Pre-occupied with weight - Instead of feeling the muscle!!
Probably the biggest mistake in bodybuilding!!!..............Time and again I see someone wanting to hit 6 reps and throwing everything in except the muscle you are training into the pot!!....
Golden rule...Working your chest...feel your chest working..........same with legs...arms etc............and don't give a toss what anyone else is lifting!!
They lifted the same weight once.....
Feel the muscle.....most important thing...

Agreed. Trying to be macho is more likely to cause injuries than success.
