Baaarf v Newport Gwent Dragons

Newport Gwent Dragons got their campaign off to winning ways with a 50-8 bonus-point verdict over Italian champions, Rugby Mogliano.
The regional sides clash with Bath at the Recreation Ground on Saturday will be one of the highlights of Round 2.
The men of Gwent took on Bath Rugby in the LV Cup last season and lost away from home at the Rec.
Injury Update from head Physiotherapist, Ben Searle,
“Sam Parry suffered a concussion against Mogliano last week so he is currently out of action this week. Nic Cudd also suffered an injury against Mogliano which was to his shoulder.
“Both Darren Waters and Rhys Thomas are progressing nicely and on schedule. Jack Dixon has suffered a serious injury to his right foot, on which he will need surgery.

By the sounds of it, it's as I feared from the start of the season and our achillies heel up front came back to haunt big style yesterday.

Just back from a fantastic trip to Bath - really enjoyed it apart from getting soaked & the result,Dragons bombed two tries which obviously would have changed things but in fairness Bath were stronger up front & desrved their win.
Afterwards the Tom Jones tribute was brilliant fun & was so well received by all the supporters that packed in to the tent.Surprised to see Gavin in there mixing with the supporters for photos & chatting,was great to see & had a very interesting conversation with him.
All in all it was a mega day/night out,well done Bath rugby for laying on food,drink & entertainment to keep us at the Rec 'til late
