Thanks for the offer Marky but I have enough money now to do a deal with Afro and a deal to take Rosicky, so can I confirm Rosicky for £3m?

Cheers, pleasure doing business with you.

I think our deal should be used as an example to the rest on how to do deals, I make a bid you accept the bid and then we confirm the bid. No hassle, no BS, no wasting time each others time. Just two managers who want to get on with things. Nick if you're reading this that's how you do a deal Laugh

What did you do with Clyne?

I'll let Antonelli go, but gonna keep hold of Blind. In the Dutch squad, and can play midfield as well can be a good utility man for me

-----------Cillesen------------
Rhijn---D.Vrij---B.Indi---Blind
------J.Clasie---DeJong------
------------Eriksen------------
Berardi-----------------Fischer
------------Morata------------

Corchia, Emre Can, Vilhenna, Gnabry, Werner, Beharino, Zivkovic

Postponed game v Zwag

A solid Dutch back 5, the keeper is dominate and controls his area well, I want him quick off his line to reduce shooting angles and hut down the forwards, when crosses come in be brave and go to meet them, punch clear what he cant catch, look to release quick wide men early to set up quick counters.

Back 4 know each other very well, which helps when defending, they all know there jobs. De Vrij picks up the CF and will look to keep him quiet, even when we attack he must be mindful of the forward and always be wary of his movement, it just takes us a second to lose the ball and the lad can be away through on goal. Always onto him quickly. Indi deals with all high balls and clears the danger, however if they playing on the ground he will take a step back just to give Vrij extra insurance in case he loses the CF so Indi is there to help clean up.

Blind and Rhijn will have to blend attack and defence in todays game, we cannot go gung ho, so start off as a solid back line only attacking whenever possible to do so, we cant afford to be left exposed at the back. Watch there wingers, keep there attacks limited by forcing them out wide and try to intercept there crosses in.
When we attack one of Blind/Rhijn attack not both, they may start the attack from deep so drive up the flank give and go passed the winger, this either makes an extra man for there fullback to worry about and leave room for the winger to cut inside, or the winger will feed the ball down for our fullbacks to sprint onto and cross in. Quick passing down the wings between the players will cause all sorts of problems.

Nigel de Jong is the midfield enforcer, he doesnt stray very far from the defence. He is there to stop the Am of them dictating play, he must like Vrij always be mindful of his movement and be ready to pounce and intercept anything coming forward. Nothing silly, and his job can be very easy, one player to watch, one player to stop, stop him and we stop a lot of there attacks, once the balls is won, nice easy balls to those around him.

Jordy Clasie is the playmaker, he will control the speed, tempo of the game from deep, picking up from behind or de Jong, he will look to use his vast array of passing to get us into dangerous positions, either look to get it out to the wings or up to Eriksen and Morata for the front lot to go and do there stuff, always makes himself available for a return ball, and if he has to take it back to start again he will. Will help de Jong when they attack and sit alongside looking to help break up play.

Eriksen in a kinda free role today, he is the driving force of our midfield, he can turn a game very quickly, with superb vision and control of the ball, will turn his man quickly and set Morata away in on goal, dinks over the top for him to chase or thread it through the defenders. Also will be used as a pivot for berardi and Fischer to use when they pass and move inside looking to go for goal. Quick one twos between them and this will split open there defence.

Berardi and Fischer are two different wingers, Fischer will use skill and pace and look to take his man on to cross in for Morata etc whilst Berardi uses raw pace and will drive at the goal area to have a pop at goal. Both do a job and with Blind and Rhijn supporting at times then the youngsters will really pose a threat to there backline. Fischer will try different things and if the dont work he will simply keep trying, with Blind over lapping use him either as a decoy or play him in, but always go looking to help him. Beradri and Rhijn have blistering pace and there left hand side will struggle with it. Berardi always looking for goals so will pass and move into the box where he will be a massive threat, if the ball goes to Rhijn he will cross it in where Berardi and Morata are ready to pounce. Both will also use Eriksen like said as a pivot so a quaick pass and look to chase Eriksens balls that he will provide to try and split the defenderrs.

Morata is the ideal striker in my team, quick and can certainly score the goals. With a blend of skill and power he is more than a handful for defenders, will always sit on the last man and ready to pounce on any mistake, good with both feet so the ball coming from either side he can meet and shoot, very good in the air, so when crosses come in he must get up early to beat the CB to the ball. If a shot not on look to hold it up for Berardi and Eriksen especially as they come into support him.

Defend as a team, attack as a team, we are very young and spirited, our energy is timeless, so never give up even if we fall behind! this team can go places...

Captain - De Jong
Penalties - Morata
Corners - Wingers
Free Kicks - Eriksen

Subs

Losing/drawing
70 Mins:- Werner for Fischer, Gnabry for Berardi, fresh legs with pace to burn v tiring fullbacks
80 Mins:- Beharino for Morata

Winning:-
Emre Can for Eriksen on 80 Mins to shore up midfield on the left of de Jong
