so far ahead they didn't need to turn up 2nd half.

I am not impressed with Warburton, he isn't what he used to be.

If Howley does resign, who should take over as the temporary head coach? I would like Jonathan Davies to be given a shot at being the Wales head coach to see what he can do from all his experience as a BBC commentary analyst/pundit.

He isn't a coach he's a pundit. He had a good rugby brain on the field and had fantastic vision, but being able to play a good game of rugby is not the same as being able to coach a good game of rugby. How can you have Jiffy coaching the Welsh team, when he isn't a coach?

Personally I'd like Gatland coaching the Welsh team, but the WRU let him goto the Lions.

Neither was Martin Johnson and nothing stopped him from being given the England head coach job.

I really don't know where we would go if Howley did stand dowj, especially with it beijg mid season. That said he has a horrific record and if he was anyone else it would be a case of see out the tournament and then bye bye.

He has better players to pick from than some of the coaches in the 90s and he still can't get it right.
