You lucky, lucky listeners! You don't even know what you're in for today but my god its a corker!

Who is on the podcast this week?! It's only blooming all five of us! That is right my chums. The masses have been dying for it and we listened to your prayers! Adam "D.A.V" Davey, Paul "Enforcer" Hinton, Chris "Pretty Boy" Wilkerson, Richard "Hero" Hudson and Gavin "The Bowels" Duenas.

And on this action packed podcast we are up in arms about what TNA and WWE have had to offer us this past week. Some of it good, some of it bad, all of it somehow turned into a disappointed rant by at least one of us.

So, what really are the big talking points? Well, it is Extreme Rules on Sunday, but have WWE even bothered to build for what is now their biggest "B" PPV? Our answer? Look inside!

Ryback vs Cena, HHH vs Lesnar and The Shield in solo and tag team action are the exciting prospects awaiting us at the weekend.

But before we cracked right on to WWE we had TNA! The clear winners of wrestling product this week were the number 2 company. If only we weren't all staring into the Abyss it may seem even more positive.

The big man returned to save TNA from Aces and Eights this week, but what does the future hold for him and the top of the card in TNA? Ahead of Bully Ray and Sting's Slammiversary main event contract signing this coming Impact we have been looking up and down the roster and having our say.

Which leads us, of course, onto our famous, worldwide renowned, discussion section. We discuss who we would like to Future Endeavour in both WWE and TNA. It's around the time of year where wrestlers are sacrificed for new blood and we hunt out the below par like a pack of wolves. And then Hero loses the plot.

Enjoy!

This is worth a listen for Hero's breakdown if nothing else. Topped off with Gav's insistence that he was dying of a tropical disease, there is a chance that it could be a much reduced team next week!

I think Hero needs to turn in his ICW membership card, can't believe he was advocating firing Mason Andrews aka Scorpio Sky (or Brian from WWEs anger management skits) definatly a guy Tna should make more use of, especially given that the x division is so threadbare
