The Blacklist
Anyone else been watching this? 5 episodes in and one of the few serious shows that have me hooked on watching it. If haven't watched it id seriously recommend catching up with it

Re: The Blacklist
Think it's a cracking show and cannot believe it isn't getting more interest.
Really cannot wait for Friday's episode. Should be a cracker.

Spader is very good , his calmness while being so treacherous makes you want to keep watching to see just what he will do next

Re: The Blacklist
Blacklist returns at the end of this month. Absolutely love it. Spader is brilliant and, for me at least, is a far more interesting character than Breaking Bad's Walter White (not that WW is a poor character but Reddington is a notch above)
Would love to see Spader get more mainstream movie work on the back of this series

Well he's going to be playing Ultron in the next Avengers film (though that's a voice role only).

I thought fridays first episode back was very good , i liked the way Red settled his business in that calm frightening way that leaves you a little uncomfortable about how calculated he is .

Re: The Blacklist
Agree, I thought it was an excellent opener. The very first scene had me wincing, I am not a fan of surgery on TV and that was a notch above!
I had the first half recorded and have only watched them in the last couple of weeks. I've quickly become addicted and Red is a fascinating character - he should be easy to hate because of his actions, but you still find yourself rooting for him.
I think I change my mind about the husband about 3 or 4 times an episode as to whether I think he's bad or not!
