Getting those bottom abs!!
Been working out in Beasty mode for six weeks now, and everything is beginning to come along, but the little pouch I gained while bulking is proving an incredibly difficult opponent to defeat. Any particularly effective fat blasting workouts anyone here has done? I've tried the long winding jogs, and I box five times a week now (to make up for the lack of basketball I play due to the fact that its winter)n

I haven't seen my abs in years......But funnily enough when I used to do heavy Squats I had abs of iron........

Interval/sprint training.
If you box 5 times a week you'll be relatively fit anyway. Try this for size...
300m sprint (walk 100) and repeat 6 times.
150 sprint, walk back and repeat 4-6 times.
Then depending on how much you have left finish with 4-6 60m sprints.
The important thing with sprints is to make sure you are working at 100 for each sprint. If you are struggling, cut the distance.

LJ makes a great point re: sprints.
I've not been boxing for months now as working away has completely screwed me on that front, so sprints hadn't been part of my workout for a while. I went and did some hill sprints last week by mine...not sure of distance but fairly steep incline and perhaps 60-80m? I did 4 sprints up and jogs back down before having a minutes break, and then did 4 more.
Legs in absolute pieces for the next 4 days.
Diet also incredibly important if you want to see your abs.

Cardio and a consistant low-calorie but high protein diet should eventually get you down to sub 10% bf.

Nando's is over-priced. So many shops which sell grilled chicken in a peri peri sauce for half the price and the taste is the same.

Not in South Africa it isnt. It converts to about £2-3 for a 1/2 chicken. with chips and coke. A little more expensive than most places here, but well worth it if its a stones' throw from home

Yeah, the coke is what you should avoid rather than the chicken.
I go Nando's every now and again and usually just have the full chicken and sometimes throw in some chips or corn. I just order tap water to drink.
Its okay to treat yourself now and again but just save it for the weekend. Even when I was at my leanest (probably around 8% bf) I had my fair share of cheat meals.

Just have diet coke...problem solved. It works for me as I actually prefer diet coke to normal - doesn't leave that strange, furry texture in your mouth afterward.

Zero calories, zero sugar....that is not going to impact upon your abs.
Water is of course best but diet coke harms nobody.
Fishing is a good bicep workout by the way

I usually have a coke can and a halfpounder burger with chips and a slice of donner topped pizza after work and before working out. If i hold my belly up you can see clearly defined bottom abs
