Anyone else had a problem with game cancelling preorder items online,in my case they have cancelled fifa 14 on the ps4 for some reason,nothing wrong with bank details as ordered assassins creed and that has been delivered. no news on cancelling actually console so fingers crossed

Thats weird did they send you an email confirming it when you bought it?

And have they just said its cancelled but no explanation?

Amazon have got them to order if that helps.

Ordered it on 20th july 2 emails confirming the transactions,a week before this happened i emailed them asking if everything was ok with my preorders,the reply was everything is ok then this happens i have emailed them asking whats going on but alas still no reply,i have tried their webchat but had a 756 minute wait
