Thats a shame, I thought it was a good decision. Had a good record as chief selector, had a decent run as ICC chief whip. It made sense that he would get the job at CSA. Good on CSA for ignoring BCCI's objections, as he is imo the top man for the job.His statements about pleasing BCCI worry me, though Ive long accepted that BCCI hold piggy bank in international cricket, so we might as well get in line. They are touring here this summer and its a money spinner, pleasing BCCI = Pleasing the money men = pleasing the board
