For all biathlon fans

Couple bits of news - great effort by Miri Gössner in the 10 Km cross country worlds (no rifle here!) to finish 4th overall, out of the medals by only half a second; alas in the 4 x 5 Km relay she had too much to do by her leg and the German team were well out of it! As expected Norway stormed to the gold, from Sweden and Russia - hope Miri hasn't taken too much out of herself for today's race in Oslo!

Yesterday in Olso (back to Biathlon), in the men's 10 Km sprint Martin Fourcade was once again pipped to the gold by a tiny fraction, losing to a Norwegian - in this case Tarjei Bø. Great effort though as Bø shot clean and Martin had two penalty loops; Ukraine third.
