Sony Teases New Game?

Sony has teased a Mystery image on there twitter account..
What do we all think it is?
Is it a new exclusive reveal?
Rumors flying around saying that it could be Dust 514 but Colin Moriarty of IGN say's he knows what the reveal is and that it is not a DUST 514 game.
Other rumors suggest that it is the date for the PS4 release being tied to the eclipse hence being 3rd of November but the next eclipse is due October apparently.
Others say it could be a sequel to PlayStation All stars (i hope not), other rumors are: Sony franchise crossover such as Jak and Daxtar/Rachet and Clank, God Of War 4, Mass effect 4( i doubt it, as why would they tease this as there is no way i see this being an exclusive anyway).

the second image this looks like the gate seen in the Jak/Dax games
leaning towards: Jak and daxter/rachet and clank crossover?

also the image that was posted on the PS twitter account was tweeted at Insomniac Games - defo going to be something to do with R&C
