32 teams in 32 days (yep): Oakland Raiders
Oakland Raiders
Record: 4-12
Offensive Rank: 23rd, Points: 24th, Passing: 24th, Rushing: 12th
Defensive Rank: 22nd, Points: 29th, Passing: 28th, Rushing: 13th
Offensive MVP: Rod Streater
Offensive LVP: Darren McFadden
Defensive MVP: Lamarr Houston
Defensive LVP: DJ Hayden
Story of the Season:
The Raiders finished purging the roster of Al Davis' mistakes, and were hamstrung by dead money and traded picks, and it showed as the Raiders matched Jacksonville in the lack of talent stakes. Terelle Pryor and Matt McGloin showed some spark at different times but both largely flamed out as the Raiders went 1-8 down the stretch, highlighted by Nick Foles 7 TD effort in 3 quarters.
2014 Outlook:
Reggie McKenzie is armed with spare cap to burn and a full bevy of draft picks for the first time, and will need to use it as goodwill is running out after a mediocre 2013 draft class. Convincing Houston and Veldheer to stay will be the first priority, followed by adding several lower tier FAs to fill out the roster. Resigning Rashad Jennings while letting Darren McFadden walk would be wise.
2014 Draft Needs:
Pretty much everything, especially if any of the above depart. A QB could be in play if one falls, as could any of the pass rushers or Sammy Watkins.

I think both Teddy Bridgewater or Sammy Watkins would be good additions for the Raiders but other than that they should go defence.
Michael Vick and Oakland-born Maurice Jones-Drew have been linked as possible free agent pick ups.

I don't think WR should be a high priority for the Raiders. This draft class is deep, Streater, Moore and Holmes are all decent underrated options and they have so many holes everywhere else. Saying that, the only strategy they should employ is best player available. Greg Robinson or Jake Matthews are very real possibilities.
When you have this much cap space, you extend your best players (if possible). Like you said, Houston, Veldheer and Jennings must be kept before handing out big contracts to undeserving players *cough* Eric Decker *cough*.

I'm coming around to the Sammy Watkins idea now.
To be honest I don't know if there is a QB I trust with the #5 pick beside maybe Bridgewater who won't be there...
I'd love Manziel, but only because he appears to be born to be a Raider.
