Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids Empty Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids

Post by Fernando Mon 07 Oct 2013, 11:35 am

It is possible to purchase foreign wrestlers for your roster. This INCLUDES all Legends Not already in the game.
A maximum of 2 bids per day is permitted.
The WWA board of directors will assess the bids made and make a decision.
The responses will be:
Yes
Negotiate (more money needed)
No

If the response is no, this will be down to whoever is on your roster and whether they will actually work with your current wrestlers. So choose wisely.
If 2 or more rosters are bidding for the same Legend on the same day and then we're going highest bidder (inserted 30/7/12)
You can edit an existing bid as many times as required during a day. Rather than edit an existing post, please repost your revised bid.
Cut off time for bids is 4.30pm on that day.
However, if there are any bids for a wrestler between 3.30pm and 4.30pm that have already been bid for, the transfer window for that wrestler will be extended until 5.30pm to give the first bidder a chance to re-bid. Responses should be up between 6-9pm on the same day.
The responses will expire at midday The Next Day. If you fail to negotiate or confirm, the wrestler is available again to be bid for the next day.
There is a 5m minimum fee

Please submit bids in the following format:

Association Name:
Wrestler:
Bid:
Reason:

1 open
2 closed
3 closed
4 open
ppv open
5 closed
6 open
7 open
8 open
ppv 2 closed

Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids Empty Re: Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids

Post by The_Enigma Mon 07 Oct 2013, 12:00 pm

Association Name: NGPW
Wrestler: Mick Foley
Bid: £34 Million
Reason: Our newly appointed NGPW President has revealed his attentions to assemble to most violent, sadistic and extreme roster known to mankind and who better than Mick Foley himself? He’s always said he’s got one last bump left in him, so he’ll get his opportunity in working with some of the most dangerous talent NGPW has to offer.

Association Name: NGPW
Wrestler: Sara Del Ray
Bid: £9 Million
Reason: The ‘Queen’ of Wrestling will be the very focal point of our new Women’s Division. With big storylines planned, we’re sure Sara Del Ray will be pleased in choosing a company that want to push a competitive Women’s division.

Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids Empty Re: Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids

Post by Thunder87 Mon 07 Oct 2013, 12:05 pm

Association Name: World of Wrestling
Wrestler: The Undertaker
Bid: 40mill
Reason: WOW believes we need a few more wrestlers to make our perfect roster, The Undertaker is top of that list as a) he is a main eventer and we have few, and b) we would like re-team The Undertaker with Paul Bearer eventually.

Association Name: World of Wrestling
Wrestler: The British Bulldog
Bid: 20mill
Reason: Again a potential main eventer plus, again we would like to re-team the Bulldog with his partner the Dynamite Kid

Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids Empty Re: Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids

Post by x12x Mon 07 Oct 2013, 12:12 pm

Association Name: Prestige Worldwide Wrestling
Wrestler: Chris Benoit
Bid: £30m
Reason: Prestige Worldwide is looking for a big name that can put butts in seats and wow fans all across America, we believe that man to be Chris Benoit. From reliving classic matches such as his epic battles with Kurt Angle to creating future classics against the up and coming talents of Michael Elgin and Johnny Gargano we see a bright future for Mr Benoit at Prestige Worldwide Wrestling.

Association Name: Prestige Worldwide Wrestling
Wrestler: Ric Flair
Bid: £35m
Reason: Prestige Worldwide is looking for a legend to help mould the world title division, who better than the dirtiest player in the game and a 16 time world champion Ric Flair? We also plan to use the real life history between Flair and Bischoff to create a heated rivalry that will create a power struggle in PWW, some people like to keep their personal lives personal but if Bischoff and Flair know it can make them money they'll happily work together again...it's what's best for businessssssahhh!

Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids Empty Re: Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids

Post by Marky Mon 07 Oct 2013, 12:47 pm

Association name: Kliq Wrestling

Bid 1
Wrestler: Bobby Lashley
Bid: £25m
Reason: To come to Kliq and be part of our show. Lashley will feature heavily in our shows and main event, of which we cannot disclose as yet. The price is very fair in our opinion and reflects Lashley's recent inactivity.

Bid 2
Wrestler: WCW Robocop
Bid: £1m
Reason: Odd appearances, exposure on our shows and be a part of our weekly storylines. The fee is nominal but still significant for what we're after.

Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids Empty Re: Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids

Post by Marky Mon 21 Oct 2013, 12:25 am

Association Name: ASWF
Wrestler: Fake Kane
Bid: £5m
Reason: The real Kane is far too expensive. Seeing as it's only a man in a mask, and a fake Kane has appeared on WWE Television on several occasions, we would like Fake Kane to be in ASWF posing as the real Kane for storyline purposes. We promise to mention how Kane looks a little shorter than normal from time to time.

Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids Empty Re: Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids

Association Name: ASWF
Wrestler: William "Bill" Goldberg
Bid: £40m
Reason: Goldberg is one of the major stars of WCW in the 90's. The streak is one of the best things about WCW and he is a bonafide star. Goldberg feuding with the likes of Austin and Rock would be the wet dream of a lot of 90's wrestling fans. Plus he may end up crossing paths with other such ASWF stars as Daniel Bryan, Alberto Del Rio, Edge and Kane (bid pending).

Marky, I believe fake Kane is Luke Gallows/D.O.C so you might need to go for him instead...I could be wrong though.

Paul Burchill

Another returner to the mwf and a throw back to our early seasons. But is he martini's secret man? Time will tell but I'm sure our fans will be excited to see him back either way.

Association Name: NGPW
Wrestler: Mikey Whipwreck

Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids Empty Re: Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids

Post by Enforcer Thu 24 Oct 2013, 10:42 am

Association Name: Kliq
Wrestler: The Mountie
Bid £7m
Reason: With Robocop searching for the true identity of Dr X, who better to assist him than some who always gets his man?

Association Name: Kliq
Wrestler: Big Boss Man
Bid £8m
Reason: If The Mountie joins Kliq Wrestling then it makes sense for long term rival Big Boss Man to join? Will the two lawmen team up to uncover the truth about Dr X, or will there be a resumption of their feud for the ages?

Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids Empty Re: Season 6 - Foreign Transfer Bids

I don't actually have the money at the moment but this is my bid, if it gets accepted I will try and move money around and make the deal happen.

Association Name: Prestige Worldwide Wrestling
Wrestler: Jake "The Snake" Roberts
Bid: £10m
Reason: Last season as part of the EGW board we made a bid to bring in WWF Legend Jake Roberts, sadly due to financial reasons the deal could not go through, this deal was £15m and it was accepted...what Prestige Worldwide Wrestling would like to do is bring Jake in on a managers contract with the promise to pay another £5m if Jake pulls on his boots for one more match. (This is similar to a deal for Arn Anderson last season that T.W.A.T used).
