Size 16 rugby boots?

Right, saw on twitter today that there's a young chap living up in Elgin who's in need of help.
The chap in question is a 15 year old, 6ft 4 rugby player, with size 16 feet!!!!

Anyway apparently he can't find any sized 16 boots so at the moment is unable to play. Any idea on where you'd get boots that size? (apparently manufactures don't really make anything beyond size 15, which incidentally is the same size that Richie Gray & Jim Hamilton ware. Mad to think a 15 year old kid has bigger feet then them)

Anyway any suggestions let me know.
