Froch: "Groves needs to watch his mouth"

What does everyone think about this? Despite my respect for him as a fighter I've always found him very difficult to warm too as a person..
How long do you think before either Degale and Groves are ready, if ever, to challenge Carl, and which way do you see it going?

Calzaghe.........Jones...Toney...Mccallum..........Eubank..........Benn
all beat him .........
Jones, Toney and McCallum beat him but your are talking ATG's with those.
Benn and Eubank were big fish in a small pond before Steve Collin's spotted the money they were making and came to the UK and beat Eubank who was better than Benn and Watson.
If Collins beat Eubank then Kessler could have. Kessler was a more talented fighter than Collins.
A post Watson Eubank who had Collins out on his feet but was reluctant to go for the kill.

I was talking boxing until you started with your Audley malarkey.

The guy thinks Audley is better than Haye...so I'd suggest you're better off debating a monkey at the zoo...

Eubank was down in the 8th. Collins was made of steel, better fighters than Eubank couldn't stop him.
The easiest thing in the world is to make an excuse. Collin's exposed the UK SMW hype job. They made a fortune fighting each other on ITV so didn't need to take on the best in the division.

An old battleworn Eubank.......
Schooled Thompson until his eye shut at cruiser..
Kessler is ordinary..

Yeah and you think Mike McCullum hit the lottery.
How would I think Audley is better than Haye.....you are the monkey around here.....King Monkey.
I like neither Haye or Harrison. One because he is smug disingenuous prat and the Audley because he largely contributed to the demise of boxing on terrestrial television.
Come up with some semi-intelligent line of abuse because presently you are easy meat.

There was nothing wrong with Eubank in the first Collins fight. He was 29 years old and had a fairly padded record.

I just think the positon they are in now means that they could easily make the fight in the UK again. I dont see them wanting to travel if they dont have to. A neutral venue perhaps, although Im sure Hearn is well aware of how commercially profitable having it in the UK is. They have a big fanbase and a very marketable fighter with Froch in the UK and they have built him up well here. Id be surprised if Froch goes on the road again for any fight other than Ward between now and the rest of his career.

Re: Froch: "Groves needs to watch his mouth"
I'd like to see Froch-Groves, but Froch's age surely means that Groves would be undercooked if it were to happen, as it'd probably need to be in the next year/18 months. Froch does seem to give it some stick in the press, it has to be said...not the most endearing trait, but I guess plenty of 'em do it, part of the game.
Not sure I'd agree with you on Kessler, Truss. Quality operator at his peak and he's had a good career, not an ATG but very solid and a tough night for almost anyone. Top bloke, too.

Not as ordinary as you are.
At least Kessler should have the right to defend himself, don't you think?
