Ted DiBiase Jnr
What's happend to him? Anybody know?
Was a big fan of his 'priceless' gimmick a few years back. Would never have imagined that out of him and Cody he would be the least successful today.

He's not used because he's got no charisma, pretty boring in the ring and wouldn't have a place in WWE if it wasn't for his famous dad.
Cody Rhodes since their days in Legacy has shown that he's the one with more better potential and ability.

While I agree with the above statement about him being gash, I remember at the time DiBiase was widely considered to be the member of Legacy who would go on to do more, certainally on the old 606.
No one that I can remember (bar Kayfabe) really started to back Rhodes until he deubuted his dashing gimmick.

I think the DiBiase gimmick is such a winner that I would definitely be looking to use him again

Re: Ted DiBiase Jnr
I rated Rhodes much higher than DiBiase who I felt was essentially an Orton-clone, and as somebody who doesn't find Orton an entertaining fixture of WWE I was not impressed with DiBiase.
Saying that, you are right that a lot of people rated DiBiase higher, I think this was simply down to the very little we actually saw of them. With neither having a chance to really showcase themselves, Cody was the one with the more odd look and lisp and the less well-known father while DiBiase had a much more conventional look and Orton-esque talking style as well as having a ready made gimmick to use.
I don't think he'll ever make it to be honest, he's been given a variation of his father's gimmick before and people just weren't interested, they tried giving him the title, they tried giving him Virgil, they gave him Maryse, Ted DiBiase Jr just won't get over because he's boring.

Why don't they bring the 'priceless' gimmick back and have his father as his manager/mouthpiece?

I don't think they rate Ted DiBiase, they've invested a lot of time into him before and seen it not pay off at all and have rightly turned their attention to developing better prospects.
I don't know why they'd be bothered about trying to get him over, he's not worth it at all. They've been there and tried pushing him and it failed, they even gave him his own movie.

I believe that he has some serious knee problems.
I also believe that he might be appearing in the UK on some cards very soon

I remember I wasnt a fan of Rhodes at all, he was so green, a lot like Bo Dallas now and I can see why House thinks he has potential due to the Cody factor, when Priceless were put together I've got no doubt it was to help DiBiase but what it did was give Cody the platform and confidence, some od those early promos in Priceless set Cody on his way and Ted just never caught up

Re: Ted DiBiase Jnr
They missed a real trick with DiBiase. When he first debuted I liked him. He was physically in much better shape than his father, and it was clear he had been trained by the master. He was a little green, but with a bit of work, and a well picked manager he could've become a top heel for the company. But it wasn't to be.
I think a real problem WWE has is rushing everything. There are no territories anymore for the usual fast-tracked second/third generation stars to hone their skills. Ted DiBiase Sr, along with Randy Savage, Jake Roberts and others had this luxury. They were all in their mid 30's, and were seasoned veterans by the time they arrived in the WWF, christened with the characters we know and love. Ted Jr on the other hand spent his rookie year in development before being thrown to the lions. It was the same with Hart-Smith, Gordy, and nearly Hennig. There's no shame in holding these guys back until they're ready, but as usual WWE go for the quick fix, rather than the long term solution.
