No question the Crusaders have been the better team but are you trying to say that
Leon is better than Christian (yeah right)
Caleb is better than Jonah (crazy)
SBW is better than Conrad (not at Centre )
Aaron is better than Pita (give you that one)
Zach is better than Tana (one season wonder vs legend)
Justin is better than Piri (yeah probably)
Keiran is better than Rodney (now yes but inhis prime??)
Richie is better than Chris (of course)
Reuben is better than Jerry (no way)

I'll give you the front five - that is the reason we can never win anything.
I think your reserves are short a forward

Here's the Crusaders team I put on the 606 article - note I've followed the "must have played more than 1 season rule", so no SBW or Dagg, ditto Andrew Hore and others.

1.Greg Somerville
2.Mark Hammett
3.Owen Franks
4.Brad Thorn
5.Chris Jack
6.Rueben Thorne(c)
7.Richie McCaw
8.Keiran Reid
9.Justin Marshall
10.Dan Carter
11.Rico Gear
12.Aaron Mauger
13.Casey Laulala
14.Caleb Ralph
15.Leon MacDonald

Bench:
Richard Loe
Corey Flynn
Todd Blackadder (with Norm Maxwell getting an honorable mention)
Scott Robertson
Andy Ellis
Andrew Mehrtens
Daryl Gibson

Outside backs not as good as the 'Canes, but seeing as they'd get 70% of possession, good enough. Have to admit for the Canes I'd ditch Alatini and play Umaga at 12 though, with Hosea Gear or Jane starting

Yeah I was thinking of doing the same re Umaga too. Not sold on Hosea yet. Of course he's good but not great.
You dont have cover for wing/fullback do you? Gibson was really only midfield.

Forwards, forwards need forwards

Gibson played wing and fullback on occasion (I think he even covered fullback on the AB's bench a time or 2). I thought about putting Ben Blair on the bench instead of Merhts, with Mauger and Ralph to move in one position if Carter went off, but I felt this team would need less changes once SBW becomes eligible at 12 (on the "played > 1 season" criteria).

You think SBW will play another season though? Wouldn't bet my house on that happening.
