Q1 - What are your thoughts/reflections coming out of the first game of the season?
I'm top of the league. Sure I got there through no fault of my own, but I am officially the best in the land at the moment. BEST IN THE WORLD!!
Q2 - Are you happy with the players you have brought in so far?
Yes. Otherwise I wouldn't have brought them in.
Q3 - What positions are you looking to strengthen?
Could maybe do with another striker.
Q4 - Who do you think will be the suprize package this season?
Bull. All this shabang he is putting on is just a smokescreen for a masterplan that will bamboozle us all.
Q5 - Should manager of the month return?
Yes. But I will win it everytime

Q1 - What are your thoughts/reflections coming out of the first game of the season?
Very happy with a win, Wigan's squad aren't one of the strongest but in Gregers they have a great manager and tactician, so to take 3 points is a great start.
Q2 - Are you happy with the players you have brought in so far?
Very happy, the signings in defence have definitely given us a solid base, the midfield is much stronger and experienced, and George Boyd will offer something different.
Q3 - What positions are you looking to strengthen?
At Attacking Midfield, possibly at centre back too.
Q4 - Who do you think will be the suprize package this season?
In terms of teams, Southampton. When teams were allocated no-one would predict Southampton to be near the top but I think they will be.
Q5 - Should manager of the month return?
Yes, it was nice to see monthly progression as well as over the course of the season.

Q1 - What are your thoughts/reflections coming out of the first game of the season?
I think my lads did fine. Fulham is a very tough place to go and i expect them to be up there come the end of the season. We played the ball around well and in the end were a bit upset not to come away with a point.
Q2 - Are you happy with the players you have brought in so far?
I am delighted. Ideally i would like a bigger budget but that's not to be. The lads i have brought in are all class. Liam Trotter i feel we have got on the cheap.
Q3 - What positions are you looking to strengthen?
I maybe could do with another defender. But at this moment in time i am very pleased with my team
Q4 - Who do you think will be the suprize package this season?
Nando and Olly have both put very good squads together with sides that you wouldn't expect to win a league, but they both have a chance.
Q5 - Should manager of the month return?
Yes 100%

Q1 - What are your thoughts/reflections coming out of the first game of the season?
I am happy to win. I think my opposite number was a little unlucky but I need to be getting wins.
Q2 - Are you happy with the players you have brought in so far?
I am very happy with parts of my squad and some of my new signings are very good players. There's still a few players I'd like to buy though.
Q3 - What positions are you looking to strengthen?
I need a new centre back, I haven't fully replaced Hangeland and Hughes yet but I'm getting there.
Q4 - Who do you think will be the suprize package this season?
Southampton could surprise a few.
Q5 - Should manager of the month return?

Q1 - What are your thoughts/reflections coming out of the first game of the season?
I was quite pleased with a point, Enigma is a very astute manager who has made some good moves in the transfer market. Without Sessegnon in my team I was lacking options, so I'd have taken a draw before the game.
Q2 - Are you happy with the players you have brought in so far?
Yes, Crouch is a good player to have on the bench and Marin made an excellent start on loan, so all in all I'm happy.
Q3 - What positions are you looking to strengthen?
I want a DM that can sit alongside Lee Cattermole and squeeze the creative life out of the opposition. Also a LB would be nice.
Q4 - Who do you think will be the suprize package this season?
El Dios and Liam both have excellent teams, I think if they can get some tactics in we could see them rise up the table.
Q5 - Should manager of the month return?
If other managers are open to that, I'd be happy for it to return. I'd do it every four games, so three awards per season.

1. How do you feel about your side four games into the season? What are your aims for this season?
2. Are you hoping to make any transfers to strengthen?
3. What are your thoughts on Azzy resigning as leader of the league?
4. Would you rather fight 50 parrots or 500 mice?

Re: Media Page
1. How do you feel about your side four games into the season? What are your aims for this season?
My aim is to keep the side in good shape, ready for handing over to the eventual new manager of Sunderland.
2. Are you hoping to make any transfers to strengthen?
Hoping, but not hopeful. Our team is very strong in some areas, could be improved in others, but this is the wrong time of year to be addressing those needs.
3. What are your thoughts on Azzy resigning as leader of the league?
I'm very sad about it, although I'm very confident in the new regime that the league can carry on and be a great success.
4. Would you rather fight 50 parrots or 500 mice?500 mice. I've taken on both before - parrots are vicious, and can call you names as they rip you to shreds. On the other hand, I've killed three mice in 10 seconds myself, so I'd be confident I could take on the other 497. It'd take an hour and a half, but it'd be a good workout prior to the Marathon.

1. Ideally 4 points out of 12 isn't good enough, but i feel that i still have a class squad that is easily capable of wining the league, so im not going to panic and start to make needless signings. Because my players are 100% good enough
2. Not at this moment in time no, but you never know. I am still very keen on Risse from Fulham. I have been a fan of him for a long time and i believe he will be a perfect hammer.
3. Its disappointing he was doing a cracking job, but the reasons are understandable. With this week off, hopefully everything can get sorted out and we can continue this cracking league. El-Dios was a fool.
4. I would rather fight 50 parrots. I hate mice.

1. How do you feel about your side four games into the season? What are your aims for this season?
I feel remaining undefeated is a genuine prospect, as long as we have the right gameplan for each side. And go from there. Top 6 is the sponsor's aim. Four games in, all going to plan.
2. Are you hoping to make any transfers to strengthen?
I've been trying to strengthen across the park, I feel bringing in Pablo Hernandez, as well as Yobo and Okore in defence is strengthening.
3. What are your thoughts on Azzy resigning as leader of the league?
Bottle job.
4. Would you rather fight 50 parrots or 500 mice?
500 mice. Stamp on the little feckers.

How is it a 'bottle job'? I got the league up and running, now don't fancy it. It's not like I'm bottom of the league

I wasn't offended Nick, Marky is a cool cat - I'd just love to know how on earth me leaving the league is anything other than a parting of ways. If I wanted to be a manager I'd stick around, it's hardly 'bottling it' when people retire at 65 is it?

Nick's still bitter over the Adrian Durham Twitter thing
Azzy, it was banter akin to you quitting because you realised you weren't going to win the league

Neither did I. I have two wins and two draws from four ACTUAL games, whereas there's one or two benefitting from default wins which means false league positions

Re: Media Page
Cryptic Press Conference by Wigan Manager
Football fans nationwide were left bemused following Wigan manager Gregers' press conference today. Initially the mood was jovile as Gregers joked along with the press and praised his players who have bravely fought out of the Relegation places. When asked about the league in general he did comment that he felt that he was only able to comment on Wigan affairs and pointed out that unlike other teams who are unrecognisable from the beginning of the season Wigan have stayed realistically.
When asked on the further direction of Wigan, Gregers replied with:
"We will continue realistically for as long as I am here, however if other options become available then I will ensure that I examine all possible alternatives"
