Smackdown Thread (Spoilers)
Smackdown seems to be getting a lot better recently so I thought maybe we should have threads for that as well as Raw. I know there are some people dont bother with Smackdown as they see it as the B show with no storyline progression, but it seems things are changing. This whole new Corporation storyline is having as much, if not more time on Smackdown than on Raw. This week Big Show and Dolph Ziggler joined The Miz on Miz TV to moan about Triple H and what happened on Raw. HHH came out and punished them by giving Miz a match against Randy Orton and Dolph Ziggler a handicap againt The Sheild, with the faces losing both matches. Daniel Bryan also went one on one against Ryback with Big Show forced to sit out at ringside the whole night and do nothing. In the end The Shield and Orton battered Bryan while HHH ordered Big Show out of the arena.
This storyline is really interesting at the moment and it will be good to see where it all ends up, but one things for sure: your gonna need to watch both shows to see it play out in full.

If I'm honest the reason I don't watch Smackdown regularly isn't because of the idea of it being Raw-lite, but more because of the sheer quantity of wrestling WWE and TNA are churning out, currently I'm watching 6 hours a week and that's without tracking down any indy/Japanese/UK stuff, might check it out this week if you recommend it, cheers

I watched SmackDown! on Friday and thought it was excellent, I feel SmackDown! needs the continuation of the big story from RAW at the moment as is vital but after everything is truly eatablished I hope they keep it mainly for RAW as it has legs to run for months

RAW will probably recap half a dozen times so there is no need to watch Smackdown.

Theres your problem Greg. Dont waste time with TNA and indy stuff, just become a WWE fanboy like me. I watch 5 hours a week which consists of 3 Raw and 2 Smackdown.Dr Gregory House MD wrote:If I'm honest the reason I don't watch Smackdown regularly isn't because of the idea of it being Raw-lite, but more because of the sheer quantity of wrestling WWE and TNA are churning out, currently I'm watching 6 hours a week and that's without tracking down any indy/Japanese/UK stuff, might check it out this week if you recommend it, cheers
