Also, have always felt the Mayweather's take their training/sparring EXTREMELY seriously and private - therefore I struggle to buy into the idea of the ring being surrounded by 'beautiful women vying for his attention'.

Wouldn't surprise me if this is a fake leaked story by the Mayweathers, getting a member of the gym to start a rumour that he'd been dropped to get in to Canelos head.

Complete and utter rubbish, why not name the guy who supposedly dropped him?

Not the first time Floyd has put out a story he was dropped in sparring.  People believe Canelo has a chance sells PPV's.

I'd have to look it up but there was a top ex amateur LMW pro who supposedly dropped Floyd in training.  More BS.



Mayweather apparently does do very hard sparring often with heavier opponents which is probably true.

trying to help sell the upcoming fight. more people will pay for the fight if they believe theres a chance flloyd is gonna lose
