SBW lured by Chiefs success, prospect of Olympics
Yes, giant and unexpected news that Money Bill has thrust himself into the limelight cast by a Chiefs side who did perfectly well without him to announce he *may* deem the franchise worthy of his attention radar provided they keep up the standard and salary. He may also want to play for the ABs in 2015 and believes the Olympics would be a great place for him to earn some sponsor awareness.
Yawn.

Good on him. I'm not in the give SBW flak camp as he's paid his dues, given his best, gets the headlines for the more correct reasons (Zac, Ioane, Beale, Cooper etc take note) and has bettered more than one sport for his being there (cant talk for the boxing but I dont think these days many really can).

GE I dont think SBW needs to be lured by success, Have you seen where the Roosters lie on the NRL ladder?

Can't blame him for chasing the big money, but I'm still waiting for him to have a proper boxing fight rather than knocking over retired binmen.

We say the same thing about the ABs and Wales ironically.Cyril wrote:Can't blame him for chasing the big money, but I'm still waiting for him to have a proper boxing fight rather than knocking over retired binmen.

That's disrespectful to many binmen. Some of those boys are cut.
Hogan was a blind drunk fry up: a tub of lard.
Frankly, I don't mind if SBW comes back into the team. I agree Tman he is always a professional. No early morning burgers, cigs or beers for him and with Nonu reaching the end of his career, we certainly would welcome someone of his obvious talent.

As much as it would be a sideshow, seeing Sonny Bill Williams in the Olympics would be great. So long as it was in the Sevens... not the Boxing
Sevens is an exhibition sport anyway. A bit of extra razzle dazzle can't be a bad thing. I say Money Bill for Olympic Rugby.
