Hello 606v2, please help.
I was hoping some of you would be kind enough to fill in this questionnaire for me (it’s for my dissertation) it shouldn’t take long as it only has 3 questions. Answering the questions counts as giving consent for your answers to be used as part of my dissertation project but no personal data (as none will be taken) will be revealed.
Also if you’re an accounting student and want to be even more helpful by filling in a slightly different questionnaire then please PM me.

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BBRM9BH
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VB6RKDH
All the links lead to the same questions but as the site I’m using limits the number of responses in case the limit is reached I’ve provided the other links so you can still provide answers.
Thank you!

Done. I thought about accounting. Was looking for a math related career and the book I had gave suggestions in alphabetical order. Skipped over accountant because my sister is one and I thought that one in the family was enough. So I'm an actuary. Often wonder what might have happened if the list had gone from Z to A !

Re: Hello 606v2, please help.
I use an accountant. I always wonder if he is trying hard enough to reduce my tax bill.
I sometimes think they make it easy for themselves and don't want to rock the boat with the revenue. If they keep submitting conservative accounts that don't push the boundaries they gain a good reputation with the revenue which is more important to them.
I filled in the survey which was thankfully absolutely painless and took 30 secs.

Used link #2.
My answer to 2nd question refers to current climate of public's perception of tax avoidance specifically (partly because corporate tax is my area of expertise and therefore the context in which I think/perceive, partly as it's noticeable how tax advisors are often simply described as "accountants"). Feel free to discount my answers if too narrow though - you can hopefully identify by what I've said in the "other" box.
