32 teams in 32 days: Buffalo Bills
Record: 6-10
Offensive Rank: 19th (Passing: 25th, Rushing: 6th)
Defensive Rank: 22nd (Passing: 10th, Rushing: 31st)
What went right?
Cj Spiller mostly. Stevie Johnson had a good year. Byrd and secondary held up well.
What went wrong?
Mario Williams and Mark Anderson were FA busts. Fitzpatrick is extremely meh at best. Fred Jackson got hurt. I have no idea how Chan Gailey got a HC job.
Prospects for 2013?
The Bills have a new HC, and new front office structure. 2nd in the AFC East isnt impossible if Mario Williams stays healthy and they lean on the run but a playoff berth seems unlikely.
Projected 2013 draft pick?
Bills need something to induce some excitement to the franchise and fanbase as RG3 did in Washington, even writing about them is yawn inducing. With Geno Smith on the board the Bills can't pass on the top rated QB

Unless they trade up, I think Geno Smith will be gone. Alex Smith and Tim Tebow have been linked through trade/ FA but they will probably look at drafting a QB. Ryan Nassib has been linked with connections on the coaching side but Mike Glennon seems to be the one they are after. Whether he climbs up the board (he has also been linked with the Cardinals) or goes in the 2nd round will bevome clearer over the next couple of months.
I think the Bills actually have a better roster than most mentioned so far.

Yeah the Bills would've likely jumped up to 3 by now to pass Philly. As it stands with no trades he drops here.

The Bills have definately got some good pieces in place, but there just isn't a winning ethic in the organisation.
The new HC needs to come in and install that in them
