Julio Diaz

I just read Hampo's interview with Shawn Porter and was surprised by his comment about Julio Diaz being a tougher opponent than Devon Alexander. Considering Porter could only scrape a draw in his first outing with Diaz and the ease with which he dominated Alexander, do you think Diaz is still a force at welterweight?

Does this make the Amir Khan hard win over Diaz more understandable and how do you think Kell Brook would do against Diaz? I think Diaz beats Kell. What are your thoughts?


Was the Alexander performance your toughest fight to date?

SP: Looking back on it, I think Julio Diaz was a tougher opponent. He punched harder. And presented more problems for me in the ring. Although Devon was the champ, he wasn't the best champ I've faced.
