Scarlets V Treviso match thread
RaboDirect Pro12: Scarlets v Treviso
Venue: Parc y ScarletsDate: Friday, 3 MayKick-off: 19:45 BST
Coverage: Live on BBC Two Wales and BBC Radio Wales & BBC Sport website; live scores online
Scarlets have resisted the temptation to start with fly-half Rhys Priestland for Friday's crucial Pro12 match.
Priestland made his first appearance since December after an Achilles injury by coming off the bench in the 24-6 win over Cardiff Blues.
But he will remain among the replacements as Owen Williams continues in the fly-half role.
Scarlets need two points to guarantee a play-off place by finishing in fourth place ahead of Ospreys.
If Scarlets fail to pick up a point against a side they lost to away earlier in the season, defending champions Ospreys would climb above them by beating Leinster away.
"We've got ourselves into a great position," said Scarlets forwards coach Dan Wilson.
"We're fully aware that we can't allow complacency to happen, especially against a side like Treviso so we'll go out there paying them the utmost respect.
"But at the same time we're confident in our ability to be able to put them away.
"Yes, there's always one eye on the bigger picture, but for us at the moment we've got one big win to get.
"We need to be in control of what happens for play-off places and how we can control it is by winning against Treviso."
With an away semi-final the best Scarlets can hope for, Friday's match will be the final home game for departing wing George North (Northampton), hooker Matthew Rees (Cardiff Blues), Sione Timani and fly-half Williams (Leicester).
Richie Pugh and Tavis Knoyle are among those also leaving the region who will not be involved against Treviso.
Wilson added: "We have to be aware of what their threats are with their driving line outs and driving scrum.
"A lot of their game comes off their set piece play. We'll have to combat that hard as well as the fact they have some dangerous runners so there's plenty to threaten across the park."

How did the Scarlets manage to concede 10 points when Treviso had 13 men?
They are going to get destroyed in the playoffs at the moment.

Re: Scarlets V Treviso match thread
That was a rugby lesson given by Treviso, that back row has some power in it.
North was terrible, forgot 3 men on the inside for a certain try in the 2nd half.
