If you're on the north side of the city, The Woolshed is an Aussie/Kiwi/Saffer bar that does decent food. Their website says they're showing all the Lions games with full "brekky" served.

It's on Parnell Street.
But to be honest the south side is the rugby hotbed and probably has the best rugby pubs, although I'm not too familiar with that part of town. Other posters with more knowledge of Dublin will probably fill you in on the best ones.

What part of town are you staying in?
Some good Southside pubs that will be open that show rugby:
Kielys - Donnybrook
The Dropping Well - Milltown
Toast - Rathmines
Northside:
Woolshed Aussie bar - Parnell St.

Really, watch out for bullets whizzing past your head. Rough enough part of town. Woolshed is very close by and would probably be your best bet from there.
The shakespeare pub on Parnell st. is worth a look in for cheap sushi. Its a very strange old mans Irish style pub converted into a Korean sushi restaraunt/pub. Used to be ok and its nearby anyway.
All the nice pubs and restaraunts are on the south side. So if you are heading out at night cross the river and get a taxi home.

Actually Gardiner st lower isn't too bad bar some harmless junkies/zombies floating around. Upper Gardener Street and Summerhill adjacent is where you want to stay away from.

The woolshed would be a great spot to watch the game. Saw Ireland win the grand slam in there, epic place for a big match.
But as the lads have already said, in general you're better off on the South Side of the Liffey, sure you're on a stag, so I'm sure you'll be in templebar for most of the weekend anyway, so you'll be safe enough.

If the weather is nice the barge pub is a also great place to watch the game and sit outside afterwards. Attracts big crowds.

If the weather is good, get to Murray's on O'Connell street, only around the corner from Gardener street.
It shares a huge beer garden with 2 other pubs, MASSIVE screen outside, it even has a stand for about 100 people to sit on. Can't find any pictures, but trust me, It's amazing!

Michelin starred chapter one restaurant might have a thing or two to say about that.

Get out of Town (its dodgy) and get the DORT to Gibneys of Malahide (by the Sea). Guaranteed a great day & night out. Great beer, food, music and craic. And they love rugby.
Northside btw.
Failing that, Searsons of Baggot St, is a great spot.

Yes go to Temple Bar for pints during the day. You could hit the Wright Venue on the north side if you want to go to a big club fulla sluts. Big nightclub but 20 minute taxi from your hotel.
