Boxing and shadows!
Simple question.
When training on the heavy bag in natural light it takes me a while to really get flowing with my punches.
If I switch on a light I can see my shadow and start to train a lot better from the off.
Why?

When you switch on a light and can't see your shadow........that's when you should start worrying...

It is the same for me when having a lash in the middle of the night. 9times out of 10 I hit the bathroom floor using natural light but as soon as that switch is turned it is like threading the eye of a needle.

Davide's articles are rubbish. No matterhow he embelishes the title he bangs on about the same thing everyday.

If only there was some system on here where you did not have to post on threads you found either uninteresting or pointless. May speak to Adam to see if there is any way to introduce such a thing.

Maybe something we could call "unfriend" where we don't have to view those posts by people we don't respect much. I'm sure someone can come up with a better name though

Apparently free will is disabled when you see a post or poster you dislike
