Booking Challenge 1
The board looks a bit quiet so I thought I would give fantasy bookers a challenge. This isnt anyting to do with the Booking Wars that have been going on in the last few weeks. There willbe no poll or picking winners etc. All that will happen here is I will present a certain challenge for people to book in the way they see best. This can be a quick paragraph just giving the basic points, or if you wanna go the whole hog and let us know every detail that would get you to your destination, then that is most welcome. Absolutely anybody can have a go and then we can all leave each other feedback on the bookings.
Ok so for today I pose this challenge: Big E Langston to be the first guy to simulteaneously (god knows how to spell that word!) hold both the Intercontinental and United States titles by Wrestlemania 30.
Over to the fantasy bookers...

Re: Booking Challenge 1
Wrestlemania 29 – Alberto Del Rio retains the WHC against Jack Swagger in a gruelling 25 minute contest, eventually making Swagger tap out to the cross arm breaker. Del Rio starts to celebrate when Ziggler’s music hits. He slowly walks down to the ring on his own, briefcase in hand, with a huge grin on his face. With Del Rio focused on Ziggler, Big E attacks the champ out of nowhere from behind, picks him up and hits The Big Ending. Ziggler cashes in his contract, the bell rings, Del Rio slowly starts to stir, but before he can do anything Dolph hits him with a superkick for the 123. Dolph Ziggler is your new WHC.
In the weeks building up to Extreme Rules, Dolphs ego becomes uncontrollable, showing no respect to anyone, most of all Big E Langston. Dolph starts to win his match ups every week on Raw and SD!, mainly due to the help of Langston. At Extreme Rules he retains against Del Rio in a ladder match after Langston cost Del Rio the win. Dolph doesn’t even acknowledge Langston after the match.
The next night on Raw Dolph claims how he is going to be the greatest WHC of all time and is the greatest all round performer in pro wrestling today, and that he’s got to where he is today all by himself. Langston sniggers to himself but nothing is made of it. Ryback comes out and says if Ziggler is as great if he says he is then he’ll have no problem facing him, right now. After a 10 minute match Ryback pins Ziggler cleanly with no attempted interference from Langston. After the match Ziggler gets in Langstons face asking why he didn’t help him, Langston is emotionless. Ziggler continues to shout and scream but to no effect, eventually slapping Langston. Big E snaps, clotheslines Dolph into next week and hits The Big Ending. Big E grabs a mic and says that he is done with Dolph Ziggler, and whilst laughing, sarcastically wishes Dolph good luck defending his WHC against Ryback at the next PPV on his own. Big E Langston has turned face.
Fast forward to the Raw after MITB, we haven’t seen Big E for a couple of months. Antonio Cesaro, still the US Champ, is in the ring cutting a promo on how he has defeated everyone that has step in his way, that there is no one left that can challenge him for his title, and at Summerslam it will be a year since he won the title, but unfortunately, he doesn’t have anyone to defend it against to cement the greatest United States Championship reign of all time. Big E Langston’s NXT music hits, Big E is back and he means business. Langston walks down to the ring to confront Cesaro, as he enters the ring Cesaro cowards back up the ramp. Booker T comes out to announce that next week there will be a fatal 4 way elimination match to determine the number one contender for the US Championship at Summerslam. Cody Rhodes, Kofi Kingston, Damien Sandow and BIG E LANGSTON. Langston grins at a frustrated Cesaro.
Next week on Raw, Langston dominates the 4 way match, pinning all 3 men himself within 5 minutes. The match is set, Antonio Cesaro vs Big E Langston for The United States Championship at Summerslam. In the weeks building up to Summerslam, Langston and Cesaro both look dominant after numerous squash matches in their favour. The week before Summerslam, Langston picks up an impressive victory over Wade Barrett. After the match Cesaro viciously attacks Langston from behind with the championship belt before repeated chair shots to a grounded Langston. Cesaro proceeds to hit The Neutralizer on Langston onto the steel chair, showing off his brute strength. Cesaro leaves the ring smiling.
Summerslam – after a solid 15 minute match, Big E wins the US title after kicking out the Neutralizer and hitting the Big Ending for the win.
Night of Champions – Langston retains the title after a brutal 20 minute No Holds Barred match against Cesaro. Hitting the Big Ending on the steel steps for the victory. Langston comes out the match looking like an unstoppable beast.
Next night on Raw, Langston comes out saying he doesn’t have an opponent tonight, so he’s making an open challenge. Langston waits a few minutes, but no one comes out, he disappointedly walks to the back. Backstage Matt Striker asks Langston why he thinks no one wants to face him, before he can answer a returning Ezekiel Jackson attacks Langston and walk off smiling. Next week on Raw Langston comes out and wastes no time in calling out Big Zeke. Jackson comes out to the stage and says if he wants to face him he’ll have to put his US title on the line, Langston immediately accepts, Jackson then says he’ll also have to wait until HIAC, smiles and goes back through the curtain.
Hell in a cell – Langston dominates Jackson, pinning him in just less than 5 minutes. Langston looks freakishly strong here.
Survivor Series – It’s Team Sheamus vs Team Orton. Sheamus, Langston, Christian, Bryan and Kingston vs Orton, Swagger, Barrett, Cesaro, and Henry. Sheamus and Langston are the sole survivors with Langston pinning Swagger and more impressively the Intercontinental Champion Henry.
Next night on Raw Langston squashes Jackson in a rematch from HIAC. After the match Henry destroys Langston, putting him through the announcers table with the WSS. The week after Henry wins a squash match against Khali, as soon as Henry got the 123, Langston’s music hits. He comes straight to the ring, Henry doesn’t back down, the two go at it, with Langston out muscling Henry. An infuriated Henry backs off. As Henry heads up the ramp Langston grabs a mic, he states that Henry has always impressed him, that since he was a boy he wanted to be like him, he wanted to be the world’s strongest man. He feels that time is very near, and he wants to prove how strong he is in a match against Henry at TLC, but not just any match, a champion vs. champion match with both titles on the line, winner takes all. Henry reluctantly accepts as the men stare down. Booker T comes out saying he absolutely loves this and to innovate some more he’s going to add a never done before style match to befit such an occasion. A Table AND Chairs match meaning the match can end by pinfall, submission, or putting your opponent through a table. Langston is happy with this, Henry just looks angry.
TLC – Big E Langston vs Mark Henry, champion vs champion, winner takes all Table/Chairs match. The United States Championship and The Intercontinental Championship some way or another will be unified tonight. There’s a big match feel around the arena. After an absolute war between the two strongest men in WWE history, Langston finally captures the victory after hitting The Big Ending through the announce table. As Langston is celebrating in the ring with both titles, Henry comes to and gets back in the ring, looking mean. Langston offers Henry the handshake in which Henry accepts, Henry leaves the ring as a sign of respect to Langston, letting him have his moment. Big E Langston ends 2013 as the unified United States + Intercontinental Champion.

Re: Booking Challenge 1
Thats brillian mate. Im impressed. Even if nobody else bothers, it was worth starting this thread just to read that. Also I genuinely wouldnt mind seeing Langston taking on someone like Jackson or Henry. Beast v Beast. When he hit Ryback on Raw, it had me wondering if they would have a match.

Re: Booking Challenge 1
Apologies for the length of this, didn't realise it took so much thought process:
Monday Night Raw after Wrestlemania 29
Alberto Del Rio is talking about how he successfully defeated Jack Swagger last night on the grandest stage of them all. He is ready to move on and meet some fresh challenges, which brings out Dolph Ziggler with Big E and AJ. Dolph says now is his time to shine and he is cashing in Money in the Bank at the Extreme Rules PPV, he wants Del Rio to be prepared for the beating of his life.
Extreme Rules
After weeks of back and forth we finally have our match at Extreme Rules, inside a steel cage. Great back and forth with plenty of near falls and escapes. Finish comes when both men climb down the side of the cage, but Big E Langston catches Del Rio on his shoulders and prevents his from touching the floor as Dolph drops down and is crowned the new WHC.
Buildup to Summerslam
Over the coming weeks Big E is responsible for helping Ziggler in any way shape or form to defend the WHC. At Vengeance (June PPV), Ziggler defeats Del Rio in a re-match and then once again on the following Smackdown with the help of Langston. Ziggler then enters into a month long feud with Christian for the WHC that culminates at the MITB PPV and Ziggler defeats Christian. On the same night, Big E is entered into the Smackdown Ladder Match, but comes up just short as Antonio Cesaro is victorious.
The next week on Smackdown there is a “Beat the Clock Challenge” to see who will face Ziggler at Summerslam. Ziggler sits ringside with AJ and Big E to watch the matches unfold, and in the end it is Mark Henry who comes out on top, he points at Ziggler and says he is going in the “hall of pain”.
During this time, Big E has begun to get frequent matches on Raw, Smackdown and Superstars, making short work of lower card talent such as Zach Ryder, JTG and Santino Marella. He declares himself ready to make the step up in class of opposition, targeting the current United States Champion, The Miz. The Miz does his best to talk trash on Big E, but he meets a severe beatdown on an episode of Raw, giving Booker T no choice but to grant Big E a title match at Summerslam.
Two weeks before Summerslam, Ziggler defeats Sheamus in a hard fought contest, only to be attacked by Mark Henry afterwards. Henry nails the WSS through the announce table as the show ends. The next week, Ziggler is berating Big E, saying he is concentrating too much on himself when he should be looking out for the rest of the team. Big E tells him not to worry, he can take care of both situations at once. He tells Ziggler that Summerslam will be a defining night for the “team”.
Summerslam:
Big E and Miz wow the fans with an excellent ten minute match that ends with Big E catching Miz in midair and nails The Big Ending for the three count….we have a new champion.
Ziggler and Henry engage in a battle of strength vs speed. Ziggler struggles to keep Henry down for a three count, taking him out with the Zigzag and then superkick. AJ slides a steel chair to Ziggler and distracts the referee as Dolph attempts to use the weapon, only for Big E to slide in on the other side and take out Dolph with a powerful clothesline. The crowd are stunned as Henry nails the WSS and we have a winner, new champion. Big E and Henry celebrate in the ring with their newly won championships as Ziggler struggles to recover from what has happened.
Lead up to Night of Champions
Ziggler wants a confrontation with Big E about what happened at Summerslam. He is met by Big E and Mark Henry, who say you are now looking at the new Nation of Domination, they are the new Powers of Pain and Dolph can forget about ever seeing the WHC again, because this a new era of dominance. Dolph still demands his re-match with Henry, and the Miz also wants a re-match with Big E.
Booker T makes the announcement that it is Dolph Ziggler and The Miz vs Mark Henry and Big E Langston at Night of Champions, with both titles on the line.
The weeks of build-up go by and finally we have our PPV match.
Night of Champions
Back and forth match with plenty of nearfalls, but it ends when Aj turns on Dolph with a lowblow and allows Henry to take him out with the WSS for the three count. The crowd are stunned as AJ has now defected to the Nation.
Leadup to Hell in a Cell
Dolph is furious and he isn’t willing to take this lying down. He has been screwed by everyone he held dear to him and he wants retribution. He wants Henry inside the Cell, and this brings out the Nation. AJ tells Dolph that she grew tired of helping him win matches all of the time, he is supposed be the “show stealer” but she was the one dipping her hand in the till every week, just like Big E before that. She says Mark Henry doesn’t need help winning matches and neither does Big E, they just dominate the competition.
Booker T grants Ziggler one last shot in the Cell and we have our final showdown set. Meanwhile Big E is trailblazing through his opposition, dismantling guys like Sin Cara, Bo Dallas and Justin Gabriel. He challenges anyone to face him at the Hell in a Cell PPV that he hasn’t already demolished and that brings out Kofi Kingston. He battles Big E and gets the upper hand, causing Big E to retreat and says he will see Kingston at Hell in a Cell.
Hell in a Cell
Big E takes out Kofi in around seven minutes. Kofi gets plenty of offense but is man-handled in the end and destroyed by a top rope powerbomb. After the match, Langston nails The Big Ending for the exclamation point.
In the main event, Ziggler is able to battle Henry one on one inside the cell. Both men take some unreal punishment but Ziggler is able to superkick Henry onto a table and then amazingly nails a senton bomb from the top rope through the table and the three count seems imminent. Big E rips the door clean off the cell but Ziggler greets him with a superkick that takes him out. AJ tries to help Henry but is pushed away by Ziggler. He turns to make the cover but is taken out by Titus O’Neill and Darren Young….The Primetime Players have joined the Nation. Henry recovers and the WSS gets the three count.
Lead up to Survivor Series.
The Nation are in the ring, talking about their hold of dominance over WWE. There is nobody that can rival them and they are going to rule for as long as they want. This brings out Dolph Zigger, he says he knows he has exhausted his title shots but this isn’t about gold anymore, this is about revenge. He wants revenge on the people that have ruined his life……he wants the Nation in a 5 on 5 match at Survivor Series.
Henry laughs as he accepts, saying Ziggler is universally hated in the WWE lockerroom, there is no way he can four guys to help him out. The main event of Smackdown is Dolph Ziggler vs Big E Langston.
Back and forth match and Ziggler nails the Zig Zag out of nowhere, causing mass interference from The Nation. Ziggler is taking a beating in the middle of the ring when the Intercontinental Champion, Daniel Bryan, and the Tag Team Champions, Tyson Kidd and El Generico, rush out to make the save. A mass brawl ends Smackdown and the nation retreats, it seems like Ziggler has his teammates.
Over the course of the next few weeks there is plenty of battles between both teams, fighting for the bragging rights.
Survivor Series
The 5 on 5 match is set and is a real show stealer. We get to a point where it is down to 3 on 2 in favour of Ziggler’s team. Bryan, Ziggler and Tyson Kidd against Big E and Mark Henry. Tyson Kidd is next to be knocked off by Henry, taking us down to 2 vs 2. Ziggler tries to help Bryan take out Henry but the WHC ducks the superkick and Ziggler takes out Bryan accidentally. Big E pulls Ziggler outside of the ring as Henry pins Bryan.
The odds are now against Ziggler but he battles valiantly and then shocks the world as he takes out Mark Henry and pins him to level him things up at 1 vs 1. Ziggler, exhausted by his efforts is easy picking for Big E, who scores the three with the Big Ending.
Road to TLC
The talk on Smackdown is that Big E should now be the no.1 contender to Mark Henry, but they both move to quickly dismiss that idea. Big E says his time for the world championship will come, but right now he is concentrating on adding some more victims to the every growing Hall of Pain. A beat the clock challenge is announced to crown the new number one contender to Henry’s world championship. Ziggler seems destined to win the challenge but Big E attacks him and costs him his match, meaning that Randy Orton faces Henry at TLC. Ziggler meanwhile challenges Big E for the US Title at the PPV, he may not get his hands on Henry but he has unfinished business with Langston and it is time to deal with it.
TLC.
After a gruelling fifteen minute bout with plenty of great action Dolph Ziggler defeats Big E with the superkick and the zigzag for the three count. Big E is livid and cannot believe it as Ziggler makes an exit with the belt.
Mark Henry successfully defeats Randy Orton in the Smackdown Main Event.
Road to the Rumble
Big E is trash talked by Henry on Smackdown, and the leader of the Nation demands that his right hand man win the Royal Rumble, head to Raw and take the WWE Championship from John Cena, solidifying the faction’s status as dominant. Big E thanks Henry for his belief and promises that “my time is now”.
As the weeks go by, Big E is dominating the competition on both Raw and Smackdown. Winning each match with the Big Ending and then dragging his opponents up and hauling them over the top rope. He even interrupts a John Cena main event and takes out the champ, promising him that he is coming for the belt.
Week before Rumble and we have a match to determine #30 in the main event. Big E takes out the entire playing field, eliminating Brodus Clay, Kane, The Great Khali and bodyslamming The Big Show. The commentators remark at how dominant Big E looks, he is a real threat.
The Royal Rumble
Earlier in the night Mark Henry is defeated by Brock Lesnar for the World Heavyweight Championship, Lesnar destroying the entire Nation, except Big E, who is not present at ringside.
John Cena successfully defends the WWE Championship after a valiant challenge from Wade Barrett.
In the rumble match itself, we are down to the final six when Big E enters the fray. CM Punk, The Rock, Sheamus, Roman Reigns, Randy Orton and the Intercontinental Champion, Rey Mysterio.
Big E destroys everybody in the ring, further cementing his credentials as one of the favourites, but a brogue kick by Sheamus allows Rey Mysterio to pull down the ropes and send Big E crashing to the outside of the ring, much to the delight of the crowd. The match is eventually won by The Rock.
Road to the Elimination Chamber.
Mark Henry is in tatters after losing his championship, and looks for revenge on Brock Lesnar, only to end up getting injured by the new World Champion, leaving the Nation in complete disarray. Big E is also in a world of anger after seeing his dreams of challenging for a world championship at Mania disappear. He chooses to take that anger out on Rey Mysterio, who he attacks on several occasions before receiving a championship shot at the EC PPV.
Elimination Chamber
Mysterio hits Big E with everything but the kitchen sink but the big man is in great form, refusing to be beaten. He shows that he belongs with the high tiers of the WWE as he takes everything Mysterio has to offer before finishing him with the Big Ending from the top rope……….we have a new IC Champion!
Road to Wrestlemania.
The stage is set for the biggest show on earth, Wrestlemania 30. And Vince McMahon announces on the very first RAW after EC that it is time to headline WWE under one banner once again. No more Raw brand, Smackdown brand. They are unifying the championships and bringing prestige back to the business once again.
The Wrestlemania Main Event is set at Brock Lesnar vs John Cena vs The Rock vs CM Punk for the Undisputed World Championship.
It is also announced that the Intercontinental Champion will face the United States Champion in a title unification match. But before the participants are confirmed, each champion must defend their belt .
Dolph Ziggler is made to defend his United States Championship that very night on Raw….where he successfully defeats The Miz, Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger to book his place in an historic Wrestlemania match.
Big E is set for his defense on Smackdown. He must defend his belt against Kane, Big Show and The Great Khali to see just how dominant he really can be. After a series of near defeats, Big E bursts into life and drills Kane with a spinebuster. He then bodyslams Khali before nailing Big Show with the Big Ending for the three count.
Weeks of trying to get the better of each other go by as Ziggler and Langston prepare for their showdown at Wrestlemania.
Wrestlemania 30
In one of the most anticipated matchups on the card, Big E and Ziggler’s styles merge into fantastic viewing for the crowd in New Orleans. On the twenty minute mark Ziggler’s superkick attempt is reversed into the Big Ending and we have our unified IC/US Champion.
In the Main Event, CM Punk defeats The Rock, Brock Lesnar and John Cena to become the Undisputed World Champion.

Re: Booking Challenge 1
Wow. Another really good one! Dont worry about the length, I prefer the long ones. I like how you made a new Nation Of Domination.
The only flaw: You say it is a 5 on 5 at Survivor Series but its actually 4 on 4
Other than that, brilliantly done.
