Re: Anarchy discussion thread
I'd like to know what people thought of the segments I wrote, I'd especially like to hear from Mike Masters' player/handler what ever our term is on the Mike segment.

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
Another top show guys, just finished reading it and things are progressing nicely moving to the next PPV.
I really like the UK title tournament and how its progressing, my pick for the winner is DeMarcus Brown right now.
I liked how Costello's promo was used in the show and I thought the final moments of the main event were booked perfectly, kept the champion looking strong, but developed the storyline, the title picture at the PPV is going to be very interesting.
A lot of questions again!!!!! Why did enforcer help Costello being the biggest one?????

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
Thought the Blade segment with Kysle (Spelling) was a little weird to say the least, but then she went after Roth is she going through the whole roster till some one bits lol?
Thought the match with Blade was awesome well done Gaz take my hat of too you on that one but the match of the night has to be for me the 4 way with Ojore, Helms, Thunder and Conrad such brutality and how the feck did Ojore life that ladder up?
Thought the segments you did were awesome Thunder cracking stuff and think that you should have no problems writing a match now if you go down that route.

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
Cheers M glad you enjoyed it - It's hard because obviously Viper is being targeted by The Authority so he is going through a rough patch but he has that inner steel that just will not let him give up
What did people think of the reintroduction of Kelsey Callihan?

I can see that she is gonna be trouble for the Authority she reminds me a little of the old Steph from the attitude are.
When she was in Blades dressing room i thought for a minute that she was gonna get to his head and with him sayin not now I wonder if Blade has dipped his wick already lol.

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
As much as I liked it, I'm glad the segment I wrote with her worked. Thinking on, I don't think it would have worked as well as a stand alone piece. As an opener for her reintroduction it worked nicely.

Surprise: What was the context of Drakes telephone conversation with his brother, who are they meeting in LA????
Feedback: Think all the different storylines are progressing well, I think it was a smart move almost putting the 6CW title picture on the backburner so to speak for a few weeks while the EWF guys bed in, it gives the new characters to the fed the chance to seem important as a pose to playing second fiddle to the original title. It will be interesting to see how it will work when Nate is back and how the dynamic of two world champions works.

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
It was exactly what I wanted Thunder set up for the rest of the segments I had done - I see her as a mix between AJ Lee and Stephanie McMahon she has the looks but also the position of power to get what she wants

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
Thunder I liked the opening seg, thought it showed how close the three characters are and really enforced their friendship and how strong it is.
Not sure about that Hereford chant though is that a real thing?
Keep up the good work mate, I take my hat off to anyone who's written segs and matches for shows, I wouldn't know where to begin.

It is indeed, just search Hereford Rap but, to paraphrase a WCW tag team, this rap is crap.

Reading the other segments around Kelsey, my line about taking what you want seemed to have worked well, currently, I'm feeling good about my segment writing, next challenge matches. <hint>

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
Loved the show, I think the whole landscape is just forming and I can't wait to see where everything is heading.
Excited to see if Tyler Roth can become a legitimate threat in the fed and hoping that if I can promo consistently then that can happen.
Love the Gazzy/Max feud is building and I loved writing the main event, Costello and Wood is a feud that I think could end up being re-visited for years.
The whole card is stacked from the midcard upwards and think there is so much excitement to come. Also thought the use of Kelsey Callihan was epic, she is certainly going to create havoc.

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
Thanks M, really enjoyed writing it.
Match writing has always been my strength, which is great because teaming with Dubs and Paul allows them to take over the creative side whilst I stick to the matches as much as possible...it is mutually beneficial.
It always helps when you get two styles that just gel and that is how I feel when I write for Wood and Costello, it is like the beginning of a feud that could have some serious legs over a long period of time.

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
I think having that monkey on the back of the uber face that he's never beaten the heel works so well, because faces generally get more over when they are up against what feels like insurmountable odds or great adversity. So that when they finally get that win it makes a real moment for everyone. I agree that the characters seem to click into place well, I can also see this as a running rivalry for some time to come.

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
All in all it was a cracking show guy's if I had written a match i would have brought it down a little in quality.
Re: Anarchy discussion thread
I have to say from day one Costello and Viper seem to hit it off in the worst possible way haha, right now it feels like Viper is the Daniel Bryan of the 6CW!MtotheC wrote:I think having that monkey on the back of the uber face that he's never beaten the heel works so well, because faces generally get more over when they are up against what feels like insurmountable odds or great adversity. Any feedback for the Chaos/Roth match guys? My first ever time writing a match so I wasn't sure how long it should have been but I think I did ok...the F-5 countered in to the Code Breaker is a moment I want to see in a real match!

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
@Thunder You did great job mate, got the character spot on with the way I won and the whole show off mentality. Masters is someone who wants to win by any means necessary and he did just that.
Highlight: The Main Event, well written and didn't expect the interference from Enforcer, thought it would have been a clean fight with Costello winning due to Wood wrestling two matches.
Suprise: The introduction of Kelsey Calihan. Mickie James comes to mind when I think of this character...
Feedback: Solid show, nice to see the introduction to another title. Good to see Masters get another win, on a pretty good streak right now. But I still reckon Brown will win the tournament.

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
The highlight for me was the main event match and the surprise was Enforcer interfering for Costello - didn't see that one coming!
Pleased to see Kelsey back, she had potential to be interesting in EWF when she was revealed as Drake's daughter - that potential is even greater now!
Apologies again for not promo'ing. Normal service will be resumed from this show.
As for the podcast, I know Chris is busy atm (he records the show) but I'm sure we could work something out in the coming week or two. I'm happy to be involved and then have Paul on and maybe another one or two if there is interest?

Re: Anarchy discussion thread
I thought from my view the show found a solid footing this week - The balance between segments and matches was better and to me it felt like an episodic show rather than a ppv which is obviously what we are aiming for
The strength in the roster makes for really strong cards each time so hopefully everybody whether or not they are in a title feud feels like they are involved in something
