I don't think this is fake, a couple of pictures have been posted with Punk in them and the twitter handle. Seems it may be legit.

Check out the photo from 4th April.

Didn't Punk have a Grammar lesson series on YouTube? The current account has a few grammar eras I'd have thought he wouldn't make, as grammar Nazis tend to keep their elitist attitude even on social media
