I'm one of the few who believe only one playoff team comes from the West, these teams will beat up on eachother all year long. I'm backing Seattle.

My bet would be

Hawks niners and rams will go 3-0 at home
Hawks and niners will loose at EJD and each other
Cards and rams will split series

Hawks 4-2
niners 4-2
Rams 3-3
Cards 1-5

I don't think the Cardinals are that bad either. Their defence is pretty good and Palmer is a guy who can help them out tremendously they will certainly cause all these team problems at the very least.

Palmer will help but against these top tier defences he will turn it over, also ther O line still looks terrible and still have an average run game, they are a pace behind the rest of the division ATM

The Cards haven't been helped by their 1st rounder going on IR this year, think he was the guard. Big loss

I've gone for the 49ers. I wouldn't be surprised to see all four teams manage a winning record (or at least go very close). A few years after no team in the division having a winning record that is.

The Seahawks are talented but I still have some reservations about Russell Wilson and their offence who were dominated by the Redskins for most of their play off game.

The 49ers, going to the NFC Championship and then the Super Bowl in the last two years will be more hungry than most to win this season.

The Cardinals defence has been mean in preseason as it was at the start of last season.

A very tough division this year
Agree there might only be 1 play off team due to them beating each other senseless
Went Niners , Just think they edge this as an all round team
Hawks & Rams will be in the play off hunt
Cards will win a lot of home games but will they win on the road

i think the rams and cards would be contenders in some of the AFC divs

I went 49ers. No question. They're just better than the rest.
