I'd go Franks over Court but neither of them looks great against top props.
Owens at 2
I do like your options at 3, all possibly have more potential than talent at the moment and could have occasional struggles.
9 is Kockott/Dickson depending on EQ but with Dickson I think it's important to have more of a creative fly
Not a Plisson fan. Williams/Biggar is not much in it but against a strong 9/10 I think the combo looks a bit behind
