Re: WWE Raw Results - Spoilers ahead
obviously the shield getting involved with the authority
have to say im a little disappointed that shield and wyatts was on a lesser PPV and they have kane and nao face them at the biggest show of the year, I can only imagine the standards of the two matches will be worlds apart
Im wondering if we might see the latter three get involved in the HHH Bryan match and Shield make the save, otherwise the whole angle just seems a waste of the shields talent
just watched the opening segment. ...did batista seriously get the name of the company he works for wrong saying he'll be the next WW chapion.....the guy is totally useless

The Shield have been wasted for this PPV, but i think there will be a split at Mania and therefore this will work long term. Can see Ambrose and Rollins turning on Reigns.
Thought the ending to Raw was dreadful. But for some reason i am really looking forward to this match most at Mania.
The Wyatt's attack on Cena was brilliant, enjoyed the crowd chanting this is awesome.
Some dire segments though, Sin Cara and Scooby Doo and the Miz with Hulk Hogan.
Very little build to the WWE title match though. Bit worrying.

Re: WWE Raw Results - Spoilers ahead
Very standard one. Two weeks out so they save the main drama for the last leg. A slight misstep but I still think they are doing the main events built to high standard. At the end of the day, Lesnar/Taker isnt about words.
In the last few weeks I think Cena and HHH have played their parts wonderfully. Wyatt will get all the credit for the Cena feud, but Cena's doing a hell of a job for them. The top 4/5 matches all look very strong.
The weakness is in the rest. Ok, the divas match will always be awful. But...
So far the tag team title match may well end up being The Usos vs RybAxel (which I hadn't realised is actually their official name, jesus wept). Remember that great tag division WWE had? Neither do they apparently.
I am not massive on the Andre the Giant Battle Royal. I see it as a huge waste of a lot of people. Sheamus, Cody n Goldust, The Real Americans, Big E (the Intercontinental Championship more than Big E himself) and Ziggler all deserve a lot more. It has now also been filled with the jobber crud on the roster. 3MB, Zack Ryder, Justin Gabriel and R Truth all earn themselves the same billing as the men listed before.

Roman Reigns blew it big time in his 1 on 1 with Bray Wyatt a couple of weeks ago when he shot his bolt, Vince probably realised it was too early to back this horse.

Re: WWE Raw Results - Spoilers ahead
Lesnar and 'taker has been fine for me although the need to give Lesnar the upper hand in the remaining Raws. He ain't winning but at least make 'taker look vulnerable.
Cena is doing what all good faces do and make their heel opponent look threatening. How he got here from making fun of Bray's clothes I'm not sure but at least he's doing it. I think they're building to a Cena win here but I'm ok with that.
Orton again played 2nd fiddle to Stephanie but did the best with what he was given and Batista was absolutely useless again. His return is reminding me of Steiner in WWE in 2003. Wooden, boring and stumbles over his lines. They can not put the title on that man.
The Shield breaking up/not breaking up and their involvement with Kane has not been good for their momentum. The NAO won't help that given fans don't really want boo them.
The Hogan segment was pointless. 4 way was entertaining although Big E should be defending his IC title at WM. No tag champs and the Rhodes are in a pointless feud.
All in all an average Raw but will hopefully pick up in the remaining weeks.

How'd you mean shot his bolt? Did he not perform in that match? I ask as I can't really remember. I'm not a massive fan of Reigns currently but I see raw (very raw) potential there.

I don't think either of them did awful, but the crowd was not into the match at all, certainly compared to the nuclear heat the 6 man interactions and match had, a lot of CM Punk chants, crowd didn't pick up until Rollins and Ambrose got involved.
I think it may have lead WWE to pull back on the Reign's solo run as they see the faction as more over than the sum of their parts, especially in the demographic Punk has filled.

The segment between Lesnar and Taker dragged!
Wyatt on form in his promo yet again, he NEEDS the win at Mania.
Harper is getting better and better each week.
HHH was brilliant again.
I'm pretty sure Batista has botched saying "WWE World Heavyweight Champion" every week since he returned.

Batista, christ this guy is ****, whoever thought it would be a good idea have him main event mania needs to be fired. He can hardly speak and his spear is rubbish compare to Reigns
Brock and Taker, not really feeling it at the moment, Brock has not had the upper hand at all yet.
I have faith in the shield that they can make the match at mania a good one, but still think they could have had someone better than the NAO with Kane. The real americans would have been good.
Cena vs Bray and HHH VS Bryan are the 2 big matches i'm really looking forward to and have had the best build up

he didn't get the crowd behind him at all, I think this might have led the higher ups to believe that he needs to spend more time with Ambrose and particularly Rollins to understand how to work the crowd a bit better.

it's easy for Rollins to work the crowd, he lands on his feet during superplexs, he lands on his feet diving over the rope, hell he lands on his feet in his finisher

He's been the dark horse, Rollins has always been supremely talented but hasn't been a main feature in The Shield until now, his timing is absolutely perfect, he now looks like the guy with the most potential, he has height on his side, he is agile as hell, he has a good physique, great look and the most exciting move-set in the group.
Whether its been by plan or luck his timing is impeccable, everything about him screams babyface

I wonder how intentional it has been. Since the Shield started their internal rumblings, his value to the Shield has been slowly upgraded by Michael Cole... He's gone from the "Kamikaze", to the "peacekeeper" and now he's the "architect"

Did the Shield at any time ever explicity out themselves as being soldiers of the Authority? If not, it kinda looked like they did last night.

I've noticed that too king,Cole is definitely trying to get across Rollins' worth, but for me he doesn't need to,the guy is awesome.
One thing I really like about him is that during tag team matches, you can always hear him talking and making comments, which for me is something you should expect from a team event but rarely see.

Re: WWE Raw Results - Spoilers ahead
Fact is - every wrestling company in wrestling would love a Jeff Hardy/RVD type wrestler, look at how persistent the E was with John Morrison, despite the Drug mishaps, and wooden character. In Rollins, they have a guy who can fill that gap, who more importantly doesn't seem to have Jeff or Robs vices, or Morrison's woodiness
Plus he lands on his feet off of superplexes.

Re: WWE Raw Results - Spoilers ahead
Its not like this is new information with any of them. Rollins has always been an obvious "Hardy figure" type face of the future. Reigns was always going to be the no-nonsense breakout.
I would like to say well done to Ambrose on handling the face turn very well. Of all the wrestlers WWE has, Ambrose does the subtle consistently top notch. He talks very well around the ring, you catch stuff hes saying off mic and its brilliant.

Definitely had already, in fact I thought this was another thing WWE did very well with The Shield on Monday. It wasnt just "now we're good guys so I hate you Triple H" - they stayed to their characteristics but showed tendencies towards their newer "outlook"
