12 months that is some record! Do you think he gets injured often as he fills in for JTH, who plays a very physical game?

Re: LV Cup Semi-Finals/Finals
Perhaps. I think he may suffer a little from Wilkinson syndrome - i.e. a little short of game time, so not as battle hardened as he needs to be, so gets injured more easily, so short of game time...
It looks like at the moment COS is managing him quite carefully - e.g. coming off after 50 minutes even when he's not injured - so I hope they will build him up to a point where he can play game-in, game-out.

Yea its good to see that he's being managed well but then what do we expect, COS has shown hes an expert with this young squad and knowing who to play and how much they should play.
Infact the only guy he struggles with is Nev, god I hope he's on top form this weekend!
PS good to see Walker get some time on the pitch, nice hit to start with but then made the mistake of a fro t on tackle on that massive bloke!

Re: LV Cup Semi-Finals/Finals
I'm looking forward to Walker getting more game time. He will need time to settle but his pace is something else. I watched him at the Floodlit Sevens last year and he was easily the fastest thing on the pitch. Considering that he was in a team that also included Chisholm, that's saying something.

Re: LV Cup Semi-Finals/Finals
Chisholm was looking almost back up to full speed himself, burned most of the Sale backs for those kick throughs that Botica put in. Him, Walker, Smith, Brown and OLH are going to cause some selection head aches next season.

Imagine the pace of our 7s side if we play:
1- Wallace
2- Monye
3- Guest
4- Burns
5- Care
6- Walker
7- OLH
with Chis to come on

Would love to see that side play, you couldn't give them an inch! Wouldnt want to be in Wallace's shoes though having to keep up...

Your wish could well be granted - Quins are in the Rosslyn Park Floodlit Sevens this year, and have put out a strong team in the previous couple of years. There's also generally the Jolly Hog and a bunch of senior Quins hanging around it. Details on the link - it's on the 2nd May, tickets are a tenner in advance. Floodlit Sevens

Hmmm. Not clear, is it? There are several ticket sites that are offering them already, but at a small premium.

Re: LV Cup Semi-Finals/Finals
Yes. We live nearby, so I've been for the last two years. Had great fun talking to the Quins lads in 2011 as it was straight after the Amlin semi vs Munster and they were on a huge high. Top quality rugby, too.
