Up and coming Welsh fullbacks
Taking some inspiration from the future welsh 9 and 10's, I feel at the moment there are no stand out players at regional level that can match Halfpenny (I think its safe to assume Byrne is out). We have Tom Prydie, still young and playing well for the Dragons but who else is putting their hands up? Jordan Williams produced some nice runs and touches in the JWC but he needs game time at the Scarlets.

Rhys Williams, in the tigers academy, is a real prospect. He was the only player based outside Wales to feature for the U18 team last season and performed well in this summer's European Championship. A very strong attacker, there is definitely stardust in his boots.
