EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Confli12

*We are live on air inside the Elite Coliseum in Los Angeles, California. There is a gigantic procession of pyrotechnics as the cameras pan around the arena, showing the hoard of fans making their way through the entrances and into their seats. There is around 1000 in attendance and strobelights illuminate the Coliseum whilst “Indestructible” is screaming of the speakers. We then shoot to Jonathan Kelly and Donovan Franklin sat down at the announce table.

JK: Ladies and gentlemen good evening and welcome to another edition of EWF Conflict, coming to you live from the Elite Coliseum here in Los Angeles, California. We are exclusive to the V2 forum and we thank you for joining us in what promises to be another action-packed night of pro-wrestling action. I am Jonathan Kelly alongside my broadcast colleague, Donovan Franklin……Don, tell me what your expecting tonight?

DF: Evening guys….Johnny the lights are on bright and the cameras are rolling, that means one thing, EWF is in town and we are ready to put on a show. Debut week ten days ago and we set the world alight with some tremendous action, but that is nothing compared to what we are going to see tonight. We’ve got a number one contender’s match, two “race for the championship” matches as well as the EWF World Champion, Jason Sparkz in action…..for the next two hours we are bringing it.

JK: Indeed we have plenty in store for each of you here tonight. As announced earlier this week on the V2 forum, EWF Chief Executive, Daniel Magnusson, made the decision to book a “race for the championship” tournament in order to determine the number one contender to the world championship. He chose the four most impressive superstars thus far and tonight they will show down in two singles matches…..Magnusson wants proof of who the most deserving contender really is…

DF: Tonight he will get his proof, those four guys need to go hard or go home because this is their shot at the big time. World championship matches do not come around very often, they are not ten a penny, when you get a shot then you better take it son….because blink and it is gone.

JK: As well as that, we will determine a number one contender for the TV Title….Liam Wood, the champion, will special guest referee the match between Bryan Wells and Alex Garcia…can Wood keep his emotions in check?

DF: Interesting question……and can Jason Sparkz overcome the might of Ojore?

JK: Sparkz yet to taste defeat here in EWF, but the beast of the “FEAR” campaign will be one heck of a challenge for our world champion….

DF: And what the heck can we expect from “FEAR” tonight? The end of last week’s show saw them attempting to take out Jimmy Phillips, only to be thwarted by Mike Conrad…..I think it is safe to assume that that rivalry is far from over…

JK: I anticipate a lot more twists and turns as this night goes on….but for now I think we have talked enough…

DF: I think you have, not me….

JK: Well either way, I think it is time to get this show underway…

DF: Yeah boy…

*Daniel Magnusson tells Wood what is expected of him in the next match

*We go backstage for the first time in the evening and there are cheers from the crowd as we see Liam Wood putting on his referee’s jersey. Emmy is sat on the sofa, with the EWF TV Title in her lap, and she is smiling at her man.

Emmy: All set?

Wood: Absolutely, ready to go out there and do this thing.

Emmy: Please just remember to stay focused, tonight is just about getting your number one contender and nothing else. I know you don’t like Garcia, I understand that, but just do not do anything silly…ok?

*Wood looks at her for a moment and then shakes his head

Wood: Believe me, I am not going to do anything remotely out of order tonight. I have a job to do and that is exactly what I intend on doing. Going out there and showing that not only am I am the most talented superstar on this roster, but I am the best referee in the business to boot. Fact remains, whoever is unlucky enough to win here tonight has to face me for that (he points at the championship) and that means they are getting taken back to school…

Emmy: And Magnusson signed off on your proposal?

Wood: Just about, I don’t forsee..

*Wood is interrupted by a knock at the door.

Wood: Come in…

*The crowd cheer as Daniel Magnusson opens the door and steps inside

Magnusson: Liam….Emmy…

*Emmy smiles at the Chief Executive

Magnusson: I trust your ready to go, Liam?

Wood: Oh yeah I’m ready…

Magnusson: Good….now I just wanted to stop by here before the match and make sure that you and me have an understanding.

Wood: How do you mean?

Magnusson: Well I know these issues between you and Garcia are not going to go away over night, I accept my own responsibility in that, but here this evening you have been placed in a position of power and I sincerely hope you do not abuse that.

Wood: Seriously, Mr Magnusson, I am slightly offended by that. I had every right to want to kick Garcia’s a55 last week, but here tonight is different. I have been given a job and I fully intend on doing said job to the best of my ability. I will call this down the middle…because I don’t care who wins out of Garcia and Wells….because the result will be the same when it comes down to it….me, victorious, hand in the air with the TV Title around my waist.

I don’t like Garcia and I don’t like Wells…..there is no preference in this match……all I care about is being viewed as a dominant champion….I’ll take on any challenge, so whoever wins tonight I will gladly face…

Magnusson: I’m glad to see your focus is in the right area…

Wood: Yes it is. And I hope that you stick to your word on what we discussed early this week. Garcia made plenty demands of his own last week…….and you gave him what he wanted, so when I do what is asked of me tonight….I expect the same treatment to be afforded to me.

Magnusson: I already made you the special referee, like you asked….so I don’t know why you would expect me to double-cross you now, Liam…….all I want you to know is that I expect you remain unbiased and impartial in this match…….because if you don’t, there will be repercussions…..I am taking a massive risk by making you the special referee for this match…..don’t make me do something I don’t want to….do as I have asked and we will talk…

Wood: Yes we will…now if you’ll excuse me, I have a match to call…

*Wood leans over and kisses Emmy on the cheek before picking up the TV Title and slings it over his shoulder. He takes one last look at Magnusson and then exits the room as the scene fades out.

Match 1
#1 Contender Match (TV Title)
Alex Garcia vs Dr. Bryan Wells
Special referee: Liam Wood

JK: Daniel Magnusson laying it down for Liam Wood right there…

DF: I think it was necessary, Liam Wood has issues with Alex Garcia and Magnusson wants to make sure he calls this match right down the line…

JK: I just don’t know if Wood will be able to do it…

“I killed the prom queen” echoes out and the crowd burst into cheers as Liam Wood comes striding onto the stage amid a procession of pyros. He is dressed in a referee’s jersey and has the TV Title strapped around his waist.

JK: Wood won that championship almost three weeks ago at the Iron Man Tournament…..but it was only ten days ago that he got possession of that belt.

DF: Yeah because Garcia stole it……I really don’t understand why Magnusson has let Wood referee this match, surely he knows just how much ill-feeling there is…

JK: Of course he does, but this kind of controversy gets people talking…..and the anticipation of Wood having to referee his rival’s match is very intriguing…

Wood reaches out and tags hands with the fans as he makes his way down the rampway, before clambering through the ropes to join the ring announcer. Wood stands on the ropes and poses with his championship before passing it out to the timekeeper.

DF: Wood is not a trained referee either…

JK: No he isn’t….thrown straight in at the deep end tonight because there is a lot riding on this match….

Wood exchanges words with the ring announce before the lights dim and “Heartbeat” echoes out of the sound system and the boos begin to seep from all angles. Bryan Wells then makes his way onto the stage, dressed in his familiar white lab coat, with a stethoscope around his neck.

DF: Wells has had a difficult start to his EWF career to say the very least….

JK: Absolutely he has…..at the Iron Man Tournament he seemed destined to become the TV Champion, until he was thwarted by a mysterious masked entity…….the same thing occurred last week in a defeat to Liam Wood once more…

DF: Nobody has a clue who this masked guy is, but he certainly has issues with Dr. Wells….

JK: And the situation certainly seems to be taking its toll on Wells’ state of mind…

Wells looks a little crazed as he stares at the crowd, tilting his head from side to side. He then removes his stethoscope and his lab coat, folding them neatly at the base of the ring, before climbing up the steel steps onto the apron.

DF: Wells is a very strong man, with a ruthless streak……if he wins tonight then he will pose Wood very serious problems in a championship bout…

JK: Wood is 2-0 against Wells, but each time Wood has been in serious trouble until the interference from that unknown superstar…

DF: Wells is definitely on edge….I think he expects another attack…

Wells is looking up into the rafters and then his eyes dart from side to side as he scans the perimeter. Liam Wood is staring at Wells with mistrust but Wells doesn’t seem to notice as he continues to look over his shoulder. “Seven Nation Army” then roars out and the boos grow louder from the EWF faithful.

JK: Arguably the most unpopular man on the roster…

DF: He has a few opponents in that category….but Garcia does have a good case…

Garcia strides out onto the stage, a smug smile on his face, and he looks out at the crowd before raising his arms into the air. Garcia then removes his cowboy hat and holds it to his side as he walks down the rampway toward the ring.

JK: Alex Garcia’s debut in EWF couldn’t have been more controversial…..three straight defeats at the Iron Man led to two attacks on EWF referees, which in turn caused Daniel Magnusson to fine and suspend Garcia….but he didn’t listen and instead turned up at the end of the TV Title Battle Royale and stole the championship after Wood had just won it….

DF: Garcia made everyone sit up and take notice….

JK: And he continued that streak last week when he returned the championship to Wood, in return for this number one contender’s match……

DF: Garcia talks a good game…but he needs to start backing it up….he has yet to taste victory here in EWF…

JK: So has Bryan Wells….neither man has a win to their name, but one of them will receive a huge change in fortune when all is said and done in this bout…

Garcia trash talks some of the fans as he walks down to the ring, and then he jumps up onto the apron. He looks at Wells with disregard and then climbs into the ring, looking at Wells and immediately motioning a belt around his waist. Wood just stares back at his rival and then calls for the bell to start the match.

DF: Wood wasting no time….he wants this match underway…

JK: And more than likely he wants to see these two men beat each other senseless…

DF: He’s going to get his wish….Garcia and Wells know exactly what is at stake here….this will be a fight to the finish…

Garcia sneers at Wood and then turns his attention to Wells, who is circling him with intent. Both men eye each other closely and then lockup in the centre of the ring, allowing Garcia to twist the left arm of his opponent and knees Wells in the back before twisting him back around and into a rolling neckbreaker attempt but Wells spins out and kicks Garcia in the gut….

JK: Beautiful uppercut….

Wells detonates an uppercut to the jaw of Garcia, staggering him back to the ropes. He follows up with left and rights to the ribs of Garcia, who tries to cover up, and then grabs his arm and whips him across the ring….

DF: Big boot!

Wells attempts a big boot but Garcia catches his foot and spins him around before running off the ropes and returning with a flying clothesline takedown. Wells gets back up and Garcia lashes hard chops into his opponent’s chest, backing him into the corner before standing on the ropes and beginning to administer a ten punch combo….

JK: Garcia paying far too much attention to Liam Wood…

Garcia is landing punches on Wells’ forehead whilst staring straight at the referee at the same time. Garcia gets to the sixth punch and Wells grabs him by the throat and drops into a seated position, causing Garcia to fall face-first onto the top of the turnbuckle and he staggers away….

DF: If Garcia is going to concentrate on Wood for the majority of this match then Wood may aswell declare Wells the winner, because Garcia cannot function properly…

Wells is back up and he floors Garcia with a running headbutt to the chest before beckoning him back up and swinging him into a big hiptoss. Garcia gets back to his feet once more and Wells lifts him into a crunching sideslam………………………1………………………………..2…………………….shoulder up.

JK: Wells building some nice offense…

DF: His mind is concentrated on the match, and not his mysterious foe……which is bad news for Garcia…

Wells drags Garcia up by the head and lifts him into a vertical suplex position but Garcia drops off the back and pulls Wells into a schoolboy…………………………….1……………………………..2…………………..shoulder up. Garcia accuses Wood of a slow count as he gets back up and then stomps on Wells’ midsection and then hits a Russian legsweep……………………….1…………………………..2………………..another kickout by Wells.

JK: This is more like it from Garcia…

DF: Hand-picked by the great Drake Callihan so I don’t doubt this kid has skills…..but he doesn’t always apply himself properly…

Garcia slams hard fists down into the back of Wells, before running off the ropes and returns with a hard kick to the temple of his opponent. Garcia climbs out onto the apron and he beckons for Wells to stand up before springboarding himself onto the ropes….

JK: Shining wizard!

The crowd boo as Garcia connects with the hard knee to the jaw of Wells and then he points at Wood and trash talks him. Wood ignores his rival and then Garcia climbs up the turnbuckle and he waits for Wells to stand again….

JK: That is sweet…

Garcia connects with a flying back elbow to the face of Wells and quickly crawls into the cover…
..
…1
..
……2
..
…………kickout!

DF: Not enough to keep Wells down and out though….needs much more than that…

Garcia drives the point of his elbow into the back of Wells’ neck before pushing him against the ropes and whipping him across the ring. Wells comes back and Garcia attempts a dropkick but Wells catches his legs and slams him down into the canvass….

JK: Cloverleaf….

Wells tries to turn Garcia over for the submission but “Wildfire” manages to swivel underneath the legs of Wells and crawls back up. Wells turns around quickly but is floored by an impressive dropsault from Garcia, who then staggers to the ropes and climbs to the rop….

DF: Legdrop….connects!

1……………………….2…………….shoulder up from Wells. Garcia gets up and drops an elbow to the chest of his opponent before getting up again and nailing a second. The crowd boo as Garcia gets to his feet once more and he rakes his boot across Wells’ face before running off the ropes and returning with a jumping bum splash across the chest….

JK: Garcia really coming out of his shell….if this guy just sticks to wrestling then I think he will develop some fans…

DF: A guy like Garcia will never just “stick to wrestling”….he has too much to say for himself….

Wells gets back up and Garcia rocks him with hard right hands before whipping him into the corner. He follows in with a big stinger splash and then beckons Wells out and onto his shoulders…

JK: GUTBUSTER!

Wells struggles off the back before the gutbuster can be initiated and he waits for Garcia to turn around before spinning him up and nails a front powerslam……….1……………………………….2……………………..shoulder up. Wells gets back up and he waits for Garcia to rise and he scoops him onto his shoulders…

DF: DEATH BEFORE…

Garcia elbows his way off the shoulders of Wells and kicks him in the stomach as he foe turns around…

JK: CATALINA…

Garcia attempts the stunner but Wells pushes him away and follows up with a big clothesline that takes Garcia up and over the top rope. Garcia lands on his feet and he grabs Wells’ legs and immediately pulls him under the bottom rope to the outside, causing a brawl to ensue.

DF: Liam Wood needs to get a quick handle on this…

Wood quickly climbs out of the ring as Garcia rams Wells shoulder-first into the ringside barrier and then begins to stomp on him. Wood tells him he has ten seconds to get back in the ring but Garcia just laughts him off and continues to stomp down on Wells…

JK: Garcia paying no attention at all…

Wood wraps his hands around Garcia’s waist and drags him away before pushing him against the apron, ordering him to get back inside. Garcia looks furious as he squares up to Wood…

DF: Garcia not taking kindly to having Wood lay hands on him…

JK: Well if he just paid attention….and obeyed orders….

Garcia shoves Wood in the chest and says “Don’t touch me” as the TV Champion struggles to keep his restraint. Wells is back up and he runs into Garcia, driving him spine-first into the ring apron before throwing him back into the ring…..Wells takes a swift look at Wood before rolling back into the ring…

DF: Issues between Wood and Garcia getting in the way again….

JK: All plays into Wells’ hands…

Wells is on the apron and he slingshots over the top into a shoulder tackle that takes Garcia off his feet. He beckons Garcia back up and lifts him into an urange backbreaker before scooping Garcia onto his shoulders and nails a running back to belly piledriver (Sheamus’ White Noise)….

DF: That could force three….

1..
..

…..2
..
..
..
……….shoulder up!

JK: I thought Wells was going to get three there….

DF: He certainly is wearing down Garcia…

Wells gets back up and he laughs to himself as he takes a look up into the rafters before beginning to climb the ropes to the top. Garcia is slow and ponderous as he gets back up and Wells dives off, landing with a huge flying lariat to the chest and head of his opponent. The crowd are cheering Garcia’s dismay as Wells gets back up in the corner and beckons for Garcia to stand up….

JK: Full steam ahead from the Wells’ Express….

DF: I hope Liam Wood is watching this, because this could be his next opponent….

JK: FLATLINER!

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 12:37

Wells bursts out of the corner for the brogue kick but Garcia ducks it at the last moment and then dives ontop of Wells…

DF: Sleeper…

Garcia desperately tries to wrap his hands around the neck of Wells and drag him into the submission hold but Wells is able to stagger backwards and dive into the corner, crushing Garcia against the turnbuckle. Wells then runs across the ring and returns with a flying bodysplash before pulling Garcia out and lifts him into a spinebuster………………………….1……………………………………2…………….shoulder up.

JK: Wells having so much control in this match….but he needs to turn it into a result….

DF: He sure does…you can have all the offense you want, but if you don’t get a desired result then it was all for nothing….

Wells drags Garcia back up to his feet and underhooks his leg as he attempts a fisherman’s suplex but Garcia swivels out and connects with a face-first Russian legsweep….

JK: Garcia needed that to buy himself some time….

DF: Wells was certainly in control…..now Garcia has to dig deep if he wants to earn that opportunity….

JK: Winner of this match gets a TV Title shot at the next EWF PPV….which will be announced by Daniel Magnusson later tonight…

DF: Excellent news…I love the big events…

Garcia rolls under the bottom rope onto the apron and he slowly begins to crawl back up to his feet. He breathes deeply and waits for Wells to stand up before he slingshots himself back in and crunches a flying european uppercut under the chin of Wells. Garcia crawls back and he smiles at Wood, who ignores him, before lifting himself onto the second rope and dives off with a kneedrop to the chest…………………..1…………………………2………………shoulder up!

JK: I have to give credit where it is due….Liam Wood has done a fantastic job of refereeing this match…

DF: Yes he has, I didn’t expect him to keep his calm and unbiased but he has done exactly that….

Garcia is back up and he points at Wood and says “Your days are numbered….thanks for keeping the belt warm, when I beat your a55 then I’ll keep your b1tch warm for you” before turning back to Wells and stomping him into the corner. Wood looks at Garcia with anger but keeps his composure…

JK: Garcia really trying to force Wood’s hand…

DF: But Wood needs to stay calm…remember what Magnusson said, if he doesn’t call this down the line then there will be repercussions…

Garcia chokes Wells with his knee against the ropes before breaking on Wood’s count of four and running across the ring, returning with a flying kick (Broski Boot) to the jaw of Wells. He drags the surgeon toward the centre of the ring and then drops down for the cover……………………………1……………………………2………………….shoulder up.

JK: I thought Wells might have been out cold there but no, he remains to fight….

DF: Wells is a tough son of a gun…

Garcia backs into the corner and cockily lounges against the turnbuckle as he waits for Wells to get back up to his feet. The crowd are booing but Wells ignores them and then runs out as his opponent gets up…

JK: LEG LARIAT!

DF: DAMN BOY!

Garcia looks for the jumping leg lariat (Rough Ryder) but Wells catches him in midair and nails a sickening powerbomb. The crowd are cheering as Wells crawls back to the corner and drags himself back….

JK: Wells really snapped Garcia down on his neck…

DF:Beautiful whiplash impact and Garcia is dazed and confused….

JK: He has no idea that Wells is setting him up…………FLATLINER!

DF: CATALINA WINEMIXER!

Wells bursts out of the corner and looks for his patented brogue kick but Garcia ducks out of the way again and kicks Wells in the stomach and attempts the stunner, only for Wells to counter with a bridging back supkex…………………………………..1………………………………………..2…………………..shoulder up!

JK: Still not enough……

DF: DEATH BEFORE DISHONOUR!

Both men scramble up after the pinning attempt and Wells ducks a clothesline from Garcia before scooping him onto his shoulders and looks for the swinging cutter but Garcia stumbles off the back and then jumps up…

JK: SUNSET HEIGHTS!

Garcia looks for the zigzag neckbreaker but Wells reaches out and grabs the ropes, causing the bottom to fall out for Garcia. Garcia crawls away to the centre of the ring and staggers back up as Wells runs towards him again….

DF:FLATLINER!

*Crowd stunned!

JK: Oh my….

Wells scores with the brogue kick this time, but not on his desired target. The crowd are booing furiously as the instant replays show Garcia grab Liam Wood by the shirt and drag him in front of himself like a shield, causing the TV Champion to take the brutal kick straight to the face.

DF: That’s one way of guaranteeing your own safety….

JK: Garcia just used Wood as a shield, that was completely uncalled for…

DF: By any means necessary….

Garcia smiles at the crumpled body of Liam Wood and then lands with a kick to Wells’ stomach and pulls him in…

JK: CATALINA….

Garcia looks for the stunner but Wells grabs him by the shoulder and runs him forwards, throwing Garcia over the top rope to the outside of the ring. The crowd cheer at the sight of Garcia in a heap…

*Lights out

DF: Right on cue….damn this is crazy…

*A flash of lightning seems to strike the ring and then the lights come back on but there is nobody in the ring except Wells and Liam Wood. Bryan Wells looks on edge as he stares all around him, his hands on his head….

JK: Wells is completely and utterly bemused…

DF: Aren’t we all…

JK: Well yes but this masked stranger isn’t after you is he?....it’s Wells he wants and we have no idea why…

Wells looks beside himself as he drops to his knees, really tugging at the hair on top of his head. He is visibly shaking as he looks up above himself, into the rafters…

Wells: What do you want?......WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?.......SHOW YOURSELF TO ME….

DF: Wells is being haunted….

JK: In a way you have to feel sorry for the guy….

DF: Do you? We don’t know the story behind this so I wouldn’t even begin to get emotionally involved….

JK: But look at him….this whole scenario is making him crazed….

DF: True….

Wells looks completely lost as he gets back up to his feet and Alex Garcia crashes the TV Championship right into the back of his head, leaving him completely motionless on the mat. Garcia then rolls Wells onto his back and covers him…

JK: Wood still feeling the effects of that “flatliner” kick though….

DF: Look at this improvisation…

JK: This doesn’t count….does it?

DF: Technically it is Wood making the count…

The crowd are booing furiously as Garcia raises the limp arm of Wood into the air and then slams it down against the mat…
..
….1
..
..
…………..2
..
..
…………………………..3!

JK: Your kidding me….

DF: I don’t think there is a punch line here……….this match is over….our new number one contender has been crowned….

The bell sounds and the crowd demonstrate their displeasure with a chorus of boos as “Seven Nation Army” echoes out and Garcia is declared the winner. He staggers up to his feet and leans against the ropes with a smile, staring back at Wells and Liam Wood with amusement….

JK: Alex Garcia, by hook or by crook, has won this match……….and he is the number one contender to the TV Title….

DF: He sure used a lot of ballsy improvisation to get to this position, but he made it happen and you cannot take that away from him……….Garcia will face Liam Wood with that TV Championship on the line…

Garcia picks the TV Title off the mat and he holds it above his head, drawing bigger boos from the crowd. He then kisses the gold and tosses it down at the head of Liam Wood before climbing from the ring and dropping down to the outside.

JK: Garcia not only used Wood as human shield to block the brogue kick from Wells but he was also lucky that Wells was distracted by his unknown stalker….

DF: We can make many excuses and call it however you want but it doesn’t change the endgame…..Garcia did get lucky, but he still won the match and he is still the number one contender to the TV Title….nothing changes that….

JK: Liam Wood did so well to keep his cool, but in the end it meant nothing because Garcia got the better of him once again….

DF: And Wood will have to think about that…because Garcia has a way of getting under Wood’s skin and he cannot afford to just charge in at this guy without thinking…..this is a very exciting prospect…I can’t wait for these guys to showdown…

Bryan Wells is still down and out in the centre of the ring as Wood begins to stagger up to his feet. He looks angry as he picks up the TV Championship and then stares into the aisleway, where Garcia is looking back. Garcia winks at Wood and motions a belt around his waist before turning his back and heading through the curtain. Wood holds his jaw and looks disappointed as he follows Garcia up the rampway.

JK: There is definitely a lot more to come from these situations….Wells is going to have something to say about being cost another match by his stalker….and the Wood/Garcia situation just gathered some serious momentum….what lays around the corner for these guys?

DF: Only place to find out those answers is right here on Conflict….the only place for professional wrestling…the home of entertainment.

Official Result: Alex Garcia by pinfall
Match time: 10 minutes

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 12:42

*We go backstage and Mike Conrad is just finishing up with the tidying in his locker-room when a sharp knock comes at his door. He turns to the side as he sees Kelsey Hughes just walking in.

Kelsey: Do you have time for a quick word, Mike?

Conrad: Always have time for a pretty lady…

*Kelsey smiles as she looks around the spotless room

Kelsey: Wow, you really have it clean in here…

Conrad: Yeah, I can’t abide dirt; I think that is why I have such a problem with Machiavelli.

*They both laugh

Kelsey: Obviously the issues between yourself and FEAR have no subsided but your mind must be elsewhere tonight, surely you are fully concentrated on your upcoming match with Vincent Costello?

Conrad: Is there even going to be a match, I heard rumours that Costello is refusing to compete?

Kelsey: It seems that he will not fight unless he gets a shot at the world championship, but it could be a bluff, so I imagine you’re ready just in case?

Conrad: I’m always ready to go out there and perform, to put on a show and prove that I belong in the upper echelons of any business. Costello can play all the games he wants, I’ll be out in that ring whether he turns up or not.

Kelsey: This is a big opportunity for you, a win here would really show Mr Magnusson that you deserve to be considered for the world championship #1 contender’s spot?

Conrad: That’s the plan. This “race for the championship” situation means I have to impress the fans, Mr Magnusson and my fellow superstars in the locker-room. I have to show that I deserve the big marquee matches, and the only way to do that is by fighting the best, and beating the best.

Kelsey: And just finally, not meaning to ruin your frame of mind….but last week on Conflict there were a few intriguing events involving FEAR…..first of all, perhaps the introduction of a female member?

Conrad: I know it caught a lot of people by surprise, but I swore blind that I heard the sound of heels on the concrete right before I got my head smashed in at the Iron Man Tournament. Nothing shocks me when it comes to Machiavelli, he is a manipulative guy and I am sure his influence spreads far and wide.

Kelsey: And as for your battle with Ojore…..ending in a no contest…..just how do you deal with a man like that?

Conrad: I’m working on it…

*He smiles

Conrad: Ojore is a tough, powerful animal but every man walking this earth has a weakness, it’s up to me to work out what his is….I’ll get there eventually, and when I do then there will be repercussions for his actions.

Kelsey: And Machiavelli…..the last time we saw you, you were chasing him and Ojore away as they attempted to take out Jimmy Phillips……

Conrad: Like I said, tonight my focus is on proving my credentials as a world title contender but I always have one eye on my enemies and I know they are never too far away.

*Conrad looks suspiciously around, as though expecting to see a camera

Conrad: This whole dilemma will reach a resolution sooner or later and I will get even with FEAR for what they have done to me, to Jimmy….and to the EWF in general. They need to learn that every action has a consequence and I am going to be the one that teaches them.

*The crowd cheer

Conrad: Me and Jimmy are gonna talk, because we both know this cannot continue. But tonight our priorities lay elsewhere, business before pleasure. So we’ll take care of whatever we need to tonight, hopefully set our stars shining brighter than ever before….and then we go to war…

Kelsey: I wish you luck out there Mike…

Conrad: Thanks Kelsey!

*Conrad smiles at the interviewer and then picks up his trademark trash can as he exits the room and heads toward the entranceway.

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 12:46

*The scene changes and a visibly delighted Alex Garcia is just walking into the backstage area. He has his cowboy hat on and lets out a huge whoop as he swaggers up to a couple of production staff members, who are deep in discussion.

Garcia: Y’all just see that?

*The workers turn to Garcia, confused by his presence.

Garcia: Yeah, I know you just saw that. What you just witnessed is your future EWF TV Champion, believe me when I say that.

*Garcia looks over the men’s shoulders at the monitors, displaying the final moments of his match again. He smiles as he watches

Garcia: Taught both them boys a real valuable lesson in manners, yes sir. They think I don’t take this seriously, but that’s because I know how to balance my life and my business. I drink a few beers, I do whatever the hell I like, but when I’m here, then it is all about making some noise and that is exactly what I just did.

Now Magnusson can push all his papers, and Wood can make all the excuses he likes, but nothing is stopping me from getting my title shot. They are going to be having pay per view just for my bout, because I equal money, there is no doubt about that.

Young Texan rancher finally done good in life, the TV audience would lap that up. Or the arrogant cowboy who stomped and crippled the opposition to get to the top….either way my story sells because everything is bigger in Texas…..make a note of that.

*The two crew members look at each other, perplexed

Garcia: I know your lost for words right now, and I understand, I would be too if I was around this level of greatness. But I want you to pay close attention to what I am saying to you, because this will be aired on EWF telecasts for years to come, my founding statement that will resonate and reverberate in the hall of fame.

When I want something, I am going to get it and it doesn’t matter what I have to do in order to make that happen. I talk loud, and I back it up each and every night I step between those ropes. I am the show stealer, the money maker, the X-Factor, the most controversial and public-demanded superstar that this industry has ever seen.

They’ll tune in to see me get my a55 kicked, they’ll cry with sorrow when I hold the gold up high, but when this journey reaches its final destination, they’ll realize and they’ll appreciate just how damn good I really was…..because I don’t just say it, I do it…..and I do it damn better than anyone else ever could.

So they can boo me….and Magnusson can paint me as the biggest villain since Koresh, but when I’m live then you guarantee that I hold your attention in the palm of my hand…..

This industry needs a makeover, the people deserve to see the dirty underbelly of this twisted and disgusting profession…it needs dragging into the twenty first century…and that is exactly what I intend on doing.

Whether you want to see it or not…I’m gonna personally tape each of your eyelids open and I’m going to make you watch……this is my time, my moment and my fifteen minutes of fame….

Some people use Facebook or Twitter, or they post pointless videos on Youtube to somehow gain recognition that they don’t deserve…but me, I deserve my recognition, I deserve my fame, my glory, my success and all the accolades that go along with it……..

So that is exactly what I am going to get…I’m going to transcend, I’m going to reach out to the general public and become the biggest global star the world ever did see…I’ll be bigger than Hogan…….it’s my guarantee….and then Magnusson will see, he’ll get the picture….

You can’t obtain greatness….you cannot create it and you cannot smother it….the cream rises to the top, the stars stand out from the crowd…….you cannot manufacture what I possess….so Magnusson can continue his quest of oppression against me, but he will not win…..Liam Wood will not win…..EWF will not win…

I will win….yes I will!

*Garcia tips his hat to the crew members and then watches himself on the monitor again before walking off, whistling as he goes.

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 12:48

*We change scene once again and Vincent Costello is lounging back in a recliner chair in his locker-room, in the midst of an argument with a member of the backstage running crew.

Crew: Your up next…

Costello: Are you frickin’ listening to me, or are you remedial? Because I told you once, and I am telling you again, I am not going out there. No match for me tonight. Do not make me repeat myself again.

Crew: But…

*Costello holds up his hand

Costello: I’m sorry…

Crew: You are?

Costello: No, I mean I’m sorry….as in I feel sorry for your mother, who must have the most torrid of times giving birth to such a mentally unstable jacka55 as yourself.

*The crew member blushes

Crew: My mother is..

Costello: Save it, I really don’t want a sob story and you are barking up the wrong tree if you expect an apology. I told you, under no circumstances am I going out there for a fight. So march yourself down to Conrad’s locker-room and you tell him that he may as well go and get his dinner out the dumpster or something, he has the night off.

*The crew member just looks at Costello, who seems to be getting angrier

Costello: I mean seriously, me against Mike Conrad? Don’t these idiots know who they are dealing with here? I am the most talented member of this roster, I deserve better than this……and I won’t be forced into doing something that I shouldn’t be. I am the rightful number one contender to the world championship, no matter what anyone says. I am not getting out of this seat for anything less than a shot at the gold…..

Crew: I’ll go and inform Mr Magusson, then…

Costello: Yeah, you do that….and you tell him to take a good look in the mirror. He built this company to be successful and yet he treats his hottest commodity like a sack of (beep). This company will not rival the opposition unless my face is on the posters, the merchandise and the advertising boards and I already told him this. I am not fighting in this (beep) hole again until I get what I deserve.

???: Is there a problem here?

*The crowd cheer as Daniel Magnusson appears at the door, to the relief of the exasperated crew member

Costello: Here he is, the great and powerful Oz…..time to grant my wish…

Magnusson: I won’t be granting you anything, except maybe an early release..

*The crowd cheer but Costello just smirks

Costello: Mr Magnusson, please do not play silly little games.

Magnusson: I am merely humouring you, after all it is you who began this issue.

Costello: Incorrect, you did when you decided to agree to stipulations presented to you by a low-life like Garcia. You let him hold this this company to ransom like he was a Somalian pirate or something and now you have set a precedent for the future.

Magnusson: I assure you that isn’t the case…

Costello: I assure you that it is….Garcia made you look like a fool, and your plan to punish him has backfired because now he is sitting pretty. He broke the rules and now he is reaping the rewards for it, because you allowed him to. So now you will present me with my own rewards….because if not, then I’ll make Garcia’s indiscretions look like a kindergarten strop

*Magnusson raises his eyebrows

Costello: I want a re-match with Sparkz….I am no being disrespected with matches against nobodies like Conrad…..Sparkz…..with the title on the line…

Magnusson: There is no way, you have earned nothing of the sort.

Costello: Did you just here what I said…

Magnusson: I heard, and I don’t give a damn.

*The crowd cheer

Magnusson: Maybe I did make a mistake with Garcia, but I’ll chalk that up to inexperience, I promise you that it will not happen again. I’m the boss around here and I make all the decisions, whether you like it or not. I do not take kindly to threats either….so throw all the strops you want, but if you persist in acting like a child, then I will gladly treat you like one.

*Costello looks annoyed

Magnusson: I granted you entrance into the “race for the championship” concept because I believe you have the talent to be a big game player in EWF….but actions speak much louder than words, and right now your mouth is letting you down.

You want a shot at the gold? You think your better than the rest of the roster? Then get your a55 up, get out to that ring and you damn well prove it….if not then kindly pack your bags and I’ll call you a cab, your pink slip will be in the post…

*Costello’s face is blotchy with anger as he surveys his boss

Magnusson: Well?

*Costello snatches his t-shirt up off the chair as he stands and then barges past Magnusson in the doorway

Costello: I hope you know that you just signed off Conrad’s death warrant….

*Costello walks towards the entranceway as Magnusson watches him go, a smile crossing his face[i]

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Match 2
"Race for the Championship"
Vincent Costello vs Mike Conrad

DF: So we have a match?

JK: It would seem so….Magnusson proving he is no pushover…

DF: And so he should….maybe he did make a mistake with Garcia, but he just rectified himself as far as I am concerned. Nobody is bigger than this business, no matter how talented they are. If Costello wants a world championship match then he needs to prove he deserves it…not just talk about it…

JK: I agree…..Daniel Magnusson set up this “race for the championship” concept to determine the most deserving number one contender….if Costello wants another shot at Sparkz then this is his chance to show why he is above the rest…..

“Godfather” echoes out amid a blast of deep purple pyrotechnics inside the Elite Coliseum and the crowd are booing loudly for the arrival of Vincent Costello. He immediately pushes his way out onto the stage and stares angrily at the crowd before making his way down to the ring.

DF: Costello made a hell of an impression on me back at the Iron Man Tournament but ever since then he has become tiresome with his complaints and demands…..we need to see more of his in-ring skills and hear less of his mouth…

JK: Costello is an out-spoken individual but he possesses great talent and it would be so much better for himself and the EWF product if we saw more of the latter and less of the former…

DF: We don’t need guys to talk about what they are going to do….we want to see them actually do it…..now is Costello’s chance to prove that he can get back to that mountain top…

Costello rips off his t-shirt and rolls it into a stuffed bundle before throwing it down by the steel steps and then rolls into the ring. He ignores the jibes of the crowd as he paces around and then turns his attention back to the stage as a blast of red pyros erupt into the air. The beeping sound of a dustbin lorry then sounds out, causing a cheering storm from every fan in attendance.

DF: Well his opponent is a man that does back up his words…..this guy loves to fight…

JK: Maybe not the most technically gifted, but you will never find anyone who gives more to this profession than Mike Conrad…

DF: A true warrior, and this crowd admire that…

Conrad slaps hands with the fans as he walks down the rampway, his trademark trash can in his other hand. Conrad smiles as he raises the weapon in the air and then places it down next to the steel steps. He raises his fist into the air and then jumps up onto the apron.

JK: Conrad currently embroiled in a personal feud with the FEAR campaign but his focus turns away from that tonight….

DF: It has to…if Conrad wants to get a shot at the big time then he needs to forget about FEAR right now and concentrate on Vincent Costello….because if he loses that focus then I guarantee he will be punished…

JK: Conrad certainly believes he can put that situation to the back of his mind…..but now it is time to find out whether he can or not…

Conrad steps through the ropes into the ring and the referee holds both men back as they make a beeline for the centre of the ring. The official goes over the rules and then backs away, signaling for the bell that begins the bout. Conrad and Costello circle each other and then move in for a lockup…

DF: It will be interesting to see how Conrad reacts to being called a “nobody” by Costello…

JK: Costello certainly has added plenty of fuel to the fire for this one…

Conrad looks to move in for the lockup but Costello surprises him with a sharp kick to the stomach and then rallies off with hard right hands. Conrad staggers back against the ropes and Costello knees him in the gut before grabbing his arm and whipping him across the ring…..

DF: Conrad reversed it…

Conrad uses his own power to pull Costello into the centre of the ring and whips him off the ropes, only for Costello to return with a high knee to the face of his opponent. Conrad gets back up and Costello knocks him back down with a double axe handle before beckoning him up a third time and scoops him onto his shoulders…

JK: Go to….

Conrad drops off the back and pushes Costello into the corner before chasing in and landing with a hard clothesline. He beckons Costello out and nails a belly to belly suplex………………………1……………………2…………….shoulder up. Conrad gets up and lashes his arms across the back of Costello before dragging him up and into a vertical suplex…

DF: Conrad is just a guy that does not relent….sure he may not be a master technician but he can grind anyone down with his determination…

Conrad lets Costello get up and he lands a hard uppercut to the stomach before grabbing his arm and whips him into the corner. He rushes in and connects with a big splash before landing two forearms and then lifts Costello up onto the top rope…

JK: Costello in trouble right here…

Conrad rocks Costello back with a few more right hands as he climbs up onto the top rope and pulls his opponent into a front facelock…

DF: Superplex from here is going to cause a mess…

Conrad tries to pull Costello down, but the Hell’s Kitchen native is doing everything he can to hold on. He lands with hard hooks to the exposed ribcage of Conrad before seizing his head and butting him down to the canvass below….Conrad rolls away in pain as Costello composes himself and then leaps…

JK: HEADBUTT!

The crowd cheer as Conrad rolls away in time, causing Costello to face-plant straight into the canvass. Conrad quickly runs off the ropes and comes sprinting back into a rolling cradle cover…………………..1……………………2………..shoulder up. They both scramble back up and Conrad kicks Costello in the stomach and hits a spinning neckbreaker………………………..1…………………..2……………..shoulder up.

DF: Conrad had a fantastic start to this match…..but can he sustain it?

JK: If he wants to be a world champion then he has to….

Conrad underhooks both of Costello’s arms as he tries to stand and lifts him up for a suplex but Costello counters out with a backdrop. Conrad gets back up and Costello meets him with a head-butt to the stomach and then stands up straight, nailing a snap DDT………………………..1……………………………….2……………..kickout!

DF: That is how quickly that Costello can switch this up…

JK: And this is exactly what we want to see from this guy on a more consistent basis….

Costello gets up and begins to systematically stomp down on the chest and head of Conrad before running off the ropes and returning with a jumping knee drop to the forehead. Conrad stumbles back up to his feet and Costello lifts him into a scoop slam before backing into the corner. He lifts himself onto the second rope and then jumps off with a fistdrop to the face….

DF: Costello turning it up a notch now…

JK: He has a serious variety of gears….

Costello lets Conrad stand again and kicks him in the stomach before flipping him up and nails a sitdown powerbomb…
..
…1
..
……2
..
……….shoulder up!

JK: Costello is desperate to get that re-match with Jason Sparkz…

DF: But if he wants it then he is going to need to work on a few things….the last three times he has faced Sparkz he has come out with a loss to his name……..

JK: He has never defeated the world champion…

DF: Exactly….that is a major issue…

Costello drops a knee to the face of Conrad before kneeling over his foe and beginning to hammer down with hard rights and lefts. He stands up and slicks back his hair before running off the ropes and returning with a hard kick to the ribs that forces Conrad to roll under the bottom rope to the outside…

JK: Costello sure is building some control here…

Costello climbs out onto the apron, ignoring the orders of the referee, and then along and jumps off into an axe handle across the back of Conrad. The crowd are booing but Costello merely smiles at them and then begins to stomp a mudhole into the midsection of his opponent…

DF: Costello’s aggressive nature is something that, if, he learns to channel can become his most successful weapon….

Vincent drags Conrad up and smacks his head against the ringside barrier before running him backwards and slams him into the ring apron. Conrad slumps down onto the ground and Costello smiles at him before pulling himself back up onto the apron and through the ropes.

JK: Conrad in bad shape on the outside….

DF: Should have more than enough left in the tank to beat the clock though….

The referee’s count reaches four as Conrad pulls himself back up onto the apron and Costello catches him with a knee to the head as he tries to crawl through the middle rope before nailing a corkscrew neckbreaker…………………..1……………………………2………….Conrad just manages to get his shoulder up off the mat.

JK: I thought we might have been looking at a three count there……….

Costello has an argument with the referee over the speed of his count and then stands up. He drags Conrad up onto his feet and into a piledriver position…

DF: Conrad about to experience some serious pain…

Conrad staggers back and counters with a backdrop that sends Costello over the top rope onto the apron. Vincent lands on his feet and waits for Conrad to turn around before shoulder-thrusting him through the middle rope and pulls his arm over the top rope…

JK: Costello looking to suplex Conrad to the outside….

Conrad kicks his feet, fighting the suplex, and then drops down and guillotines Costello across the top rope. Conrad then lifts Costello up and over the top rope, into a crunching jackhammer…
..
…1
..
..
…….2
..
..
………………..shoulder up!

DF: Conrad pulling that right out of the top drawer there…..

Conrad gets back up to his feet and he pulls Costello up and flips him into the air for a powerbomb, only for Costello to land down with hard right hands to the forehead of his foe and then jump out of the back….Costello quickly bursts off the ropes and flies back with a yakuza kick to the stomach of Conrad before scooping him up and then nails a shoulder-breaker……………………1……………………………….2…………………..shoulder up.

JK: Back and forth….you can really see why these men were chosen to fight for a world title opportunity…

Costello holds out the arm of Conrad and stomps down on it before dragging Conrad up and lifts him onto his shoulders. He spins his foe around and then runs him into the corner…

DF: Snake eyes…

Conrad drops off the back at the last moment and shoves Costello, chest-first, into the turnbuckle before locking his hands around his waist as he staggers back out…

JK: Beautiful bridging german suplex….

1.
…2
…..shoulder up from Costello. They both scramble back to their feet and Costello looks for a flailing right hand but Conrad ducks it and lifts him into an atomic drop before running back off the ropes and storming forward again….

DF: SPEAR!

The crowd cheer as Conrad thunderous into Costello with the ferocious spear before crawling over him and making the cover…………………………………………1………………………………………….2………………….foot on the ropes from Costello!

JK: Costello bought himself one heck of a reprieve…

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 12:56

DF: That’s what separates contenders from champions…..the will to win that makes you reach above and beyond…

Conrad looks at the referee in disbelief, before accepting that the match is scheduled to continue. He gets back up to his feet and looks around at the cheering crowd, before beckoning for Costello to get back up onto his feet…

JK: Conrad has this all sewn up….

DF: You do not score until you score….

JK: DUSTBUSTER!

Conrad leaps up for the RKO but Costello underhooks his arm and nails him with a picture perfect “Angle” slam, drawing boos from the crowd…

JK: Costello needed that…

DF: Desperation or not, it was truly fantastic…..

The referee begins to count both men down as they recover from the effects of the match. Costello clings to the ropes and helps himself back up as Conrad gets to his feet in the middle of the ring. Costello pushes himself away from the ropes and turns straight towards Conrad…

JK: DUST…

Conrad goes for the RKO again but this time Costello counters with a bridging back suplex……………………..1…………………….2…………………….shoulder up. They get back up and Costello uses Conrad’s onrushing momentum to lift him up and nail a whiplash spinebuster……………………..1…………………2……………………shoulder up.

DF: Such a great effort by these two competitors…..

JK: Dario Machiavelli and Jimmy Phillips will be watching this, knowing they have a hard act to follow…

Costello gets up and hits Conrad with a discus punch before whipping him off the ropes and launching him into a big backdrop. Conrad staggers back up and Costello lifts him onto his shoulders….

DF: GTS!

Conrad catches Costello’s knee on the way down and counters into a dragon screw takedown before grabbing ahold of Costello’s feet and slingshotting him into the corner. Costello’s head hits the turnbuckle and he staggers back into a russian legsweep……………………………….1……………………………….2………………….shoulder up.

JK: Conrad so close to a decision….

DF: But it continues to allude him, and the longer that continues, the more that the frustration shall grow…

Conrad gets back up and goes to the corner, climbing up onto the top rope. Costello is slow to get back to a vertical base and then Conrad dives from on high and takes him out with a big shoulder block, drawing cheers from the crowd. Conrad then gets back to his feet and he waits for Costello to rise before lifting him into a big sidewalk slam……………………………..1…………………………………2………………………….kickout.

JK: Costello teetering on the brink here….

DF: He may have somewhat underestimated Mike Conrad, which would be foolish…

Costello holds his spine as he gets back up and Conrad drives an elbow down into his spine before grabbing ahold of him arm and whips him into the corner. Conrad follows in but Costello drives the point of his elbow out into the jaw of Conrad before running out after him and nailing a knee lift to the stomach. Conrad gets back up and misses with a clothesline as Costello nails an inverted facelock backbreaker and follows up with a neckbreaker……………………………….1…………………………………2………………………..kickout again from Conrad.

DF: Conrad has got stones, you have to give him that….he refuses to fold…

JK: The epitome of hard-work and dedication…..Conrad just wants to be accepted as a world-class competitor….

Costello stands up and he kicks out at the face of Conrad before he runs off the ropes and returns with a big jumping elbow that lands to the chest of his foe. Conrad crawls back up and Costello lifts him onto his shoulders before running him into a rolling green bay plunge…………………………….1………………………2……………Conrad pushes his shoulder up off the mat.

DF: Costello’s frustration growing now…

JK: He needs to reign that in…

Costello slams his hand against the mat three times and stares at the referee in disgust before getting back up. He questions the referee some more before turning away from him and he drags Conrad back up and nails him with an inverted atomic drop before whipping him off the ropes…

DF: OMERTA!

Conrad swings out onto his feet and kicks Costello in the stomach before attempting a double armed DDT but Costello counters into a northern lights suplex…………………………….1………………………………2…………………shoulder up. They both scramble to their feet and Costello lands a crunching kick to the gut of Conrad before nailing a fisherman’s suplex…………………………………….1…………………………………..2…………………………..kickout again!

JK: Just what is it going to take in order to put Conrad away…

DF: I am so impressed by this guy’s resiliency….

Conrad is on wobbly legs as he stumbles back up and Costello rocks him with furious right hands, knocking him back to the corner. Costello aims in with hard punches and kicks before he is forced to break away on the referee’s count of four….

JK: Costello walking the line here…..the referee will not hesitate to disqualify him…

Costello rattles in with fierce knife edge chops to the chest of Conrad before dragging him to the centre of the ring and he nails a snap suplex. He then gets back to his feet and he rakes his boot across the face of Conrad before heading to the corner and beginning to climb toward the top…

DF: Costello going high-risk….

JK: He’s ready to put this one to bed……..KERB STOMP!

The crowd look on as Costello comes flying from on high for the double foot stomp but Conrad rolls away in time, causing Costello’s knees to buckle underneath him on landing. Conrad is back up on his feet and he quickly dives onto Costello’s back…

DF: SLEEPER!

The crowd cheer as Conrad locks his hands around the neck of Costello and tries to put him to sleep with the submission hold. Costello staggers off balance and almost falls down, but instead he grips around the back of Conrad’s head and then sits down into an inverted jawbreaker that sends Conrad flying across the ring. Both men get back up to their feet and Costello lifts Conrad straight onto his shoulders….

JK: GO TO SLEEP!

The crowd boo as the sickening uplift knee lands to the jaw of Conrad and leaves him sprawled on the mat Costello drops down into a cover………………..1
..
..
..
………….2
..
..
..
…………………foot on the ropes!

DF: Damn that was a three count for sure….but Conrad found the ropes….

JK: He seems to have an answer for everything….

DF: That will be slowly filtering through to Vincent Costello, he knows he needs to find something big….

Costello looks furious as he stares at Conrad’s boot across the bottom rope. He gets back up his feet and stomps down on his opponent’s chest before ragging him back up and pushing him into the corner. Costello nails hard shoulder thrusts into the midsection of Conrad and then lifts him up onto the second rope….

DF: Costello thinking musclebuster here….

Conrad fights the grip of Costello and kicks out, catching his opponent in the chest and knocking him backwards. Conrad then leaps off and lands with a double axe handle to the top of Costello’s head. Vincent gets back up and Conrad leaps up….

DF: DUSTBUSTER!

JK: Schoolboy!

Conrad’s RKO attempt is countered into a pinfall………………………………………1………………………………………..2………………………………..shoulder up. They scramble back up and Conrad rocks Costello with a hard right hand before whipping him off the ropes, only for Costello to return with a flying forearm takedown. He drags Conrad back up and lifts him into a vertical suplex but Conrad slides off the back and then pulls Costello down into a backslide pin………………………1……………………………2………………………….shoulder up.

DF: I thought he had him….

JK: So did I….

DF: OMERTA!

Both men race back to their feet and Conrad rushes in, only for Costello to use his momentum to pick him up and spin him around for the black hole slam. Conrad, amazingly, lands out on his feet and waits for Costello to turn around…

JK: DUSTBUSTER!

*Crowd pop

DF: Nailed him…

The thousand fans in attendance erupt as Conrad plants Costello into the canvass with the RKO, but Vincent immediately rolls from the ring before a cover can be made. Conrad kneels in frustration, catching his breath….

JK: A countout victory is a victory all the same…

DF: Costello is way out of it….Conrad should relax…

Costello is flat out near the steel steps as the referee begins to count him out……………………1……………………….2………………………..3……………………..4………………Conrad is kneeling in the corner, regaining some composure…………….5……………………..6………….Costello has his hand on the ring apron and is trying to pull himself up…………………7

JK: Costello has his t-shirt in his hand…

DF: Maybe he’s cold…

……….Costello fidgets with the t-shirt and then throws it back down on the ground as he pulls himself onto the apron. Conrad comes over and grabs Costello by the head, dragging him through the middle ropes and back into the ring as Costello levels him with a thunderous right hand….

JK: Wait just a damn minute…

The referee’s view is obstructed by Conrad’s back and Costello is able to throw a gold object back under the bottom rope as his opponent collapses in a heap on the mat. Costello goes up high and smirks at the booing crowd…

JK: Up to his old tricks once again….

DF: Costello just knows how to get it done….KERB STOMP!

JK: Forget about it!

Costello applies the exclamation point with the top-rope foot stomp to the chest and quickly drops down to hook both legs…….
..
..
…1
..
..
……2
..
..
………………..3!

DF: And just like that, this one is all over…

JK: It’s over because Costello used the goddamn brass knucks again……….he had them hidden in his t-shirt…

DF: He tricked the system…..and that won’t win him any supporters, but it will win him matches….

JK: Mike Conrad can count himself seriously aggrieved with what has happened here…..he gave a great account of himself and seemed to be heading for victory, until Costello sucker-punched him and stole one…

DF: Conrad was fantastic….and he did so well to ignore his ongoing plight with FEAR to put on a show….but he is a victim of circumstance tonight, and his quest for the world championship may now be over…

The crowd are booing furiously as Costello mockingly kisses his fist as he kneels over Mike Conrad. “Godfather” is playing from the speakers and Costello motions a belt around his waist before rolling under the bottom rope and into the aisleway. The instant replays document the end of the match again on the Hypertron.

JK: Vincent Costello has cheated his way to an undeserved victory here tonight on Conflict….and thanks to that, he is now one step closer to his goal, a world championship bout against Jason Sparkz…

DF: He’s one step closer but his journey is far from over…..later tonight we will see Jimmy Phillips and Dario Machiavelli compete to prove their own credentials….things are hotting up now in the “race for the championship”….

JK: I hope Costello is proud of himself…..

DF: I’m sure he is…

Costello slicks his hair back and smiles at the ongoing boos before turning on his heel and exiting through the curtain. Mike Conrad is slowly coming to in the ring, looking confused as to what just happened.

Official result: Vincent Costello via pinfall
Match time: 11 minutes 04 seconds

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:02

The video feed is interrupted by the TV network’s error screen. The opening sequence of the networks news show appears on the screen. A man, dressed in a blue suit that match his eyes with greased back, blonde hair, sits behind a news desk with nine monitors in the background. The middle monitor displays the network logo; the other eight around it show the faces of several people being interviewed.

Newcaster
We once again interrupt your regularly scheduled programming to bring you this emergency news update. Ten days ago we launched an emergency news broadcast to inform you that the National Science Institute had discovered a super storm set to hit LA today, that however has not seemed to be the case. Many including the NSI its self have taken to Twitter to call the storm a hoax. We go live to my colleague Dan Hobbs at the NSI, Los Angeles’ branch building. Dan?

The screen fades and opens to Dan Hobbs. Dan is stood again outside the NSI LA branch, this time he is the only reporter there. He stands on the steps of the building joined by a man with messy hear and red waist coat. The man seems to be looking to the sky looking for something, maybe the storm.

Dan Hobbs
Thank you, James. I am once again here at the National Science Institute building here in, Los Angeles’ I am joined at this time by the Scientist who discovered the storm. Dr Stark…

Man
No. No, I’m no doctor or ever claimed to be.

Dan Hobbs
Ok, Mr Stark…

Man
Now, that part I did lie about. My name is not Stark nor is it doctor.

Dan Hobbs
Than who are you?

Man
That doesn’t matter. It’s not my name or who I am we’re here to discuss. You want to know why I told the head of this building about a super storm that never was.

Dan Hobbs
So, you admit there is no super storm heading our way?

Man
That not technically true, there is a storm coming, due to hit the Elite Coliseum very very soon.

Dan Hobbs
You’re no scientist, are you? So, how do you know a storm is coming?

Man
Because I am the on coming storm.

With that the man walks off out of the frame. Dan looks at his feet and then back to the camera.

Dan Hobbs
My apologies folks it seems that we have in fact reported a false story. On the bright side at least there is no super storm and we have discovered that something is going down at the Elite Coliseum tonight. We now return to your regular program.

The screen fades and returns to the video feed. The man from the news report sits on a crate, his arms resting in his lap and his head down. He flips his head up and sweeps the hair out of his face. He rises from the crate and heads off down the corridor. He passes Liam Wood on his way back from the ring. The two pass each other and stop walking. Just for a second then both men continue on their way neither looking back at the other.

The scene fades.

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:04

*We go backstage and the crowd boo as they see Dario Machiavelli and Ojore standing in front of a huge bank of monitors, inside the FEAR locker room. Most of the screens are now operational and both men are observing the end of the match between Vincent Costello and Mike Conrad.

Machiavelli: You see, my friend, Mike Conrad is weak and he is defenseless. He welcomes his beatings like a dog kneeling before its master.

Ojore: We end him…

*Machiavelli laughs

Machiavelli: In time, Ojore, in time. But we are just getting started here and I do not want to jump the proverbial gun, there is so much more fun to be had with Mr Conrad, and Mr Phillips too….we have barely scratched the surface with them……FEAR has yet to consume their souls.

*Ojore looks to a different monitor, and they watch Jimmy Phillips getting ready for the main event.

Machiavelli: Mr Phillips has a little more intelligence that Conrad, but his hero tendencies betray him and that is where our next play comes into effect. These two men believe they fight for good, they fight for honour but they have no idea that they are merely delaying the inevitable. They cannot win this war, they cannot overcome me, or you…..they cannot hide from FEAR!

Ojore: The plan…?

Machiavelli: It is all in motion, don’t you worry about that. By the end of tonight the world will know that we are very serious about our work, and our two very special friends will think twice about their next assault. We haven’t even got out of first gear yet, but when we go up to the next level, I assure you that they will not be able to keep up.

Ojore: And him….?

*Ojore raises his finger and points to a different monitor. Machiavelli breathes deeply and then smiles

Machiavelli: Ah yes……Mr Sparkz!

*The monitor shows Sparkz polishing the EWF Championship

Machiavelli: Tonight, he will get his first glimpse of his future, he will gaze upon FEAR and he will know that his fate is sealed. He escaped our wrath once, but lady luck will not cast her twinkling smile upon him again, that is a promise. Mr Sparkz will be a very special project indeed…..once we have disposed of Conrad and Phillips, all attention will fall on him, and we will give him the platform to perform that a true champion deserves.

*Machiavelli laughs to himself

Machiavelli: I must prepare for tonight……and you must go to the ring for your assignment. You know what to do?

*Ojore nods in understanding

Machiavelli: Good…….allow the FEAR to lead you, and your deed shall be done!

*Ojore bows and then turns on his heel to exit the room. Machiavelli turns back to the monitors.

Machiavelli: The formulation continues…..my masterpiece is in effect…

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:05

*The scene changes and the crowd pop as Jason Sparkz is just exiting his lockeroom, the EWF World Championship over his shoulder. Hugh Cartwright is on hand to grab a word with him.

Hugh: Jason, hey there champ…

Sparkz: What can I do for you, pal?

Hugh: Just a quick word before your match. I imagine you have had one eye on the “race for the championship” battles, so can I just ask you who your preferred opponent would be at the upcoming PPV event?

Sparkz: I don’t have a preference. I am the world champion, and I am proud to have this position, so I will fight anyone at any time. I want to be remembered as a modern-day great, go down in EWF folklore and that means meeting any challenge head-on, that means proving that I can hang tough no matter who is standing across the ring from me. So whether it is Costello, Conrad, Machiavelli or Phillips it doesn’t matter to me…they are all fantastic in their own right, but they are not the champion, I am, so I welcome them to come and try to relieve me from my throne.

Hugh: Tonight, well in just a few moments actually you will go one on one with the beast of the FEAR campaign, Ojore……how do you prepare for this kind of contest, against a man who is much bigger than you?

Sparkz: You have to work on a strategy but you also have to believe in yourself. I have witnessed Ojore’s power first hand, and I have not forgotten what he did to me at the Iron Man Tournament, he is a wild animal and he is extremely dangerous. But I do not fear him………he does not intimidate me, because I have faced guys like this before and overcome them….I am used to the odds being stacked against me, so this is not a new experience.

I know I need to be careful…..I know Ojore presents a very serious threat to me….but I am not the world heavyweight champion for no reason….I overcame the FEAR once before, and I see no reason why I cannot repeat that feat here tonight…..it will take heart, spirit, maybe an ounce of luck…..and a heck of a lot of support from the amazing EWF fans…

*Crowd pop

Sparkz: But I am lucky enough to have all of those ingredients at hand…….so I have a good feeling about this……

Hugh: I wish you luck out there Jason……

Sparkz: I appreciate that…

*Sparkz nods at Cartwright and then shoulders his championship again before walking out of shot.

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:09

*We are at ringside as Rick Ambrose climbs up into the ring with a microphone in hand.

Ambrose: Ladies and gentlemen…….allow me to introduce the new Head of Talent Relations, Oliver Baker!

*There is a respectful round of applause as a chubby man, dressed in a black suit, walks out onto the stage. His hair is short and black, and his face is clean shaven. He waves at the crowd before walking down to the ring.

JK: We heard an update on this guy from the V2 forum early last week….

DF: I’ve heard of Baker in the field before….he is supposedly the go to guy when it comes to dealing with professional wrestlers…..and he has a serious eye for talent…

JK: The rumours doing the mill are that Baker has already signed his first member of the EWF roster….

DF: It will be interesting to hear this guy’s insight….

*Baker walks around the ring and then he climbs up onto the apron and steps through the ropes. He shakes hands with Rick Ambrose and then accepts a microphone.

Baker: Good evening everybody!

*Another respectful cheer

Baker: I am not out here to make a long-winded speech, I know you all came here to watch a wrestling broadcast, but I felt it was important for me to come out and introduce myself to all of you….and to the EWF roster, seeing as though it is now my job to deal with any of your needs, requests and dilemmas.

My name is Oliver Baker, born in ’75, Chicago, Illinois. And for the last five and a half years I have been responsible for dealing with some of the biggest talent in the professional wrestling industry. I have held jobs in Pro Wrestling Alliance, Motor City Promotions and Global Wrestling Championship. In each of those promotions I was responsible for dealing with the roster members and making sure that there was a correct dialogue between staff and superstars. I dealt with hiring and firing, I dealt with the wrestlers on a professional basis and helped them with any situation whereby they desired assistance.

I am not a corporate guy, I am not a businessman, I am a pro-wrestling man…

*This draws cheers from the crowd

Baker: It is my job to ensure working safety…..to ensure that the talent give their absolute best when they perform in this very ring, and to make sure they are rewarded by management when they deserve to be. It is also my job to bring to you the most dynamic, must-see superstars in this industry…..to scout the independent scene and make sure that our roster is fresh and capable of outshining any other around the world.

It is for that very reason that I stand before you tonight…..because within twenty four hours of signing my contract with EWF, I acquired my first talent to this every growing roster…

*The crowd cheer louder…

Baker: So without further ado…..allow me to make the introductions……….standing 6 foot 2………weighing in at 237 pounds………………..ladies and gentlemen………………..I give to you…………………E-UNIT!

DF: E-Unit is live in the Elite Coliseum………

*There are cheers from the crowd as a lone spotlight falls on the front of the stage and then the curtain bursts open and “Sound of madness” by Shinedown screams out. A man with short brown hair, blue eyes and dressed in a designer suit steps out into view.

JK: Here he is, the latest recruitment to the EWF roster…

*E-Unit looks out at the fans and then begins to make his way down toward the ring. He climbs up the steel steps and through the ropes, before accepting another microphone from Rick Ambrose. E-Unit stands in front of Baker.

Baker: I have watched this man in action, ladies and gentlemen, and I promise you that you will be not disappointed…

*E-Unit holds his hand up to cut Baker off

E-Unit: I think that is enough, don’t you?

*Baker looks stunned

E-Unit: Man you never shut up. The whole time I was signing my contract it was just never ending dross spilling out of your mouth like vomit. I don’t care what you have to say, and more importantly I don’t care what all of these fans think about me.

*The crowd’s warm reception suddenly turns to boos

E-Unit: Go ahead and boo, it makes you look even stupider than you already did. Cheering me when I walked out here and now I said something you didn’t like and the hatred begins, that is how fickle and dumb you losers really are.

JK: E-Unit doing a great job of introducing himself to the audience…

E-Unit: I don’t want to hear your opinions, and you Baker, I don’t want to hear another word come out of your mouth. Your not a superstar, your not a member of this roster, you are not interesting and you do not matter. I don’t need you out here to hype me, to cream over my credentials…..when I step foot in this ring then everyone will get the message loud and clear.

EWF is lucky to have signed a guy like me, to have a future hall of famer like me on this roster will push this promotion above and beyond the competition, do not forget that. Because I am the single greatest pure athlete walking on this planet today and that is a fact, one I am very much looking to prove to each and everyone of you.

I can wrestle, I can fight and I can outperform any man in this industry, one by one all of the jacka55es in the back are going to realize that they just cannot compete with talent like mine. I am here to steal the show, to make sure that the spotlight always shines on me, and there is nothing that anybody can do to stop that.

DF: This guy has balls….and a lot of confidence, you have to give him that…

JK: But he hasn’t even wrestled a match yet, so I wouldn’t get too carried away if I was him..

E-Unit: I’ve seen the tapes and watched the shows, have to admit I am not impressed in the slightest by what this place has to offer. The talent is quite frankly sub-standard, and I give it a week, two max, before I have the world heavyweight championship rested around my waist.

*The crowd boo furiously

E-Unit: Don’t delay the inevitable people, this is your future, you have no say in the matter. I will reign supreme in this kingdom and you will all bow at my feet. I promise you that there is no man in that locker-room, no force of nature or any act of God that can stand up to me and live to tell the tale….

JK: Confident words…

DF: Wait a minute….

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:14

*The lights in the arena dim and the Hyperton begins to flash wildly. There is the sound of a woman speaking but no picture.

Woman: We have received word that the storm is just impacting upon the southern boundary, damage limitation has been taken in that area, but at the time being we cannot get live coverage of the scene.

*The voice continues to scramble, incoherently, and then a man’s voice takes over.

Man: The Sheriff’s Department is advising everyone to stay indoors and lock up your homes. We are expecting to hit F-5 on the scale in the next few moments. God speed, God bless!

*There is a continued whirling of voices and then the Hypertron kicks into life as we see images of waves crashing against the shores, houses being ripped apart by horrendous storms and the devastation left behind. Another voice echoes out.

Voice: Many by-standers were frozen in terror by the severity of the situation. It is said that this is the worst storm that the world has ever seen, the impact of which is likely to be felt for years to come.

*Another terrified voice shrieks out

Voice #2: There was a blind panic, roofs were being ripped clean from the houses when the hurricane hit. There was water everywhere and I thought I was going to drown. Then the THUNDER and lightning started and I thought I was a gonner!

*As the word “Thunder” is said the song “Heroes are hard to find” by Twisted Sister roars from the sound system and then a procession of pyros flash up into the air and explode. All eyes in the arena have turned to the stage as a newcomer steps out into view, drawing huge cheers from the crowd. He has messy green hair and blue eyes, standing around 6’5 with a burning determination across his face. He stares down at E-Unit, who glares back.

DF: Who is this guy?

JK: No idea….but I guess he took exception to E-Unit’s words….

DF: Well he wanted a challenge….so ask and you shall receive I guess…

*E-Unit is looking at the newcomer with mild interest and then turns to Oliver Baker, who merely shrugs in confusion. He then raises his microphone to his mouth.

E-Unit: Look kid, the Comic Convention is down the street…..I don’t have time for this…

*The newcomer continues to just stare down at E-Unit with disdain

E-Unit: Your ruining my moment here, and I promise that is not something you want to do. I suggest you get the hell out of here before I do something I regret.

*The unknown man begins to walk down the rampway toward the ring, drawing cheers from the crowd.

E-Unit: Your either brave or seriously stupid, either way I don’t think it will hurt to have a little work out. Bring it on punk, let’s see what your made of…

*E-Unit removes his suit jacket and begins to roll up his sleeve as the newcomer bursts into a sprint and slides under the bottom rope. E comes forwards with stomps but the newcomer shoots into a double legged takedown and begins to rain in punches and they jostle on the ground. Both men scramble up to their feet and Unit lands with three hard right hands, backing his foe to the ropes before whipping him across the ring…

JK: This has exploded out of nowhere…

DF: WHAT A CLOTHESLINE!

*The crowd cheer as the newcomer flies back with a diving clothesline that takes E-Unit off his feet. Unit staggers back up and the mysterious man kicks him in the stomach before flipping him up into a powerbomb position.

JK: Unit going for a ride…

*Unit jumps off the back of his rival and quickly scarpers from the ring, drawing boos from the crowd inside the Coliseum. He wipes his lip and looks back to the ring with disgust as his unknown rival stares back at him, dislike etched on his face.

DF: Well I have to admit that I was not expecting that…

JK: I don’t think any of us where……we knew Baker had signed a new superstar, but we weren’t bargaining on two of them being here tonight…………a real treat…

DF: And the start of something by the looks of things…

JK: Unit started out with a lot to say for himself….but he was made to eat his words by this guy right here…..but who is he?

DF: I guess its time to find out…….

*Unit reaches the top of the ramp and he points back and trash talks his attacker, looking embarrassed and angry as he storms through the curtain and out of sight. The newcomer then takes a microphone from Oliver Baker and turns to the crowd.

???: I was hoping for a better way to introduce myself to all of you, but that was just too good an opportunity to miss out on.

*Crowd cheer

???: I’m sorry to have just jumped in here on your patch, Mr Baker….allow me to introduce myself…my name is….THUNDER!

*The crowd pop

Thunder: I am the oncoming storm and I promise you that EWF is not ready for the impact that I am about to make.

*Baker looks impressed

Thunder: I am here to prove myself, to fight the absolute best in the world and show that I can become a future legend in this business. It is an honour to be standing here tonight in front of this die-hard Californian crowd…

*Huge cheers again

Thunder: And I promise you all that the explosion you have just witnessed is nothing compared to what I have in store for the future. Together we are going on one heck of a journey…..and I hope you are as excited as I am, because it is going to be wild from the get-go. Anywhere, anytime I am down to fight and I don’t care who you put in front of me.

I’ve won world championships elsewhere, I’ve become somewhat of a star of the independent scene in my own right but EWF is my biggest challenge to date. It is my goal to one day stand here in front of you as a world heavyweight champion…..but I know in order to do that I must prove that I am worthy, and that is exactly what I intend on doing.

This is the start right here……and I am going all in, no restraints and no limits because it is my dream to see my name up in the bright lights. E-Unit, you loud mouthed son of a (beep), you talk a good fight but can you fight a good fight?........because these fans deserve to know if your bite backs up that b1tchy little bark of yours………..I’ll be waiting for you…let me know when you wanna go….because I’m ready when you are…

JK: Thunder is throwing down the gauntlet………

DF: I like it….kid coming in here and he is making a statement, making declarations and I like to see that…determination breeds results….

JK: Big debut night for this youngster….and it will be very intriguing to watch his pathway through the ranks…

DF: I can’t wait to see him and E-Unit in a ring again, these guys need to settle a score….EWF style….Daniel Magnusson, make it happen…

JK: I’m sure their paths will be crossing again very soon……but for now we have two new members to the EWF roster……………welcome E-Unit………………welcome Thunder…………………..the growth continues………..we are on the rise…

DF: I guess Baker has been a good acquisition by Magnusson...he’s bringing in the talent…

JK: Exciting times ahead for sure…

*Oliver Baker leaves the ring as Thunder takes to all four corners, posing for the fans, and then the cameras go backstage.

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:15

*Daniel Magnusson is shifting some papers at his desk when the door of his office opens and Liam Wood steps inside. Viper looks very disgruntled as he slams the TV Title down on Magnusson’s desk and then glares at his boss.

Magnusson: Is there something I can help you with?

Wood: Your damn right there is. You told me “no contact”, you came to my locker room and told me not to put my hands on Garcia, so guess what, I did exactly what you asked. But what did I get in return? Bryan Wells’ boot in my face, all because of Garcia…

Magnusson: I see your point…

Wood: Do you? Because you’re the one who caved in to Garcia’s demands, you’re the one who made this match and gave him a title shot.

Magnusson: I will take my share of the blame for this, because I have already admitted that I was not aware of just how much of a liability Garcia is…..he is a loose-cannon and I am not sure that anybody can truly tame him….but let us not forget that you demanded to be the referee…..so I would think carefully about where you proportion the blame.

Wood: Oh I have thought about it………………and your lucky that I restrained myself from breaking down his locker room door and smashing his weasel face in. I thought it would serve a better purpose to come here and allow you to rectify the situation………to make the right decision because I also seem to remember me making another request to you earlier in the week….

Magnusson: Yes you did…..

Wood: And I want to activate that request right now…

Magnusson: You’re sure about this?

Wood: 100% sure…..

Magnusson: Ok then…….consider it done…

*Wood pulls the championship off the desk and slings it over his shoulder

Wood: Good…..because I have been here for about three weeks and already I am sick and tired of seeing Alex Garcia’s face…..I see him everywhere I go and enough is enough…….he’s got his championship match, and I’ll happily fight him with the gold on the line….but when that match comes around, I want to be in a sane state of mind…..I need to release a whole lot of frustration out of my system before that event….and that is the reason behind my request…

Magnusson: Well you have got it….signed, sealed and delivered….next week….Conflict……..you and Garcia is one on one…..non-title…………..a tune up match, so to speak……………no holds barred!

*The crowd cheer and Wood smiles

Wood: After we’ve finished “tuning” up….I doubt Garcia will want a repeat…..I am going to rip him apart…and I assure you, I will take great pleasure in doing so.

*Wood looks at Magnusson for another moment and then turns away and heads out into the corridor, leaving Magnusson to type away on his laptop.

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:17

Match 3
Jason Sparkz vs Ojore

JK: So we have a match for next week….

DF: Indeed we do….and a cracking match at that. Liam Wood and Alex Garcia going one on one, non-title match….no holds barred………….the words explosive and uncontrollable do not even come close to describing what we can expect….

JK: I cannot even begin to comprehend what may happen when those two men showdown here on Conflict in ten night’s time…it is going to be something very special indeed…

DF: Wood is on a fury mission, he wants to tear Garcia apart before they meet with the title on the line….

JK: Viper just needs to be careful that his anger does not blind him from the task at hand, because Garcia is no pushover….and he will punish any lapses in concentration……

The lights in the arena dim and then “Bonfire” echoes out to a chorus of loud boos from those in attendance. Red flames burst up from the front of the stage and then the giant form of Ojore comes marching out onto the ramp. He holds a flaming crown in his hand and holds it above his head before placing it down on the floor. He then pierces the crowd with his emotionless stare, and begins to walk to the ring.

JK: The beast of “FEAR” has been unleashed…

DF: Everytime this guy comes out here, I expect carnage to ensue…

JK: You only need to take one look at Ojore to know what this guy was built for….he is a three hundred pound wrecking machine…..pure and absolute power…..a thirst for pain and destruction that cannot be quelled….he is as dangerous as they come….

DF: This guy loves nothing more than making you suffer….we’ve seen it with Mike Conrad, Jimmy Phillips and tonight his sights are set on the EWF World Champion, Jason Sparkz…

JK: So far we have seen nobody that has been able to pin or submit Ojore…..I don’t know if we have seen him hurt in any way………..so there is a lot of pressure on our champion’s shoulders tonight…

Ojore marches down to the ring and he steps up onto the apron with ease before climbing over the top rope. He ignores the reaction of the crowd, whilst just standing in the centre of the ring with a sullen expression etched over his features.

DF: Remember three weeks back at the Iron Man Tournament….Ojore pushed Sparkz off a ladder into a heap of barbed wire….I doubt the physical scars have healed, let alone the mental ones…

JK: Sparkz knows what he must overcome tonight, but the question remains….can he?

DF: And how will Ojore cope against the speed and elusiveness of the champ?.....because so far Phillips and Conrad have fought this guy head on, Sparkz will not adopt that approach….

The cheers and screams from the crowd are deafening as “Lose yourself” echoes out and then silver pyros erupt like thunder from the front of the stage. The smoke clears and a hooded figure appears from the shadows.

JK: Huge reception inside the Coliseum for the EWF World Champion….

DF: Sparkz in the house and he loves this….just being out here and interacting with the fans is what makes it all seem worthwhile for this guy….

JK: Dreamt his whole life of this moment and now it is upon him….he really is living the dream..

Sparkz makes a point to slap the hands of every fan in the front row as he bobs down the rampway towards the ring. He unzips his hoody and passes it to one of his admirers before he climbs up onto the apron and then scales the ropes. The flashbulbs go off all around as he poses with the championship.

DF: Sparkz overcame five matches in forty eight hours to win that championship….the first ever EWF World Champion and boy does he deserve it…

JK: He really has earned it…..and he will have been keeping a close eye on the earlier match between Conrad and Costello……….and obviously the upcoming match between Phillips and Machiavelli, because he will want to know where his next challenge is coming from….

DF: Challenges could be sprung from any direction for Sparkz, he needs to be aware of that….but whilst the whole “race for the championship” concept is ongoing, he still needs to deal with his own business….and that means performing when the lights are on bright…….he needs to put those prospective challenges to the back of his mind right now and concentrate on the monster stood in front of him, because that is all that matters right now…

Sparkz jumps down into the ring and smiles as he passes the world championship to the referee, who subsequently hands it out to the timekeeper on the outside. Sparkz then gazes across at the giant form of Ojore, who merely stares back.

JK: This really is a contrast of styles………..power vs speed…………….but which will be more effective?

DF: Well we can talk about it, or we can watch this match and find out……..

JK: I like the sound of the latter….

The referee has a quick word with both men and then steps away, allowing the bell to sound out for the start of the match. Both men quickly begin to circle each other, Sparkz doing everything he can to keep the distance between himself and Ojore.

DF: Sparkz does not want to get too close….he needs to get in and get out…sharp attacks with speed is his answer…

Ojore launches forwards and tries to trap Sparkz in the corner but the world champion ducks underneath and lands with three kicks to the legs before backing away again. He beckons for Ojore to follow him, and the giant does so….

JK: This is just a total mismatch in there…

Sparkz uses his speed to land with hard kicks to the legs of Ojore as he dances around the ring before he runs off the ropes and returns with a diving dropkick to the knee of the big man, taking him down on all fours. The crowd cheer as Sparkz then grabs Ojore’s head and lands hard knee strikes to his face before running off the ropes again and this time returns with a stiff shining wizard…..

DF: Sparkz in fine form to start this match…

JK: Has the big man down…

..
…1
..
…..powerout!

DF: Not for long…

Ojore pushes Sparkz back up onto his feet and then begins to climb up himself. Sparkz is in with quick right hands and then attempts an Irish whip, which is easily reversed….

JK: No way Sparkz is winning the power battle….

DF: Tilt-a-whirl….OH YES!

Ojore flips Sparkz up as he comes back off the ropes but the champion counters out with an impressive headscissors takedown. They get back up and Sparkz goes back to the knees with a low hesitation dropkick before rushing off the ropes…

JK: Beautiful offense!

Sparkz uses Ojore’s back to jump into the air and then flip into a shooting star press that lands across the back of his opponent. Sparkz gets back to his feet and he stomps down on Ojore before heading to the corner and he climbs up to the top rope. Ojore slowly gets back up onto his feet as Sparkz launches himself….

DF: Cross-oh bad times!

Ojore catches Sparkz’ attempted crossbody and he holds him there, demonstrating his power, before lifting the world champion up and then crunching him into a sickening rib-breaker. Instead of dropping Sparkz to the mat, Ojore holds him there and continues the punishment, landing three more rib-breakers as he casually walks around the ring before nailing a huge fall away slam….

JK: Ojore is an absolute beast….how can you compete with power like that?

DF: You tell me………..because I don’t know if I have ever been in the ring with a guy as powerful as that…

Sparkz staggers back up to his feet and Ojore runs at him and nails a battering ram headbutt to the chest that leaves him sprawled on the mat again. Ojore then glares out at the crowd before running the ropes and returning into a huge bodysplash…

JK: That could end it…

DF: Man gets a heck of a lot of speed when he moves….

1………………………………2…………………..Sparkz gets his shoulder up off the mat!

JK: Sparkz able to fight out of that one, but he can’t take too many of Ojore’s high impact moves…

Ojore drags Sparkz up by the head and easily throws him into the corner before running in and landing with a hard knee to the midsection, doubling the champion up. He then seizes Sparkz’ arm and whips him to the opposite corner with such ferocity that Sparkz flips upside down on the top rope and then staggers back down into the centre of the ring…..

DF: Ojore toying with his prey now…

Ojore sprints out and almost decapitates Sparkz with a huge clothesline…………………………………1………………………..2………………..kickout!

JK: Sparkz needs to get his speed going again….he needs to be more elusive than this…

Ojore lets out an animalistic roar as he pulls Sparkz back up into a gutwrench and then flips him up onto his shoulders with ease…

DF: This is the end of the line…

Sparkz quickly fires off with rights and lefts to the head of Ojore before rolling down his back and attempting to pull the big man down into a pinning combo…

JK: Ojore is not going anywhere…..DAMN!

Sparkz is kicking his legs and trying to drag Ojore down as the big man jumps up into the air and looks to drive all his body weight down ontop of Sparkz’ chest, only for the champion to move aside and Ojore lands hard on his backside.

DF: Bullet dodged right there from Jason Sparkz……OH BIGTIME!

Sparkz quickly gets back up and runs the ropes, returning with a flying dropkick to the face of his seated opponent, leaving him motionless on the mat.

JK: Sparkz senses an opening….

DF: Brave son of a gun…

Sparkz quickly runs to the ropes and leaps up top, drawing cheers from the crowd. He holds his hands in the air as he looks down at Ojore and then leaps off….

JK: LIGHTNING STRIKE!

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:18

Ojore has his knees up in a flash, driving them straight into the gut of Sparkz as he comes flying out of the air. Sparkz rolls away in agony as Ojore gets back up onto his feet and hooks Sparkz’ arms from behind…

DF: What a full nelson slam….

JK: You can hear that impact in the rafters…

The ring shakes as Ojore drills Sparkz into the mat and then makes the cover………………1……………………2…………………shoulder up from Sparkz in time.

DF: Looked like a three was on the horizon there…

JK: Somewhere in the back is Dario Machiavelli and he is loving this……….he knows that Ojore can pave his way to world title glory…

Ojore bounces off the ropes and returns with a big legdrop to the throat of Sparkz before beckoning him up and nailing him with a scoop powerslam………………………….1…………………….2………………..kickout from Sparkz again!

DF: Even the crowd are getting worried…..

JK: Jason Sparkz has had such a great start to his career in EWF, it is almost impossible to think of him being in trouble like this…

Ojore pulls Sparkz up again and whips him, hard, into the turnbuckle. He then sizes him up before charging in with a huge stinger splash…

DF: Nobody home….

The crowd cheer as Sparkz moves and Ojore goes colliding into the turnbuckle. Sparkz quickly runs the ropes and leaps into a springboard…

JK: Disaster kick!

The flying kick lands on the jaw of Ojore, but does not take the big man off his feet. Ojore staggers off balance as Sparkz runs into a springboard on the opposite side and dives back…..

DF: Dropkick…

JK: But it still isn’t enough...

The dropkick lands to the chest of Ojore but he somehow manages to keep his balance and stay on his feet. Sparkz looks almost disbelieving as he runs to the corner and he climbs up onto the top rope and dives off as Ojore turns to face him…

DF: TORNADO DDT!

JK: That put Ojore down……….it is enough?

1..
..
..
..
…..2
..
..
..
..
………powerout again!

DF: Damn this guy is impossible to put away…

The crowd are holding their heads in their hands as the referee signals it was a definite two count. Sparkz looks shocked as he begins to get back up onto his feet and he crunches a hard buzzsaw kick into the temple of Ojore as he tries to stand, leaving the big man flat on his back!

JK: Rolling thunder!

Sparkz runs the ropes and returns with the forward roll into a senton splash across the chest of Ojore. The big man slowly begins to get back up onto his feet and Sparkz runs to the ropes, jumps into the springboard and then floats back into a sunset flip over the back of Ojore, rolling him up…………………………….1……………………………………2……………………….shoulder up from Ojore!

DF: Sparkz showing the world right now why he is the world champion….he is taking the fight to this colossus…

Ojore scrambles back up and rushes in for a clothesline but Sparkz drops down and takes him into a drop toe-hold which causes Ojore to fall across the middle rope. Sparkz then runs off the opposite side and comes back with a 619 to Ojore’s face…

JK: This is a huge chance……SPRINGBOARD CROSSBODY!

Ojore staggers away and Sparkz springs onto the top rope before floating into the beautiful high angled crossbody takedown………………1………………………………………………2…………………………………powerout from Ojore once more. They get back to their feet and Ojore grips both of his hands around Sparkz throat and lifts him…

DF: Ends right now…CHOKE….

Sparkz somehow counters the chokebomb into another headscissors, sending Ojore scattering across the ring. They get back to their feet and Sparkz ducks a running clothesline from Ojore and runs straight up the ropes in the corner before twisting back….

JK: WHISPER IN THE WIND!

The crowd erupt as Sparkz knocks Ojore off his feet with the corkscrew takedown before getting back to his feet and going to the corner again…

DF: Sparkz going high-risk again…

JK: He has to……………..MOONSAULT!

The crowd break into cheers once more as Sparkz lands the sensational moonsault across the chest of Ojore and covers him…

DF: Sparkz gonna do it…

1.
..
..
..
..
..
…..2
..
..
..
..
..
..
……………….POWEROUT!

JK: This is unreal….

Ojore pushes Sparkz so hard off his chest that the champion flies through the bottom rope and to the outside of the ring. Ojore quickly rolls after his opponent and Sparkz is immediately rushing back in…

DF: Sparkz needs to stay on him………..he is weakening the big man……..

JK: Spoke too soon….

Ojore catches Sparkz coming in and easily lifts him up before charging him forwards, slamming him into the ringpost. Sparkz lets out a cry of pain and then Ojore grips him around the throat and easily launches Sparkz through the air, sending him flying over the top of the announce table….

DF: LOOKOUT!

JK: My god….Jason Sparkz just got decimated………….the power of Ojore is inhuman…

Sparkz is crumpled against the ringside barrier, behind the announce table, as Ojore just stares at him with emotionless eyes. The monster hears the referee’s count, which has reached five, and he drags Sparkz away from the announce area and then slings him through the air again, this time causing him to crash against the ropes above the apron and drop back down to the outside.

DF: Ojore is just brute force personified……

JK: That is our world champion…..and this guy is tossing him around like a rag doll…

Ojore pulls Sparkz up on the count of seven and throws him back into the ring before following him in. Sparkz is in a whole world of trouble as he tries to stagger back up to his feet, and ends up walking straight into Ojore who gorilla presses the champ over his head and holds him there before launching down into a huge slam…

..
..1
……2
……………..kickout!

DF: I’m amazed that Sparkz is still in this match…

JK: Proves why he is the world champion….he has been able to withstand so much punishment here….

Ojore drags Sparkz up to his feet again and this time scoops him up onto his shoulders and walks him into the corner. He stands there for a moment and then runs out…

DF: THUNDER!

The running powerslam seems a certainty before Sparkz is just able to drop down off the back and then twist into a corkscrew roundhouse kick (Trouble in Paradise)….

JK: Ojore rocked…..OH DEAR LORD!

Ojore staggers off balance but does not fall down as Sparkz runs off the ropes for more momentum, only to return into an earth-shattering samoan drop……..

DF: Sparkz’ body may have just been crushed……

1…………………………2…………………..thr-shoulder up!

JK: Again this man shows the world how determined to be number one he really is….

DF: But he can have next to nothing left……..Ojore has really done a number on him…

Ojore stands up and he pulls down his one strap on the singlet before dragging Sparkz back up to his feet. He pulls him into position for a belly to belly suplex but Sparkz drops down into a jawbreaker that rocks Ojore back into the corner. Sparkz then charges in with a huge dropkick to the chest and waits for Ojore to stagger out before kicking him in the stomach…..

JK: PILEDRIVER!

DF: Countered…..

Sparkz’ attempted piledriver is countered into a huge backbody drop by Ojore. The world champion is holding his back and his ribs as he tries to get back up, only to walk straight into a gutwrench from Ojore…

DF: POWERBOMB!

JK: He got it…

1..
..
..
…….2
..
..
..
………………..3!

DF: No way…

JK: Somehow, someway…..Jason Sparkz is victorious!

The crowd are bouncing with shock and delight as “Lose yourself” echoes out and the referee raises Sparkz hand in victory. The world champion rolls out of the ring, dropping down to one knee in agony, and smiles in triumph as the referee brings the championship around to him. The crowd are reaching over the barricade to pat Sparkz on the back as Ojore glares out at him from the ring.

DF: I don’t even know where he found the initiative to pull that off, but my word this guy is impressive….

JK: Even when he has his back against the wall he found a way to win…that is the sign of a true champion…..Jason Sparkz victorious again here, sending a message to the chasing pack…

DF: And Ojore may just be about to blow a gasket….I hate to think what the backlash from this may be…

The instant replays show Sparkz countering the gutwrench powerbomb into a backslide pinfall that gained the three count. Back live and Sparkz is slapping the hands of the fans as he leaves the stage and Ojore is left with a raging glow in his eyes.

JK; Credit where it is due, Ojore is a beast of epic proportions and that was a mighty fine performance….I anticipate big things in the future for that guy…..

DF: I expect someone is going to feel the wrath of Ojore real soon………..I was certain he was going to win that match……..he has to be absolutely (beeped) at how this went down……..

JK: But Jason Sparkz has once again dazzled here in the Coliseum…….he has shown exactly why he is the EWF World Champion……

Official result: Jason Sparkz by pinfall
Match time: 8 minutes 50 seconds

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:20

*We are backstage in the gym facility of the Elite Coliseum as Jimmy Phillips is putting in the final moments of preparation for his match. He is sat on the leg press and working his muscles to the maximum as Carlton Jacobs hovers into view.

Phillips: Can this wait?

Jacobs: Not really…..i’ve got production in my ear and we are live Jimmy, they want to get your thoughts on the upcoming main event?

*Phillips shakes his head and pushes the leg press up to a standstill before pulling himself free of the apparatus and joining Jacobs.

Phillips: What do you wanna know?

Jacobs: First off….how’s the arm?

*Phillips stretches his strapped up shoulder and nods his head

Phillips: Slowly but surely we are getting there. Still no possibility of training my upper body until I get the all clear from the doctor, but I can definitely sense a difference in the overall feeling.

Jacobs: Any time frame on when a full recovery will be made?

Phillips: Could be six weeks if I am lucky, three months if it is worse than first anticipated….so basically we just play the waiting game. But I feel good and I believe I can put on a near enough 100% performance when I get out there in the ring.

Jacobs: Bringing me nicely onto my next question………….in just a few moments you go one on one with Dario Machiavelli…

*The crowd boo

Jacobs: And this match holds a double meaning for you in some respects. Obviously, there are plenty of issues between yourself and Machiavelli, which you will be looking to address…..but a victory would also enhance your chances of gaining a EWF World Championship match against Jason Sparkz……….which is more important to you?

*Phillips ponders the question

Phillips: A difficult question for me to answer but if I look deep inside and consider the reality of the situation then the most important goal from this match is taking a closer step to the world heavyweight championship, it is my dream to hold that belt and there is nothing more important from a professional standpoint.

Now that doesn’t discredit or diminish the fact that I want chronic revenge on Dario Machiavelli and the entire FEAR campaign. I feel utter contempt and dislike for Machiavelli, Ojore and anyone else that conspires with them. It will bring me great pleasure to end their reign of terror before it even gets out of its infancy but being world champion is top of my priorities list.

Jacobs: Earlier tonight we saw Vincent Costello defeat Mike Conrad to further his claim for a number one contender’s spot…….how much would it mean to you to defeat Costello to move ahead of him in the rankings?

Phillips: I saw Costello was up to his old tricks……but let him enjoy his moment of glory, because I assure that the next time I get ahold of him, he will not be celebrating any longer. I owe Vincent for stealing my shot at the Iron Man Tournament………he will not do so again, that is a promise.

It’s just a shame that Mike had to miss out because of that waste of space, it really is a travesty of justice.

*Mike Conrad suddenly appears in the doorway of the gym

Conrad: Hey there, Jimmy….

Phillips: What’s happening pal?

*They shake hands

Conrad: Not much…just wanted to wish you luck tonight….and watch your back….

Phillips: ‘preciate that man and I will, never know what these FEAR guys are gonna do next.

Conrad; Exactly….but I’ll keep my eyes open so don’t worry, I’ll be there if anything happens.

Phillips: Thanks…

Conrad: And after your finished with Machiavelli tonight, make sure you beat Costello’s a55 all around this arena next time and move onto that championship match…because I don’t think I could stand it if that a55hole had the gold…

Phillips: It’s all in hand my man…..Costello’s gonna get his comeuppance real soon…

Jacobs: You have to be disappointed with tonight’s result, Mike?

Conrad: Yeah obviously I am. To see your world title dreams disappear in such controversy is very annoying but you have to roll with the punches and just keep on moving. I can’t win them all, but I’ll come back stronger and learn from what happened tonight. Now I’ll concentrate on settling the score with FEAR and cheering on Jimmy….because if I can’t win the world championship, then there is no one else I would rather see with the strap.

*Phillips clasps Conrad on the shoulder in appreciation

Conrad: Just aslong as he knows that I want the first shot…

Phillips: Be an honour pal…

*They touch knuckles and then Phillips takes his leave from the gym, leaving Conrad and Jacobs in an awkward silence.

Conrad: I’m gonna go…..got some cleaning to do anyway..

*Conrad whistles as he moves out of the room, leaving Jacobs.

*The scene changes and Kelsey Hughes is typing something on her phone when a shadow passes by and snatches her microphone from her other hand.

Kelsey: Hey….

*She stops as she looks up into the deranged face of Bryan Wells, his face contorted in fury. His hair is a mess and his eyes bulging.

Wells: Listen to me!

*The crowd boo as Wells is looking up at the ceiling, addressing an unknown source.

Wells: I know you can hear me, and I know you are watching, so please take this moment to drink in everything I am about to say, because I will not repeat myself.

*His breathing is ragged as he continues to stare upwards

Wells: For weeks now you have haunted my life, shadowed my every move and seen fit to insult me on a personal and professional level. You have called into question my moral code…..cast false accusations upon me…..and you are responsible for the continuous losses on my record.

*Wells seems to be considering dropping to his knees, but he stays upright.

Wells: But enough is enough. Because you may hide in the darkness, shielding yourself from the consequences but you must understand that you have reached the end of the road. So I am giving you one opportunity, to be a man and face me….ten days from now on the next episode of Conflict I am calling you out…I want you to show the world exactly who you are….and exactly what your problem is!

Because I do not know you…..and your plight with me raises doubts in my mind……….what is your quarrel? This is now your chance to explain….

But be warned, this is a one shot deal….reveal yourself and settle your feud….or else prepare yourself for the beginning of your own personal nightmare….because I will not stand for your misdeeds any longer….I will not stand idly by and allow you to attack me without due cause…..reveal yourself or face my wrath…

You have been warned…

*Wells breaths deeply as a dark smile crosses his face and then he throws the microphone across the floor, causing it to clatter across the marble. He then stares at Kelsey Hughes, who seems a little frightened, and then walks away, out of sight.

*We change again and Daniel Magnusson is just swirling around in his chair to face the live crowd on the Hypertron.

Magnusson: Good evening ladies and gentlemen, I hope you are enjoying the show!

*The crowd cheer

Magnusson: Excellent…. I am sorry that I haven’t had much involvement in this broadcast, but I have been taking care of a few business issues in regards to EWF. Which brings me to an announcement that I have to make; after a few discussions with the Board of Directors we have decided to officially announce our first PPV broadcast.

*The crowd cheer

Magnusson: Following the success of the Iron Man Tournament, and the following editions of Conflict we believe that a PPV event is extremely justified. After reaching out to our fanbase and sponsors, it is universally agreed that in order to reach our targets then pay per view is the only way to go.

Starting out at only $3, which I think is more than reasonable, we will be bringing you our very first event, exclusively on the V2 forum in an IPPV format. That event will take place on Wednesday 27th March 2013 and will come to you live from right here in the Elite Coliseum!

*Crowd pop

Magnusson: So write this in your diaries and be sure to order in advance to avoid any problems that may occur. Wednesday 27th March 2013…..EWF presents Atonement…..you will not want to miss it!

Enjoy the rest of your evening!

*Magnusson smiles into the screen and then fades out as we head back to ringside

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:24

Main Event
"Race for the Championship"
Jimmy Phillips vs Dario Machiavelli

JK: Big news right from Daniel Magnusson’s mouth right there…

DF: Absolutely….there is a date in your diary, Wednesday March 27th for EWF Atonement….I just know that is going to be spectacular….

JK: It sure will be…………but we are not at the end of this fantastic broadcast just yet folks….we still have one match to come your way…………it is our main event of the evening…

DF: The second of our scheduled “Race for the championship” matches for tonight….Vincent Costello was already victorious earlier on, but who will join him in the continued quest for world gold….and who will fall tonight?

JK: Time to find out….right here on Conflict….

The lights dim and then the word “FEAR” flashes onto the screen, drawing huge boos from the crowd. A blood curdling scream echoes all around and then “People are strange” blasts out of the sound system. There is a pause before Dario Machiavelli pushes his way out onto the stage, a dark and calculating look upon his face.

DF: The master manipulator has arrived….

JK: Dario Machiavelli has made it his personal mission to inflict pain and misery upon the members of the EWF roster through his very own brand of “FEAR”…..

DF: And so far he has done a pretty good job……can you imagine if this guy was to get his hands on the world championship, his power would be unstoppable…

JK: I shudder to think of that scenario, but it is a possibility. Machiavelli is so unorthodox in his methods, he possesses the ability to win matches without breaking into a sweat….something Jimmy Phillips will be all too aware of heading into this bout.

Machiavelli has his trademark camera in hand and is filming the reactions of the fans as he makes his way down to the ring. They are booing him and hurling abuse but he merely stays calm and continues to capture the atmosphere.

JK: Machiavelli claims to be filming his “masterpiece”…..a former movie director now turned professional wrestler…..and he wants to create an everlasting image of the impression he is going to make upon this industry….

DF: Well with Ojore on his side, and whoever else they have working for them…you have to treat FEAR with some respect. They are a dangerous organisation and I don’t know what they are truly capable of…

JK: I hate to think what they may be capable of…..Machiavelli is a power-hungry maniac and I struggle to believe that there is a limit to the chaos he would be willing to create in order to get what he wants….

Machiavelli removes his cloak and climbs up into the ring as the boos in the vicinity turn into deafening cheers. “Cold Ash” echoes out into the Coliseum and then Jimmy Phillips rushes out into view, a broad smile of determination on his face.

JK: Huge noise inside the Coliseum for “The Talent” Jimmy Phillips….

DF: They love this guy…..tremendous ovation…

Phillips beats his chest in appreciation of the crowd support before running from one side of the stage to the other, building up the hype. He flexes his arms and smiles as he makes his way down the ramp, slapping fans’ hands as he does so. Machiavelli still has his camera in hand, filming the entrance of his opponent.

JK: Jimmy Phillips stated earlier that the world championship is his most important goal….

DF: Of course it is…..if your in this industry and that isn’t your number one target then you need a different career because this isn’t for you…..every man that steps through those doors dreams of winning the big one…

JK: But he did also say that he would love to settle the score with Machiavelli and FEAR….

DF: Naturally, and tonight he can kill two birds with one stone…he can move one step closer to the world title, and he can put Machiavelli in his place whilst he does it…..it all works out in that respect….

JK: But Phillips is still nursing that shoulder injury….caused by Machiavelli and Ojore way back at the Iron Man tournament……..so he will have to be careful as this match progresses…..

DF: But Phillips will be on point and his mindset will be right. Machiavelli did injure his shoulder, and last week he tried to damage the appendage even more….so Phillips needs to send a message back, he needs to teach his foe a lesson…..

Phillips removes his red hooded top and passes it to a young child in the front row before jumping up onto the apron, causing red pyros to burst from all four turnbuckles. He stares at Machiavelli, who smiles back at him, and then climbs through the ropes.

JK: You can cut this tension with a knife….a lot of dislike in that ring right now, as well as anticipation….this is a big night for these two men, a chance to move a step closer to ultimate glory….

The referee has stern words with both competitors and then steps away, calling for the bell that begins the match. The crowd cheer as Jimmy Phillips bounces around the ring, looking fresh, and then launches into a lockup with Machiavelli in the centre.

DF: Phillips is going to look to use his power game earlier on, work some dominance over Machiavelli….

JK: Machiavelli is a shrewd customer though, so Phillips will always need to be on his guard…

Both men jockey for position before Phillips places Dario in a side-headlock before performing a judo hip throw that takes his opponent down on the mat……………………1……………………….shoulder up. They get back to their feet and Phillips lands a straight punch to the chest of Machiavelli before grabbing Dario’s arm and sends him crashing into the corner.

DF: Phillips getting a head of steam…

Phillips chases in and he lands with a big clothesline to the chest before he drags Machiavelli out into a powerful short armed clothesline. Dario gets back up and Phillips rattles him with hard right hands before whipping him off the ropes and lifting him up as he comes back…

JK: Oh wow!

Phillips lifts Machiavelli up into a flapjack but then slams Dario down on his chest instead of dropping him backwards. Phillips then runs the ropes and returns with a big legdrop to the back of his foe’s head……………………………….1……………………………..2……………..kickout from Machiavelli.

DF: Good start from Phillips, exactly what you would expect from him….

Phillips clubs the back of his opponent before dragging him up to his feet and lifting him into a hard suplex. Phillips then stands up and stomps down on Machiavelli’s head before backing to the corner and lifting himself onto the second rope…

JK: Not often you see these tactics from Phillips…

Phillips waits for Machiavelli to stand and then leaps off for a double axe handle, only for Dario to plunge his hand into the stomach of Phillips upon landing. Phillips rolls around, winded, and Machiavelli quickly runs the ropes and returns with a swinging neckbreaker…………………………..1…………………………..2………………shoulder up from Phillips!

DF: Now Machiavelli is aiming straight for the shoulder….this guy does not miss a beat, like him or not…

Machiavelli drops down elbows and knees to the injured shoulder of Jimmy Phillips before lifting it into a hyper extension and looking to make Phillips submit to a shoulder-lock.

JK: Variation on the armbar right now and that is pulling the shoulder out of position……..all of the weeks of healing is being undone right here…

Phillips yells out in pain but shakes his head when asked if he gives up. He manages to twist his body so that he can climb up onto his knees and then rocks sickening elbows into the midsection of Machiavelli in an attempt to fight free. Machiavelli kicks out at Phillips stomach and then lands a knee before attempting an irish whip, only to have it reversed by Phillips’ power.

DF: WHAT A SUPLEX!

Phillips’ whip sends Machiavelli crashing chest-first into the turnbuckle and he staggers back into a giant release german suplex from Phillips, drawing massive cheers from the crowd. Phillips gets back to his feet and he floors the oncoming Dario with a running shoulder block before welcoming him up again and launching him into a huge hiptoss. Machiavelli gets up for a third time and Phillips drills him with a huge belly to belly slam………………………………..1……………………………………2……………………..kickout!

JK: The power of Phillips can be enough to take out any opponent………but the longer this match goes, the more he will feel the pain in that shoulder and his power will be affected…

Phillips gets back to his feet and he sucks in the atmosphere from the crowd before he drags Machiavelli back up to his feet and looks to lift him upon his shoulders…

DF: Machiavelli is not going to go down without a fight though…..he has a cause to believe in, it is difficult to overcome a man like that….

Machiavelli rakes his hand in the eyes of Phillips and drops down off the back, nailing a Russian legsweep…………………..1……………………………………….2……………..Phillips pushes out with authority. Dario gets back up and he stomps on Phillips with venom before dragging him up by the arm and nailing a jumping arm-breaker, causing Phillips to yell out in pain…

JK: That will take any momentum away from Phillips…..that is a sickening shot to that damaged arm…

Machiavelli gets back up with a smile and he places Phillips’ arm on the bottom rope before jumping into the air and driving an elbow down into the shoulder joint. JP rolls away in agony as Machiavelli follows him, stomping down on the shoulder at any available opportunity.

DF: Phillips’ shoulder is becoming quite the hindrance to him….

JK: But what can he do? He can’t afford to sit on the sidelines for weeks/months and wait for it to heal….

Phillips grips the ropes and tries to stand up as Machiavelli grabs his arm and twists it underneath the ropes, before pulling back on it to extend the pressure…

JK: That is illegal…cmon referee….

The referee counts to four before Machiavelli releases his grip and lets Phillips stagger away. JP tries to shake some life back into his shoulder as Machiavelli makes his way over and unleashes with hard chops to the chest of his opponent…

DF: Machiavelli is growing in confidence now, enjoying his task….

JK: And Jimmy Phillips is fading out…..this is Dario’s big chance…

Machiavelli sends punches into the ribs of Phillips before grabbing his arm and wrenching it, causing JP to fall down on one knee. He then pulls Phillips back up and sends him off the ropes….

DF: Backdrop….

Machiavelli drops his head for the backdrop as JP comes back, but Phillips stops short and grabs Machiavelli’s head and slams him face-first into the canvass, bringing big cheers inside the Coliseum. Machiavelli gets back up and runs at Phillips, only to be decimated by a huge spinebuster, shaking the ring…

JK: Phillips pulled that right out of left field….

DF: He nailed him big time….

1.
..
..
..
….2
..
..
...
……………..shoulder up!

JK: Looked close but Machiavelli still in this fight…

Phillips winces slightly as he touches his shoulder, before he stands up. Machiavelli is holding his spine as he staggers back to his feet and Phillips underhooks his arms and lifts him into a powerful sit down full nelson…………………………..1……………………………….2…………………………kickout again from Machiavelli.

DF: Phillips has to be sensing danger with his shoulder…..he must know that he needs to finish this as quickly as possible…

JK: Easier said than done though………a problem like Machiavelli does not just disappear….

Phillips drags Machiavelli back up and lifts him up onto his shoulders before charging out of the corner for a running powerslam. Dario manages to slip off the back though and he surprises Phillips with a rollup pin…………………1……………………………….2…………………shoulder up!

DF: That would have destroyed Phillips’ confidence…

They both get back to their feet and Phillips looks for a discus punch but Machiavelli ducks underneath it and runs off the ropes for more momentum…

JK: Lookout….

Phillips turns as Machiavelli dives into a crossbody block, but he shows amazing strength to catch Dario in his arms and then launch him into a fall away slam/suplex. Dario gets back up to his feet and Phillips hits him with a northern lights suplex…………………………1………………………………..2…………………….kickout!

DF: Everytime I watch Machiavelli in action I am just waiting to see what dastardly trick he has up his sleeve next……

JK: I imagine if this match continues to swerve in the direction of Jimmy Phillips then there is a good chance we will see the introduction of Ojore….

DF: God I hope not……for Jimmy Phillips’ sake….

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:25

Phillips pulls Machiavelli up into a gutwrench and lifts him onto his shoulders (Dominator position) but Machiavelli drops off the back and then lifts JP into an atomic drop before charging him forwards, slinging him through the ropes and straight into the ringpost….

JK: Oh no….

DF: This is bad for Phillips……….the impact right on that shoulder….

JK: Machiavelli, inadvertently or not, just swung the pendulum back to himself in grand fashion…

The crowd wince as the dull thud accompanies the impact and then Phillips tumbles through the ropes and drops down to the outside of the ring. Machiavelli watches him with malevolent eyes and then climbs out after him, ignoring the threats of disqualification and countout!

DF: This is precisely where Machiavelli wants Phillips…

JK: But a wounded animal is still extremely dangerous….I wouldn’t advise Machiavelli to get too excited…

Phillips is cradling his shoulder as he tries to stand next to the ringside barrier. Machiavelli grabs the arm of his opponent and lifts it up before lashing it down ontop of the steel guardrail. JP falls away in pain as Machiavelli grabs him by the scruff of the neck and runs him forwards, throwing him back under the bottom rope and inside the ring once more.

DF: The damage is probably done now….Phillips’ whole demeanor changed when he hit the ringpost….

Phillips tries to swing a haymaker as he gets back up, but Machiavelli is able to stay way out of range and he kicks JP in the gut for good measure before lifting him up and nails a pumphandle drop…………………..1………………………..2……………..Phillips gets his shoulder up off the mat.

JK: Machiavelli will be as slow and systematic as he needs to be……he is in no rush….

DF: I think he will enjoy dissecting Phillips…

Machiavelli pulls Phillips’ arm away from his body and slams it against the canvass three times before he jumps up and lands with both knees across the bridge of the shoulder. Phillips is rolling in a lot of pain as Machiavelli lets him crawl into the corner and then runs in, landing with a sickening kick (Broski Boot) to the face of Phillips. He pulls the “Talent” away from the corner and makes another cover………………………….1…………………..2……………kickout!

JK: Even kicking out is proving difficult….

DF: More and more pressure to exert from the shoulder…

Machiavelli gets back up onto his feet and he mockingly bows at the crowd before dragging Phillips up into a piledriver position. He stalls for a moment, taking his time to anger the crowd, before hooking his arms underneath the waist of Phillips and lifting…

JK: Piledriver….

DF: No…

Phillips kicks his legs to stay grounded and then shows off his strength again by managing to lift Machiavelli up over his shoulders and in position for an Alabama slam…

JK: His arm gave out….

Phillips’ arm is shaking uncontrollably as he struggles to hold Machiavelli in position and it allows Dario to slip down the back and pull JP into a pin………………………………..1……………………………………….2………………………shoulder up.

DF: The arm is becoming a serious worry for Phillips…

They both scramble up and Phillips charges Machiavelli back into the corner and looks to land a thunderous shoulder thrust but stops short, anticipating the consequences, and allows Machiavelli to drill his knee upwards into the face of Phillips and send him staggering backwards. Machiavelli then runs out and connects with a fame-a55-er in the middle of the ring………………………………1……………………….2……………Phillips just kicks out!

JK:Now Jimmy Phillips is thinking all the time about the pain that may occur…..I don’t think it is wise for him to continue in this match…

DF: I agree but there is no way that Phillips is giving up on his dream….

Machiavelli quickly grabs the arm of Phillips and looks to spin around into a cross arm-breaker but Phillips pushes him away and gets back to his feet. Machiavelli comes charging back in back JP manages to lift him up and runs him into the corner…

JK: Snake eyes…

Phillips drops Machiavelli across the top rope, dazing him, before running across to the opposite ropes and charging back…

DF: GAME-CHANGER!

JK: This is bad…

The “clothesline from hell” looks imminent before Machiavelli ducks out and sends Phillips crashing into the corner. JP staggers back around and Machiavelli kicks him in the stomach before rolling over into a cross arm-breaker (ala Alberto Del Rio)….

DF: Phillips in a whole world of trouble………he’s done for………..

JK: Clever thing to do would be to tap out…………….I see no other option…

DF: The whole shoulder is going to snap…

Phillips is yelling and screaming in unimaginable agony as Machiavelli is really tearing back on the arm, yanking and ripping with all of his might. His legs are locked around the elbow joint, restricting any movement, and JP looks on the verge of tapping his hand to the mat….

JK: Jimmy Phillips’ world title aspirations are disappearing before his eyes….

DF: The kid can come again…..but not if he withstands much more pain……his whole shoulder is going to break….

JK: Phillips’ injury nightmare is becoming a reality…

DF: This was FEAR’s plan all along…

Phillips has sweat pouring from his face and he is visibly struggling to stay conscious as the pain kicks in. Machiavelli is dragging back on his arm at an unnatural angle and the referee is urging JP to give it up…

JK: Phillips has a huge heart but that could be about to prove his downfall……

DF: He just does not want to go down at the hands of Dario Machiavelli….

Phillips is thrashing wildly and trying to pull himself toward the ropes, but every movement adds pain to his already torturous predicament. He kicks out his legs and tries to turn his body but Machiavelli is relentless and tilts up on the arm again. Phillips, breathing deeply, looks gutted as he raises his hand…

JK: He’s gonna tap….

DF: FOOT ON THE ROPES…..FOOT ON THE ROPES!

JK: I can’t believe he made it….

*Crowd pop

Phillips looks on the verge of tapping out when he kicks out his legs again and manages to land one on the bottom rope, signifying a rope break.

DF: But the damage is irreparable for Phillips……………he has shown tremendous courage but he has no way out here…..Machiavelli has really done a number…

Machiavelli looks a little annoyed as he stares at Phillips’ foot on the bottom rope. But then a wicked smile crosses his face as he makes it back up to his feet and implores JP to do the same. Phillips is exhausted; his arm close to his chest, and doesn’t look capable of getting up….

JK: Machiavelli knows that Phillips is feeling that shoulder…..he knows he is on the verge….

DF: FEAR promised results and right now they are delivering…

JK: Don’t stand up, Jimmy………..

The crowd are watching on anxiously as Phillips tries to pull himself up to a standstill, only for Machiavelli to drag him to the centre of the ring by the back of his head…

DF: FINAL CUT!

JK: BOOM….OUT OF NOWHERE!

*Crowd pop

Machiavelli looks to plant Phillips with the inverted DDT as JP swivels on a sixpence and drills his foe with an earth-shattering rock-bottom. Both men are flat on the canvass, Phillips unable to capitalise on what he has just done.

DF: Phillips out of pure desperation just pulled that “Touchdown” from Row Z….

JK: But he can’t make the most of it….his body is too depleted….

DF: He needs to dig deeper…

Phillips is trying to push himself up and crawl, but he is having real difficulty in getting his movement going again. Machiavelli is flat on his back, staring up at the lights, as Phillips inches closer to his opponent…

JK: Just reach out, Jimmy…..a finger is enough…

The crowd cheer as Phillips drops his right palm on the chest of Machiavelli….

DF: He kicked out……man that was close….

JK: As close as you can be…….but the delayed cover allowed Machiavelli time to recover…..otherwise this match would have been over…

There are fans around ringside with their heads in their hands as the referee signals it was a definite two count. Phillips spits across the mat and looks very tired as he slowly edges towards the corner and tries to pick himself up. He gets back to a kneeling position and waits against the turnbuckle, readying himself to strike…

DF: Phillips needs one big moment of offense and this match could be his for the taking….something I did not expect….

JK: He just needs to take this chance….Machiavelli is prime for the taking….

DF: He’s thinking spear…

Phillips is ready to push himself out of the corner and charge into the recovering Dario Machiavelli when the lights in the arena dim and then attention turns to the Hypertron.

JK; What the……..

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:28

“The following is a FEAR production”

DF: Huh?

*The screen comes on and it is apparent that the footage has been shot with Machiavelli’s handheld camera. The cameraman appears to be situated outside the window of a fairly large house in the middle of suburban America. It is night-time and the camera is placed on the window ledge outside of the sitting room window, the deep breathing of the cameraman can be heard. From inside the house comes the sound of a baby crying, and then a woman’s voice.

???: It’s ok sweety, Mommy is here!

*The baby’s cries become less pronounced as very beautiful woman with brown hair and blond streaks appears in the room. She bends down into the cot and picks the very bonny baby girl up into her arms. The baby suddenly begins to coo in delight as her mother cuddles her close to her chest.

???: Don’t you worry about a thing Amy, as long as Mommy is here there will be never anything that you have to fear.

*The cameraman can be heard letting out a very vindictive laugh before turning the camera around on themselves, revealing the face of Dario Machiavelli. The crowd inside the Coliseum are booing heavily.

Machiavelli: Do you hear that Jimmy…………….there is nothing for precious little Amy to fear, is there? But me and you both know that her mother isn’t be very truthful with her, is she? Because here I am, right outside their home, watching their every move………….watching YOUR family!

*Machiavelli laughs

Machiavelli: I must say Jimmy that little Amy is going to be just as beautiful as her mother….the delightful Hayley Lennox is as breath-taking as they come…………….even more so when she prepares for her evening shower!

*Dario grins as he stares deep into the camera lense

Machiavelli: This is how easy it is for me Jimmy….to blur the boundaries of professional and personal….this is how easy it is for me to create “fear” inside your mind. You claim that I am not a danger to you, but now you know that that is nothing but a lie to make yourself feel better. I do not need to harm you physically to leave doubt deep within your soul….because now you know, that at any time I can strike where it will hurt you the most. You are powerless to stop me….I can do whatever I like, and all you can do is sit there and watch me do it.

*Machiavelli lifts the camera back up to the window and shows Hayley Lennox singing to her daughter as she attempts to put her back to sleep.

Machiavelli: What an angelic voice…..she really is something to behold, Jimmy. And I know just how much you cherish this family of yours, so I advise you to heed my one last warning before it is too late for you. Walk away from it all right now, turn your back on the vendetta toward me and mine before we cross the line into a feud that we cannot return from. Change your path and seek out new pastures before I am forced to do something I will not take pleasure in doing.

*Machiavelli holds the camera up as Hayley kisses the baby on the forehead and then walks towards the window to close to curtains

Machiavelli: You have now seen how easy it is for me to infiltrate the most personal aspects of your life, and unless you give up this fight, I promise that this will just be the beginning for you and your loved ones. I have no conscience, Jimmy, and I will not hesitate to make this as uncomfortable for you as humanly possible so please take my advice. This story does not require a hero, it requires reality, and you need to come to terms with what reality entails.

If you thought the “Fear” of being injured was bad….then you have no idea what I have in store for you next, do not allow it to reach that level……..make the right choice, Jimmy……….before Fear consumes all!

*Hayley Lennox closes the curtains and Machiavelli turns the camera on himself again. He begins to laugh with an evil intent before switching the camera off.

JK: That sick son of a (beep)….

DF: I can’t believe what I just witnessed….I knew Machiavelli was crazed, but seriously? He has crossed every boundary imaginable right there………….this (beep) just got real….

JK: I physically feel ill from what we just saw there…

The lights are back on bright and there is an air of shock in the arena. Jimmy Phillips is leaning on the top rope, staring at the Hypertron with a thunderous look on his face. All of the colour has drained from his features as he shakes his head….

DF: I think Phillips is going to explode…..

JK: No time….FINAL CUT!

DF: Dammit…………no way….

JK: It just happened………….

The crowd are furiously booing as Machiavelli takes advantage by taking out Phillips with the inverted DDT. He kneels over Phillips and laughs at the reaction of the crowd before dropping into the cover……….
..
..
..
….1
..
…….2
..
……………….3!

DF: This isn’t right……….this isn’t the way……..

JK: It damn sure isn’t…….but what the hell can you do………Machiavelli is a sick piece of trash and he has won this match….

The crowd are booing as “People are strange” plays out of the speakers and Machiavelli is declared the winner. He continues to laugh as he kneels over the downed form of Jimmy Phillips

DF: I’ve seen some pretty reprehensible actions over the years…but nothing like that. To use a man’s family as a weapon is just disgusting and completely indefensible….this is horrid…

JK: Phillips had this match sewn up, despite the injury…..but now I see why Machiavelli was so confident, he knew that tape was going to play…………….he knew he had Phillips’ beaten whenever he felt like it……..this FEAR campaign garbage is becoming too much………….there is no morals involved here…….

Machiavelli stands up and he raises his hand in the air, celebrating his victory, before calling for a microphone from Rick Ambrose. The crowd are continuing to boo as Machiavelli twirls the mic in his hand and then begins to speak.

Machiavelli: I think I have your attention now! This is not a game, people, and this is not something you can run from. Fear is everywhere and it can strike at any time, which is something you need to become accustomed to. There is nobody walking this planet who is immune to the power of pure Fear and now I think you are starting to understand that.

Not even your heroes like this man right here can fight against the unbeatable existence of something that none of you will ever understand. He may stand for honour and valour but in the face of Fear he is as cowardly as the rest of you. Everybody has a breaking point, a line that they refuse to cross because they are scared to face the reality of Fear itself. Tonight, I found Jimmy Phillips’ breaking point………….and you can boo me, but I did exactly what I needed to.

I don’t run in popularity contests so your approval would mean nothing to me any way. I get to where I want to be by any means necessary and that will never change, learn from what I am saying because there is nothing I will not do. I have your attention now and you can all see just how dangerous my scheme can be. There is no point in fighting, it is futile, because this is a battle you cannot win. Jimmy Phillips….Mike Conrad…..they are falling by the wayside…..and once I have removed Vincent Costello from the equation there will be nothing stopping me from getting my hands on Jason Sparkz….and the EWF World Championship!

*The crowd boo furiously

Machiavelli: It is an inevitability that you cannot argue against. Fear has infested every last orifice of this company, and we can strike out at any time………….any place……………..to whomever we feel must learn a lesson.

But before the cameras stop rolling…..and we leave air for another ten days….we wish to leave you with a lasting image that you will not forget……………we are going to make you realize that this is not a parody, this is serious.

*Machiavelli climbs from the ring and looks underneath the apron before returning to the ring, with a small bag in hand. Jimmy Phillips is trying to stand up as Machiavelli empties the bag and pulls out a pair of handcuffs, which he subsequently uses to lock Phillips to the ropes, prompting boos from the crowd.

Machiavelli: I want Jimmy here to understand that it is very important he looks after his family. I don’t believe he will heed my advice so instead I am going to make him. I’m going to make sure that this man right here never wrestles another day in his life, that way he can keep his family out of harm’s way………..and he can stay out of my business for good!

JK: This is bad….

DF: Really bad……….Phillips is trapped…

*Phillips is desperately trying to pull himself free of the ropes as Machiavelli climbs from the ring again, this time returning with a steel chair in hand. He runs his hand along the steel and sizes up his opponent with an evil grin before lifting the chair up.

JK: I don’t think I can watch this………

Official Result: Dario Machiavelli via pinfall
Match time: 14 minutes 12 seconds

EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2) Empty Re: EWF Conflict Results 25th February 2013 (Episode 2)

Post by JJJohnson Mon 25 Feb 2013 - 13:30

DF: CONRAD!

*The crowd burst into cheers as Mike Conrad comes bursting out of the back and runs down to the ring. He slides under the bottom rope and immediately takes Machiavelli off his feet, pummeling with sickening rights and lefts. The cheers from the audience are deafening as Conrad gets back up and he grabs the steel chair, prompting Machiavelli to throw his hands up and beg…

JK: Now Machiavelli is going to learn that actions have consequences…GO ON MIKE!

*Conrad is about to bring the chair crashing down when Ojore appears outside of the ring and he grabs Conrad’s legs and drags him under the bottom rope. They begin to brawl with each other before Conrad pokes the big man in the eye and rams his head against the steel steps. In the ring, Machiavelli has dived for the chair again and is just getting back up as Conrad rolls back into the ring and drills into him with a huge spear

DF: Conrad is like a man possessed……

JK: He said he would have Phillips’ back and he was not lying…………

The crowd are bouncing as Conrad lays fists into the face of Machiavelli, as he tries desperately to cover up. Conrad then gets back to his feet and nods at Jimmy Phillips before turning around…

DF: OH MY GOD!

JK: JESUS….

Crowd: Holy (beep) x10

DF: And just like that you end any Conflict…………….damn……how do you react to that?

*The crowd are stunned as Conrad turns around and Ojore is waiting for him. The giant wraps both hands around Conrad’s throat and lifts him into the air before chokebombing him straight through the ring, into a broken heap. Jimmy Phillips is still struggling against the handcuffs, looking very worried, as Machiavelli smiles at him and then beckons for Ojore to follow him from the ring. The crowd are shocked as the show reaches its conclusion.

JK: I can’t believe what we have just witnessed….after everything that Conrad and Phillips have already been through, this is just unreal…

DF: FEAR have just delivered one hell of a parting shot tonight………..the gloves are well and truly off, I have no idea what is going to come next….

JK: How do you follow up on something like this? The battle lines have been drawn………but where do we go from here? Ladies and gentlemen we are out of time for this evening but thank you for joining us on another amazing night of EWF action. We hope you have enjoyed it as much as we have. Be sure to join us back here in ten days as the road to Atonement continues.

DF: I already can’t wait………I want to know who is heading to Atonement to face Jason Sparkz….I want to see the fallout from this scenario….Wood and Garcia….Wells and his mystery attacker….E-Unit and Thunder….man oh man this is amazing….

JK: It truly is….only ten days partner and we will be back, but for now we are out of time…goodnight guys!

*The shows goes off air with the image of Mike Conrad in the wreckage of the ring. Phillips is trying to break his way free of the handcuffs as Machiavelli and Ojore disappear through the curtain.
