Can I ask, who is Matzko and why do I feel like he is a very strange person...whenever he's mentioned I also see mention of OTT matches haha!jeromedubois wrote:I think Mark Matzko would of found a perfect home there !
Morning all though! How's it going?
Topic of the Day:
The Match your most looking forward to at Ground Zero, and why?
I'm looking forward to the EWF Title match for obvious reasons, hopefully it's a way for Viper to turn a page on what so far has been a pretty bad debut to 6CW...I have a feeling if the mood is captured then it could be a crazy match pushing all three men further than ever before. I also can't wait for Viper to feud with some 6CW guys with or without the EWF title.

Re: Out Of Character V5
Matzko was a member of 6cw for a brief amount of time. He was an alright kid but he was a tad over enthusiastic when it come to ideas
he had an idea were he'd come down to ring and instead of having one of thise guns that shoot tshirst, instead matzko would fire a flamethrower over the crowds heads
he also came up with the c4 match where the loser got blown up

Evening all - Yeah Matzko was a character for sure
I'm looking forward to all the matches - From top to bottom the card look immense and we have hopefully put together an enjoyable PPV

Promo up. And Matzko was awesome. Best time traveller 6CW ever had. Such as being in present day yet talking about how he won WWE NXT series 7 or something, which hadn't happened yet.

Ive just thought of a huge spot to use in the chamber of horrors. Im surprised given some if the risk takers that have been in elimination chamber matches this hasnt already been done

Re: Out Of Character V5
Can I also ask Paul/Dubs is there a word limit with this chamber of horror match? I'm not so much worried about a minumum word count, more a mximum

Morning all
Gazzy - As long as the match flows and keeps the reader on the edge of their seat then length to me is immaterial
Nice promo Marky - Really like that amongst it all Max really believes he is completely in the right, alomost like he is the honourable one in the feud
Question today - Apart from your own who is your favourite 6CW character and why?

Cheers Paul, its at 3000 words now and I reckon I'm maybe halfway through it so was worried it may be too long
Fave character is non-wrestling Kelsey and for wrestling I'd go Max Adamson and Viper
Max because his return and reasons for doing so are so interesting, his whole angle and as you've said that he genuinely thinks hes in the right are brilliant to read
Viper because he's Viper. Hes the brash cocky face, he's good and he knows it. He constantly is facing off in unwinnable scenarios but comes out of them

Re: Out Of Character V5
My favourite at the moment and it changes from day to day is Tyler Roth - JJ really has struck gold with another character and I think he has the chance to hit the heights of his previous 6WF alter ego
And i've said before I really enjoy Kelsey as a character - I wanted to create a more humorous/softer side to The Authority and Kelsey was the ideal choice and I think Chris has really done well in building up her character in a short space of time
I also really like Jones and think that with time we can start to explore just how evil he is

Re: Out Of Character V5
Tyler Roth or Mike Masters I'd say. I think Enforcer is the easiest heel to bounce off and one of the most consistent characters, a dream to feud with in many ways because you can build a relationship as characters.
Costello is also very cool and has a good focus to him.

Re: Out Of Character V5
I think at the moment it's between Viper, Nack and Masters at the moment with Helms just edging it...Viper and Nack are both going through being beaten down but they've managed to join forces and make it almost work for them...Masters on the other hand is there on his own from his own choice, he won't accept the help of others and at the last show almost took on the Authority himself.

Morning all
Just did an hour of writing for the PPV - Things are looking good
Topic of the day is a split question
Favourite moment of 6CW/EWF so far (What made you Mark the F out?)
Least favourite moment (What has been your biggest WTF moment so far)
And be honest - Constructive criticism is always taken aboard and will in no way have a bearing on your matches at the PPV

Re: Out Of Character V5
My favourite personal moment in 6CW/EWF was at the EWF PPV Scars and Stripes where Viper came out in tribute to Macho Man, the match itself between me and Thunder was awesome and it had me on the edge of my seat until the very end...for people who haven't read it I recommend going back and giving it a read
My favourite moment overall has probably been some of the Gazzy/Max stuff, I love how personal it's getting and how both men feel like they're the good guy in it. I also think the merge itself made me mark out because it honestly left me speechless.
I honestly at the moment can't think of a WTF moment right now as I've enjoyed it all, even the losses that Viper or Plague have taken, I've seen the reason for them etc...if I was forced to pick then it's a shame Viper never lost the TV title in fight and had it stripped from him BUT I can see why him only having one title makes more sense.

Re: Out Of Character V5
Shall I do mine and then the flood gates might open
High points - Getting this place back of it's @ss,The merge,The 6CW championship match at Beachfront Brawl, Kelsey and the development of the Authority
Low points - The golden contract - (A good idea that has been lost somewhat), Keeping momentum after the Brown/Blade feud - (I think Brown lost a little direction that hasn't returned until the UK title run in) - Loss of a few good promoers - Suarez,Reilly - (The fed is really strong but would have loved to keep hold of some of the more sesoned vets)

Re: Out Of Character V5
Without a shadow of a doubt, High point was when i knew 6CW was coming back. This place has always been the number 1 place for me in my mind and have really struggled to promo elsewhere after coming here the first time no other fed feels the same to me as 6CW does. Because of that there are no possible lows for me so far

Re: Out Of Character V5
Biggest high would have to be the merge. Brilliantly written, something that could have been so confusing flowed perfectly. I expected a merger was on the cards with EWF not growing, but it took me totally by surprise.
Low would have been Hero not being around for my first feud in EWF. I felt it was something that would have run for quite some time and I had loads of ideas for!

Re: Out Of Character V5
I've thought about another issue - Show length, what are your views?
Anarchy is every two weeks so in my mind there is a lot of stuff to fit in which can mean huge shows, PPV's on the other hand I think should focus on matches and be segment light
What do you think? - Would you rather less matches and more segments on Anarchy?

Re: Out Of Character V5
I think the balance is good as it is, Anarchy should have more segments to help build the feuds and the PPV's should focus more on the matches as the PPV's are the culmination of the feuds themselves.

Re: Out Of Character V5
I have no issue with the length. The fact its every two weeks allow for the show to be a bit more detailed as opposed to a weekly show
I can't think of any need for a large umber of segments on a PPV except for some backstage before title or rivalry matches maybe. Certainly doesn't need to be to the degree of Anarchy

Hahaha yeah I do I started writing the match for the ME and now toying between FM 2014 and the match. It is depressing how hard it is to manage Blackburn Rovers in this game. No money, debt, in other words your F***ed!
