Re: Harlequins
Yes that is what I meant mate. To be honest there is not much between Humphreys and Priestland and the Welshman scored more points than the Irishman, but I am an Ulsterman by heritage and iHumph is a personal favourite so willing to include either a player or cash to get him.
Wouldn't add a top player, but woudl do someone like Scaysbrook or Ollie Smith or someone of that calibre who'll be good English World Cup cover.

I don't think Nick wants to sell, I've been bugging him for weeks now.
I'm competing but haven't climbed for 10 years till last week, my fore arms are still aching! Had 12 yo girls over taking me on the climbs last week so should be fun against the army's best lol
No probs fella, also be interested in:
Andrew Sheridan* (LH)
Joe Marler* (LH/TH)
Jamie Heaslip* (N8)
Chris York
Lee Dickson
Francois Houghard* (SH/WG)
George Lowe
Kieran Brookes

he's such a good player the deal would have to be ridiculous.

Re: Harlequins
Did williams move on then? thiught yee were going to resign him. Hes been a class act this year. Reckon Cueto to play full back for yee next year then with Amesbury/Addison/Brady covering the wings. Doesnt look to bad to be honest. Rob Miller could do a job at 10 and should get some good game time. Not many flyhalfs available that could do what Hodgson did for you guys though

Re: Harlequins
Cueto could be availabel but would have to be as part of a bigger deal as I couldn't do him as a straight swap for Hougaard.

Re: Harlequins
That's a decent offer and would be more tempted by and English player as the third part as opposed to cash. Who do you have available?

Sorry mate Myler will be my starting 10 for next season where as Steenson would be back up for me.
Bit shocked they took Clegg over Steenson or Burns for Baa-Baas game.

Re: Harlequins
I'm open to an offer mate, but would need to be a good one as Rees has been up there with the best hookers aoround over the last 2 years and is probably more valuable to me than Hougaard right now.

Lol...I put that exact offer in and deleted it! Spooky....
I'll deal on that mate if you like, I'm pretty flush in wingers.

Maybe see what Pete comes back with but I like Lowe and Donnolly, maybe Burgess as a fringe player.

No I do like Donnolly mate, he's a very good 5. Think Whitelock will partner Thorn myself but that's not because I don't rate Donners.
I've got a core of English I can't afford to lose and Robshaw is one of them, I paid a fortune for him too lol

Re: Harlequins
Just not overly keen on Briggs or Vickers to be honest.
I would do Rees for Hougaard and any one of Gaskell, Gibson, Moody, Lowe, Joseph or Burns.
Could add cash or another player my end depending on the who you would chuck in.

Couldn't lose a tighthead for a loosehead mate.
We seem to be stuck unless I can tempt you into including one of those players. Everyone has a price,

Re: Harlequins
At loosehead I have beast and 2 England internationals in Corbisiero and Mullan. If I lose Jones, I have Jannie du Plessis and then Tom Mercey as back up tighthead.
Can't do it mate, would weaken me considerably.

Re: Harlequins
Am i thinking you would want all 3 of
Castro for Somerville, Qera and Gear
If so that would be the worst deal in the history of the game. not many better wingers in the world than Gear if any.
Qera class and Somerville a great tight head.
What for Sheridan instead and please dont say Dan CArter!!!!
