International Drive: Good Places to Eat? Empty International Drive: Good Places to Eat?

Can anyone recommend some NICE places to eat on I-drive. We've been once before and loved the Copper Canyon Grill & Maggiano's at Pointe Orlando but we're going back in September and want to have a few nice meals out, but not too expensive.

Specifically looking for Mexican & Seafood.

Personal recommendations preferred, as anyone can just go onto Trip Advisor...
