Re: End of Season Awards
It can run in conjunction with the Finals, but no real need to get it done. You can wait for the AP result if you wish.

Re: End of Season Awards
Manager of The Season: CJ - for a first season in the league he has made Sarries such a class unit. Next year beckons for more silverware as he managed to secure his first trophy this season.
Most Improved Manager: Driver - He has managed to create a winning atmosphere at the Stoop and it almost culminated in knocking out current league champions Tigers of the Play-offs.
Player of The Year: Geoff Parling - This lad has had something of a great breakout year in which he has cemented his place as a key player for both England and the Tigers and his form has earned him a Lions spot this summer.
Young Player of The Year: Mako Vunipola - who would've thought he would break into the England side and become an influential figure in the Saracens pack?
Discovery of The Year (Foreign): Israel Folua - I don't think anyone knew how good this guy could be, and at only £10m he looks like an absolute steal for Chiefs and ready made replacement for the retiring Nacewa.
Discovery of The Year (EQ): Honorable mentions here to Mako, Launchberry and Wade. But I have to share this award between Slater and Yarde, who both have played well for their respective clubs in the league, and earned their first England call ups.
Team of The Year:
Most Improved of The Year: Worcester Warriors - After a slow start where a number of their starting players were absent through the Rugby Championship and the AI's but after Christmas managed a real turnaround in fortunes as their star players pulled them out of the relegation mire and into safety and foundation for next season.
Best Tactics: CJ - Always a good read, and to the point. They're always explained his methods clearly and what he wanted from his players and the side. Honourable mention to SJE's tactics as they are always effective.
Overall Clubman of The Year (League Managers): CJ - Has been a great lad this year and a great addition to the league. Always keen to do a deal, help out and a great opinion.

Re: End of Season Awards
Manager of The Season: Fluxy of London Welsh

Young Player of The Year: Freddie Burns (at Gloucester)
Discovery of The Year (Foreign): Juan Figallo (at Worcester)
Discovery of The Year (EQ): George Kruis (Welsh/Wasps, bought from Saracens)
Team of The Year: based on League not real life, I assume? Based on how their inclusion affects what I think of the sides this year, something like
01. Thomas Domingo (Tigers) | 09. Dmitri Yachvili (Gloucester) |
02. Dylan Hartley (Saints) | 10. Freddie Burns (Gloucester) |
03. Owen Franks (Bath) | |

Re: End of Season Awards
I'll give this a pop, try and jog my memory!
Manager of The Season:
Fluxy - reliable, solid team, reliable, solid manager
Most Improved Manager:
Driver - some real depth at Quins now
Player of The Year:
Seems apt that a crucial cog of the top team should win. Dan Cole anchors the winning team.
Young Player of The Year: Launchbury in real life, but in terms of impact in this game, Burns' form really helped boost Gloucester here
Discovery of The Year (Foreign): Can't see past Folua, the risk paid off! Hooper had a huge influence on the Worcs pack, giving them a proper 7
Discovery of The Year (EQ): Can't see past Mako. Nobody to Lion in a year.
Team of The Year: based on contribution to their team and standouts for predictions
01. Healy 09. Yachvili
02. Webber 10. Sexton
03. Franks
04. Pape 11. O'Connor
05. Whitelock 12. Fofana
06. Wood 13. Smith
07. Hooper 14. North
08. Read 15. Halfpenny
